I have worked with Dawn Kaiser with a chapter 13 bankruptcy…read more Bankruptcies are not known for being fun experiences. Understand that Dawn's service is not going to make this unpleasantness 'magically disappear'. It's going to be hard work. But just like a good trail guide can point out where firm ground is, and where you're going to fall off the edge of a cliff if you're not careful -- so Dawn can help navigate a very complex and uncomfortable experience -- and at a very reasonable price. Dawn guided my wife and I through the experience of getting our paperwork together and coached us on where / when to file and how much to budget for filing. She is very compassionate and gentle. She was even willing to work with us on making a payment plan for her fee if we needed to, which was very reasonable to begin with! Make no mistake: Dawn is not an attorney. She'll point this out to you several times. She can't represent you in court. But she knows her stuff, and her experience shows. I would definitely recommend Dawn and Arizona Legal Services to anyone who needs help with any of the areas she provides services for: divorce, paternity, child support / custody / visitation, bankruptcies, wills, powers of attorneys, probates, guardianship, conservatorships, non-probate transfers, and name changes.

Our old one…read morewas 20 years old and though it had been updated twice it wasn't keeping up with where our lives are now. We also thought it was becoming confusing with the updates and didn't want that to be an added burden for our trustee. We finally located a lawyer who would make us a new trust for $2,500. We were pleased at the somewhat lower price than most trusts cost but even so, that was a large extra expense for us. We were having a conversation with our neighbor (who had been a legal secretary of 30 years) and she recommended we speak with Melssia Moy of Dynasty Legal Documents. Our neighbor used to work with her and had very good things to say about Melissa and her work ethic and character. We made an appointment and discussed our needs and answered the questions Melissa had for us. Within a short time, we had our new trust and at a price we could afford. We are grateful to Melissa for her help, advice and her desire to help people.

I hired Process Server Associates of Arizona and paid $125 for routine service, which advertised 4…read moreattempts with the first attempt within 72 hours. I provided detailed times and locations to help complete service promptly, but communication quickly became a major issue. Aside from two automated emails confirming unsuccessful attempts, none of my emails or repeated phone calls were returned. Multiple additional service attempts were never completed within the stated timeframe. Because of these delays, I was forced to file a motion with the court requesting additional time for service, something that likely could have been avoided with proper communication and follow through. The company advertises: "We will meet or exceed the service level you select, or give you 100% of your money back. Guaranteed." In my experience, the promised level of service was not met, and my requests for updates, resolution, and a refund went unanswered. I also filed a BBB complaint and did not receive a response there either. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this company based on my experience.
