I called so many different bailbonds and was treated so poorly. They talked at me like a child no one wanted to help so I gave up. Either the bond needed to be more or it needed to be less. I happen to find a number that said BB so I gave it to my wife and asked her to call. ( From my wifes perspective) After a day or 2 of being afraid of what would be said I called and was treated like I was human for the first time. They were busy so they asked to call me back and they called me back a few minutes later. They didn't mind that I was asking questions and they were very understanding didn't rush me off the phone and explained everything to me in detail. They gave me time to figure out a few things. In between them talking to my wife I would call and they would reach out to her and update as to what needed to be done on a very tight schedule. Being the very emotional person my wife is there were times the stress was so bad she would just shut down and cry.
