Not sure how to rate them. I've had very good experiences and very poor experiences. The office staff that greet you are very nice and helpful. The technicians who do the stress tests, sonograms have been friendly and knowledgeable. The physician that I had gone to for years retired. He was great! The physician I have seen since is a train wreck as he has no problem making his patients wait for hours. Good things and bad things. I would like to be able to see my physician in a timely manner. read more

July 9th 2025 my husband had a heart attack and as a result he is now blind. He was a long time patient of Lifetime Heart. He went to regular visits and took daily medication. I thought we were being proactive, preventative. In June 2025 Dr Bahadur prescribed a series of tests. On July 9th, three hours before his heart attack Dr Bahadur gave my husband a clean bill of health. I called Dr Bahadur and he told me some plaque broke loose, he never followed up. Friends talk about cath labs, stints and MRIs, but Dr Bahadur didn't recommend any of these for my husband who was complaining of not feeling well. The heart attack resulted in a Quadruple Bypass at Banner Heart hospital. During the surgery my husband suffered a hemorrhagic stroke from blood loss. Could this all have been prevented? read more

I have been to this place few months ago and have to say everything was amazing; from the front desk staff upon checking in through the assistant nurses and the doctors. Everyone is very friendly and professional. They ensure that the client has all the questions answered and clear. If anyone is looking for the place to have your heart check, I would highly recommend this wonderful place for you. But some type of insurance may need referral before you can schedule with them, just keep your insurance a call ahead of time as their schedule might take far out a bit as they are really busy place. read more

I had a body scan done and had a copy sent to my GP for her review which was done no problem. Also wanted a copy sent to my cardiologist here WHICH... should be a more important source for heart issues scans would show . Called and asked for the fax number and was told we don't do that here...I would have to drive to Scottsdale to get a copy burned on a disc and hand deliver it to Chandler.. are you kidding me in today's would of information technology transfer???? read more

I had a terrible experience with Faisal Bahadur MD. I went to see him about having a pacemaker put in. During my first visit with him, he promised I would not have any pain. They used a sedative, and if it was not working well enough, I would need to ask the staff for more sedative. Well, I asked 3 times for more sedatives to help the pain, I had no response from the doctor or any other staff in the room. When I went to my post-pacemaker follow-up visit, I asked him why I wasn't appropriately sedated. He said Well, those Things happen. He may be a good cardiologist. But he is a total ass-hole. No remorse. No, I'm sorry that happened. Nothing. I would suggest that if you are a patient of Dr. Bahadur don't let him place a pacemaker in you. I'm going to TriCity Cardiology now, what a nice change of doctors and staff. read more

Im so mad that I didnt read these reviews. Dr. Bahadur and medical assistants were amazing and gentle. The BILLING dept is a JOKE but more specifically Jessie/Jessica the Billing Manager and a horrible reflection of this doctor's office. I was called on Friday to confirm my appt for Tuesday and told I had a massive deductible $800+. I told the appt coordinator that I couldnt afford that. My insurance told me I was covered. He told me to call Jessie at ext 228. He gave me the code 93351 for my insurance co. and I called Jessie and left a voicemail around 3:20pm. I called my insurance confirmed that I had zero out of pocket and authorization was approved. I get a text 22 min before they close on the night before my appointment that I now need to pay $425 for my appt which is the next morning at 8am. I text back no answer, i call frantically before their phones shutoff at 5pm. Finally get ahold of her and told her what my insurance said and she said that my insurance would need to call her and tell her that its zero. I said you close in 10 minutes and all she said was Yeah. I told her than i have to cancel the appointment. She said ok but you now have to $250 because you signed a paper. I called incessently trying to talk to Michelle the office manager but receptionist disconnected my call 2x. At this point my BP is above 180 and im heading to Urgent care. If you have heart problems DO NOT GO HERE unless Dr, Bahadur goes somewhere else. He was helpful and informative. read more

The cardiologist I have seen for years is still excellent even though they try to make you see the PA more than you get to see the MD. But the real issue is their front office. They are absolutely useless. They are more interested in getting back to their phones and chatting between each other, then help any of the patients. The way that they treat some of the older patients makes me want to go up to the desk and be stewards for people I don't even know. There isn't a single front office worker there that I would ever recommend or hire. Absolutely miserable people. read more

