When I tried to call it was said "a supervisor removed you and they are not here right now" So if you you disagree with their practices and challenge the items that never took place, you are ghosted. You might ask.... was I rude? No, we never even had a conversation over the phone. Did you do something to them? Yes I challenged charges for items that never took place in the appointment. I never even received a Dr's report from that appointment. I'm guessing because the Dr didn't want to put in writing what never took place. Do yourself a favor and avoid this scam of a place at all costs!

My PC goes over everything and makes sure you're well taken care of. They even give you a summary of your visit with all tests results, vitals and everything that was discussed with your PC. They provide free transportation to and from the office if you have no way of getting there or don't feel like driving. They always make a follow up call to see how you're doing after your visit. They also have a 24/7 hotline if you need a Dr after hours or have questions. I've never been treated so well at a Dr office in my entire life. I would recommend OSH over Desert Ridge any day of the week.

I have been going to Paradise Valley Family Medicine for quite a number of years, and I have had…read moreDr. Anthony Katz as my primary care physician. When I remember to make my annual checkup with enough notice, I meet with Dr. Katz. Otherwise, I have met with several of his nurse practitioners. I have been pleased with my interactions with Dr. Katz and the nurse practitioners, who I feel all listen to me, provide updates in a thoughtful manner, and follow-up afterwards with any referrals or prescriptions. There is an automated system that can connect people with the front desk, voicemail system, or provide other system as need be. When you're speaking with the front desk, they are quite helpful whether they answer questions or help schedule or reschedule an appointment. Any paperwork is submitted and charges are made in advance or following the appointment so that you do not need to worry about either while you're checking in for your appointment. Any bloodwork is done in the office instead of going to a separate location (as they used to do a few years back). Needless to say, it's very convenient to work with the Paradise Valley Family Medicine office. As for Dr. Katz and the nurse practitioners, they have gone out of their way to make calls, do research, and follow-up with me between appointments to ensure that I am taken care of whether it is a sleep study, having a prescription be honored, or even having a prescription successfully make it to the nearby pharmacy. They use a portal, which is easy for sharing test results, visit summaries, or sending messages back and forth. You can learn more about the Paradise Valley Family Medicine on their website (https://www.pvfamilymed.com). Get offer primary care, well child exams, well woman examinations, annual physicals, sports and camp physicals, adult and pediatric immunizations, preventative health care, and pre-operative clearance. To see Dr. Katz or another doctor, make an appointment about a month in advance. You can see a nurse practitioner about two weeks in advance, and they are wonderful! I have enjoyed working with Brooke and Allison in the past. They are typically open Monday through Thursday from 8 AM to 5 PM and on Friday from 8 AM to 12 noon. Holiday hours differ a bit. All in all, I'm glad to go to the Paradise Valley Family Medicine and recommend them to anyone needing a primary care physician.

Hello. I recently was seen by Dr. Cunningham for my seizures. He is a very wise, sincere, quick…read morewhitted and a no-nonsense demeanor kind of Doctor. He is a doctor you cannot bullsh*t so I understand why he is in the line of work he is in. I was blown away by his interpersonal skills and street smarts. He seemed to treat everyone as equals and fair chances --which is rare. He is the only Doctor I've heard dismiss a co-pay fee due to a misunderstanding and the only one I've heard give medical advice in casual conversation that ended up saving a persons life. I was nervous because of not looking like I have a "disability" and I was preparing to "sell my case" essentially but it was not needed. He automatically knew my daily struggles based off the placement of my brain tumor(removal), such as having emotional over load quicker than I was use to, becoming extremely fatigued after an overload of stress, and how much I could take on before it was "too much". I would essentially be flooded with sensory overload and into shut down/extreme fatigue a couple times a day. If I tried to push through it, my nervous system would end up locking---setting me up for a seizure. So as a result of my childhood trauma, I struggle with misque, or really believing my own emotions and problems. Him understanding before I had to say anything -- was very healing. It is funny how God works, so to Dr. Cunningham, may God continue to work through him and bless him.

I am a retired police detective, so I may have understood his blunt sarcasm better than most people would. I even cracked my own joke about doctors and he laughed and shook his head in agreement. I found Dr. Cunningham very knowledgeable about my condition and made me feel I can return to a relatively normal life, with hard work on my part, of course. I highly recommend Dr. Cunningham.

However, you're only as good as your supporting team and that is what this review is focused on. During my Dec appt, I had a PA attempt to give me a shot the Dr had already given me, & was caught & scolded by another PA for not reading my chart. I then waited for 45 min for a "Jennifer" to explain to me the office's turn-around times; she never came to the room. I finally walked out, advising the staff that making a patient wait 45 min without being checked on is completely unprofessional. Every month I have to call in my prescription and pick it up. I have been advised the turnaround time to request a RX is 24 hours. I always give 48 hours, as the office never has my RX ready in 24. My work shift allows me only one day to run errands during office hours, so I do what I can to ensure my RX is ready on/by that day. I called on Tuesday, the 12th of Jan, to get my RX. Today is the 14th and still no call advising it was ready. Since this is the office's usual behavior, I called them. I was told the PA has had my request since the 12th but hasn't written my RX yet. I was placed on hold. The secretary came back on the line to advise me I can pick up the RX tomorrow, the 15th. I told the secretary this is unacceptable, I have one day to pick up the RX before their office closes and gave them more than satisfactory notice. I demanded the RX be filled today and call me back. I am still waiting to hear back from the PA. I love Dr. Fauer, but I am done with the Keystone Cops behavior of his office staff. His staff could cause life-threatening issues by not reading charts, never following up with the patient, and not issuing RX refills in a timely manner. I'm not putting my life in their incapable hands anymore.
