I haven't written a review in a while, but this is one that needs to be done. My wife was arrested on one of those BS not turning left into the nearest corresponding lane deals. She had only had a couple drinks and passed all the stupid human tricks on the side of the road. Non the less the officer insisted she blow. This had already gone too far, she refused. Immediately they arrested her and forced the bloodwork, which came back at half the legal limit btw. AZ new policy dictates zero lol trance now, so she was charged with driving while impaired to the slightest. The ramifications for this are exactly the same as an actual over the limit DUI. It's all about the money. This is where Victor and his staff came in. They were very knowledgeable and straight forward. They treated us with dignity and respect from the start. Not like the stereotypical loanshark, pawnshop mentality you would expect from most bail bonds agencies. You give it to them straight with the respect they deserve for reaching out to help you, you will receive the same 10 fold. I would highly recommend them to anyone in any situation. 4 Although I hope to not need their services in the future. Ha! I wish I could give ZERO stars !!!! This place is the WORST bail bondsman ever! They black mail and treat you like SH*T I have never seen anyone get treated so bad in my entire life until my friend went through this man, everyone loves to praise this man Victor but he is nothing but a complete A**hole. A friend of mine went into his office to see him and make her payment he didn't even look her in her eyes he was too worried about how much money he was getting off a law suit because someone hit his car MONTHS AGO!! come on victor you have "business" to take care of buddy.. Then when my friend was in his office he was on his phone the whole time! And victor are you senile or what ?!? This man is very disrespectful he thinks he has complete control over peoples lives. "I'm your boss I don't give a f***" since when do you get to treat people this way? Like seriously what's your problem sir? Seems as if someone's not getting the TLC they need. Victor and his office manager are awesome. I found myself in a situation where I was forced to defend myself or die, and I fought. Unbelievably I was arrested and spent 4 days shuffled throughout 4 jails in the City and Maricopa County jail systems before I was able to be put in touch with Dignity Bail Bonds. I have not been in trouble in the past and didn't have a clue how the arrest and jail system works. Victor and his assistant were kind and compassionate and caring and worked with me and my representatives to get me released on the bond that had been set. His assistant showed up at the jail almost immediately after being notified about the situation and talked to me about the procedures and options and brought me great comfort. In September my husband was arrested and I was in need of a bondsman to get him out. It was a Sunday afternoon when I started calling bond companies to determine what I needed in order to make this happen. I spoke to 4 bond companies prior to speaking to Victor and was told the dollar amount and collateral amount I would need and was advised by every single one they would not be able to do anything until Monday morning. When I spoke to Victor, he advised me of the multiple bond options I had and told me to call him back when I had what I needed. Don't give victor your money no matter how desperate you are. They say you will get your money back but you don't, even if you go by all their rules! VICTOR will threaten to take everything you own. Your vehicle, your money, garnish your wages. He will threaten to SUE you. He will threaten to get you put back in custody just cuz you missed ONE phone call. I have three children, he said he will take the food out their mouths if I don't pay what he thinks I owe him. I don't owe him anything!! I did what was right and now he's mad because he owes me my money back. He harassed me. Victor tried telling me to go live with him and he'll take good care of me but I respectfully DECLINED and now he wants to act all funny. He threatened to break down my door because I didn't answer quick enough. He TOWED my car for NO reason! I gave him $400 just to get my car back. I was arrested for defending my life and then when the person passed away more than half a year later charges were dropped and refiled and I was arrested again for the same alleged incident. The difference between this Bond agency and all the others is they run it as an insurance agency and not like Circle K. They pay attention to the person and not the nature of the charge on your case. They don't ask you about your case but rather focus on you as the client. They write letters of support to your judge if you need that extra help. From reading the reviews the bad ones come from ones who weren't clients at all or so called friends of some who were. Like mine, I'm a client and this is a true review.