They overcharge every time I go. I always have to ask for a refund because they always make me pay upfront. They need to contact insurance before charging so they know what to charge. I really liked Dr.Kedia however the office side is a mess. Difficult to get ahold of anyone or get a call back. I had an issue where what I was charged is not what was quoted and I could never get ahold of billing to discuss. I gave up eventually and let it go to collections. Paid the past due balance through collections and fast forward a year and a half I decided to try their Chandler location to avoid this practice. Except now they show a past due balance and no record of me paying and they can't pull anything up or tell me who I paid then. Going somewhere else with better service moving forward. read more

The doctors are amazing but the office staff is incredibly rude. Just horrible. God forbid you ask them a question. Additionally, they make the patient pay up front instead of sending it through insurance first. We have two insurances, full coverage including never having to pay a copay more than $25. We had to pay $200 up front for "copay" because "that's what they require". It's not what my insurance requires, secondary insurance was willing to be billed and would cover it, but because they won't bill up front, we were being charged $200 every time we walked in the door. read more

I really hate to leave this as I really like everyone there personally. It is September, the year is 2022. These people still have a face mask policy. My only doctor left that requires it. I'm not sure why they would want to look this ignorant. Or, as I think, imagine looking like you care less about actual medical facts, and care more about keeping up appearances. I don't understand why doctors and nurses would want to voluntarily look this ignorant by still having this policy implemented. They all were required to take microbiology in order to get their degrees. So they know the micron size of a virus. And they know that the vast majority of bacteria and viruses are passed via either direct or indirect contact. But I don't see them routinely cleaning the seats and door handles. I don't know why a doctor or nurse would require someone you're suppose to care about, and put first (especially above the edicts of agenda driven politicians) but instead you make them wear a surgical face mask. A mask that was meant for surgery, and keeping bodily fluid out of the doctors/nurses mouth and nose if it squirts from the body during and operation. Look at the manufactures websites for these things. They straight up tell you the size they will filter. Sorry. I like the people here but this just isn't acceptable for the reasons I outlined above. read more

Lifetime acquired Valley Heart Associates. I was a Valley Heart patient for years. Valley Heart's billing model was to "write-off" the difference in their billing amounts and insurance reimbursements. Lifetime changed this, where they pass on the difference to the patient. I acknowledge their prerogative to make this change. What I do not accept is, not informing the Valley Heart patients of this change and allowing it to be revealed after months of bills being accrued. Additionally, they do not return calls. So much stress caused by a cardiology practice. I am done with them. read more

I was a patient of Dr Klee at Valley Heart and I saw his assistant Lisa who was great. I knew he had retired but the letter said Lisa was still on staff. I came to my appointment and was met by a stranger, Joy who was terrible and flippant. I was not informed about the change. She said that I would be reassigned to another cardiologist. She had not looked at my chart and had no clue about my health. And in the portal all the previous visit summaries now have her name on them. This is basically falsifying a medical record. She has never seen me! Besides my horrific experience, trying to talk to anyone is impossible. I waited 45 minutes to talk to a medical assistant because they forgot to send my prescription to CVS. I then needed to talk to the appointment desk and waited 45 minutes there as well. Hello, you have a portal. Let patients communicate and book appointments there if you can't handle the call volume. Your merger with Valley Heart is a disaster and I am now establishing myself with a new cardiologist. Maybe you should prescribe medication for your practice to cure the cold dark hearts of your office. I overheard a few other people in the office saying the same thing. You are going to lose patients. If you're considering where to go for cardiology, pass on this practice and save yourself a major headache. read more

If you're reading this, you're old enough to make your own decisions, but heed my warning. In most cases, either the office staff are terrible and the doctor is great, or the doctor is terrible and the office staff are great. In the case of this office, both are terrible. Upon arrival, I was informed I had to pay $200. When I informed office staff that I only had a $20 copay for office visits per my insurance, they refused to collect it and stated they need the full amount. When asked if they could bill me for the remainder, they told me they don't do that and that they need the full amount before I can be seen. I worked in medical billing, and I know for a fact that you absolutely can bill for the remainder, they just choose not to. Additionally, trying to obtain a refund will be like pulling teeth, extremely difficult. After explaining my benefits to them and the CPT codes from my insurance, they would not budge. After grudgingly paying the amount, I waited to see Dr. Markabawi, who I learned is absolutely terrible. Extremely fast talker who talked over me and couldn't let me describe my symptoms in full. When I explained some of my symptoms, he told me "mind over matter" and that it was just anxiety. As I am a healthy individual who lives an active lifestyle, he told me I need to exercise more. I saw him no more than 7 minutes, and off I was sent to schedule 4 additional appointments, which I will be canceling. I strongly advise anyone who reads this to never visit this office or to receive treatment from any of these providers, or else you will be out of money and out of time, both of which you will never get back. read more

