If it were an option it would be negative 100. As of today, I have been holding (over 3 phone calls),12 hours. It's been 4 hours TODAY since I asked for a call back and my spot to be held. This is seriously why people lost their mind when and IF they FINALLY get to speak to someone. Do better! Your phone system sucks and raises blood pressure - I know mine is on the high level. Their phone system - stinks! Ability to reach a live, breathing, with a pulse human - ZERO, less than! Exorbitant fees while NOT even submitting to insurance is RIDICULOUS! Now, I'll go back to wasting my day waiting for a 'supposed' call back from their automated system, in theory - not gonna hold my breath. Maybe the invoice with a big fat "CALL ME! If you want to maybe be paid" along with a few other descriptive words... This is the worst Sonora Quest location. I made an appointment for my labs and upon arrival which was on time was turned away. Mind you I am 8 months pregnant and their excuse was there was no time to complete my labs. No offer to reschedule, nothing. These are terrible individuals that I would never trust to put a needle in my arm anyways. read more

Another visit, great results. Arrived at 8:25 for an 8:45 AM appointment. The intake process was efficient and friendly. I was taken back at precisely 8:45 by Tracy, who also drew my blood. I asked if she could take it from the back of my hand, which most phlebotomist shy from since they are smaller veins, smaller needles and a slower process but she didn't hesitate. It's my personal preference and a lot less painful. Tracy was pleasant, aware of my nervousness and accommodating. Thanks! I recommend this location! read more

I arrived at 7:15am doors opened at 7:30am. Check in at Kiosk was easy. I had no appointment,however I had lab paperwork from my Dr. Staff was fast and friendly; I got out by 7:52am. Very happy would go again! read more

Terrible service even with an appointment. I expected the customers to be "ghetto" and the lobby to have crying babies with mothers more worried about their cell phones then telling them little abominations to shut the hell up. But the employees are just as bad. No respect for the customer. You are just a number to these people. Make an appointment, come early as possible to avoid the trash and bring earplugs. Don't be surprised if the lady with 15 kids gets preferential treatment over you. And protect your valuables. read more

I couldn't understand one word the in-take person said at the counter. Please put someone at the counter customers can understand. Also stop taking walk-in patients and telling them the wait is one hour and them make them wait two hours. Just tell everyone they need an appointment. I came in at 9:30 am without an appointment and was told it would be a one hour wait. I am now leaving at 11 am without seeing at tech to take my blood. The wait at this place is ridiculous. I've been to different Sonora quests in Phoenix where the walk in wait wasn't too bad. They tell you it's an hour when you walk in....but I've been here almost 2 hours now and half the waiting room was here before me. This is getting ridiculous. They are extremely slow.