Dr Kedia at Lifetime Heart & Vascular is absolutely incredible-- his talents and knowledge around cardiac health is obvious with every encounter I have with him. I have been seeing him and this group of office professionals for about 6 years and I can sincerely say he is my favorite doctor in all of my 58 years. I began fainting for no obvious reason and it was seriously impacting my life, my health, as well as the potential safety of others -- and I was referred to Dr Kedia by my primary care doc. Dr Kedia jumped in to solve the mystery of me fainting -- but test after test showed no obvious cause but he kept digging. He uncovered atrial flutter and my life has turned around 360 in the last 2 years since the discovery. I have had 2 atrial ablations, an internal heart rhythm recording device implanted in my chest, medication and life stress changes -- all with Dr Kedia calmly driving for complete answers, informing me and my family of options/risks/benefits, working with all of my other doctors for a well rounded picture of health. I also began losing weight for no reason and he suggested I get to the bottom of that and recommended a doctor specializing in tough diagnoses-- I was able to get in quickly and we have found out the cause of unexplained weight loss as well. Dr Kedia and his staff sincerely care about me as a patient and as a person -- they form a wall of knowledge, understanding and care around you and stay involved throughout. I appreciate Dr Kedia treating me as an equal partner in my health and we talk through things - he does not talk 'to or at' me like most of my other doctors. Markabaoui is so nice, but his PA or NP Dana was not knowledgeable in my case at all and claimed I had "no cardiac history" and would not clear me for my new job. She walked into the room and said "you look familiar", but then proceeded to say "your echo looked totally fine last year"... I'm sorry no it didn't. Markabaoui diagnosed me with a mitral valve regurgitation and RBBB, so maybe if you do some research on your patient first they'd feel more cared for and like you care and they'd trust you more. I'm going to Tri-City now like so many people told me to in the first place. read more

WISH I COULD GIVE 0 STARS! allegedly i was put in for a CTA scan for my heart in February. I then waited 2 weeks to hear back from someone (as i was told) then i called back and asked for an update. They said "nothing has been put in, and they dont see that the Dr said i needed anything" so i then made another appointment and their earliest availability was May 2. So i went back AGAIN just to get another CTA request put in. Dr Kedia told me he was sorry for the inconvenience and to call the office "and bug them" if im not hearing from anyone. Since May 2, I CALLED EVRY SINGLE WEEK! sometimes TWICE A WEEK. each time they told me the same thing "i dont see you as needing anything" "let me figure this out and get back with you" finally today i call again and Ann said she is not responsible for ensuring patients get appointments from a 3rd party. She only submits the requests and its not her job to follow up on those....WHY WASNT I TOLD THIS BACK IN FEBRUARY???? HOW DO I KNOW WHERE THE REQUEST IS SENT??? Terrible terrible terrible..AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST. read more

The front desk staff was helpful, and courteous. The medical staff was very helpful, knowledgeable, and respected my being there. They knew what they were doing, and made me feel comfortable while the tests were being done. My complaint is that the waiting room was way to cold. I had to go outside to get some warmth from the sun. When it was time for me to have my snack, I ate it in my car so I could be warm. They need to do something to make the waiting room more comfortable for the patients. read more

Overall, I like Dr Stevenson and the nurse practitioners at the facility. My complaint is that it seems absurd that they charge for an exam (whether it's a stress test, echocardiogram, etc.) then require a billable appointment to get the results of the exam. I understand if there is a change from a previous exam that needs to be discussed, but it's impossible to even determine if the results were stable from a previous exam. This is the Worst office Staff ever. They have no clue. I have tryed to make a appointment for a test and never can get a phone call back. It took 3 months. They kept telling me the girl that does that is on vaction. When i did talk to a very nice young lady she said she was new and wont be there long because no one cares or helps anyone. I was overcharged for my copay. My copay is $35, it says it clearly on my insurance card. The rude front desk lady tells me it is $125 so that's what I have to pay to get my appointment. I pay it so I can get my appointment done and get on my way. After my appointment, I call my insurance to check whats going on and they tell me that nothing has changed. I am on the same insurance plan as I was before. I call back very upset about being overcharged. The office manager speaks with me and says we are dropping you as a patient. I have yet to be explained why I was overcharged other than thats what our system said to do . Very shady. Stay away. Dr. Bahadar was a great doctor but this was completely unacceptable. read more

My husband has seen a cardiologist here for about 4 years. He developed PAC's ( premature Atrial Contractions) and eventually was put on a heart medication. The next Holter Monitor results showed PAC's better but now he has Tachycardia. Another heart medication. Three months later, a full heart work up, and Dr says my husband needs a pacemaker. When I don't hear back after leaving several messages, someone finally calls and tells me they no longer take our insurance. So now I look for a new cardiologist, and he says the reason my husbands heartbeat is so slow is the 2 heart meds Lifetime Heart put him on. And the bonus is, I called to have all my husbands records transferred to new cardiologist. Nothing at all at new Dr. when we went there today. read more

This office has the worst customer service. Our insurance covered both the stress test and the echo test with zero out of pocket. The office manager insisted they bill the tests taken in the office, not a hospital, as outpatient surgery so we had to pay $1150.00 for both tests instead of the 50.00 copay our insurance told the office we should pay because both tests were covered by our insurance. The doctors still would have been paid but from our insurance rather than us. We pay a 1500.00 premium a month for a PPO and this office insisted they collect the money from us rather than our insurance because they would not change a billing code. read more

This is an amazing team of doctors great office very knowledgeable however the office manager has no idea what she's doing as a manager to be working there, she is very toxic that can definitely be fixed with a manager who knows what they're doing. A manager is there to motivate the staff instead of throwing them under the bus but the doctors are very knowledgeable very amazing I am clinicians diagnosticians team of doctors and there was one staff member billing manager who is absolutely amazing but the office manager absolutely horrible. I have been seeing these folks for a little more than a year. I have total confidence in and respect for their knowledge & expertise. I want to respond to Jason's comment about requiring facemasks in the office. Last week I had occasion to visit my PCP in San Tan, an outpatient lab in Mesa,, an outpatient radiology facility in Gilbert, and my dermatologist in Tempe: all of these places required facemasks. I would just suggest that these folks know more about healthcare issues/science/infectious diseases than most of the general public and they don't have these requirements just for fun; it's way more hassel for them! Also, medical facilities in general have a higher population of vulnerable, perhaps immunocompromised folks within their walls. It's about others, not just us as individuals. read more

The first visit/Consultation went well doctor seemed very nice scheduled me for a stress test the surgery schedulers found out that it was going to cost me $850 2 weeks before the appt called me the day before the test to tell me I was going to have to pay $850 I asked if I could do a regular stress test and she was very rude never called me back and said I needed to have a nuclear stress test today or nothing! front desk is very kind the doctor is but the surgery schedulers and insurance billers are very disrespectful and rude would not recommend this place to anyone read more

I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Kedia at his office. The office is nice, new, open, spacious and well decorated. The check in was quick and then it was just a short wait before I was called in. The MA knew what she was doing and was well prepared. Dr. Kedia was in fairly quickly once she was done. He spent a lot of time listening to me and answered all my questions. I was having issues with my blood pressure...and was scared. Went to see Lifetime and was greeted by Tyah Haro, who immediately calmed me down and worked with me to get my BP under control. She was professional, focused, knowledgeable and took the time to answer all of my questions. The staff has been exceptional. never an issue making an appointment. Not a fan of office staff. Girl that answered transferred me to what was apparently the only person who could make an appt. She wasn't available so I had to leave a message to make an appt. Received a call the next day and girl was not very pleasant. Found another cardiology group with friendly staff that are willing to see patients in a timely manner or even just make an appt when you call. read more

Updated: After posting my review I was contacted by the office. Anmol took my concerns seriously and research the issue. A few short days later my billing issue was resolved. I do appreciate a business that is aware that client service issues, which do occur, can bubble up from various channels and are responsive to those channels.
