The customer service I received was incredibly awful I just feel astonished…read more I brought in shoes for a return and on my phone was an QR electronic label it said to put in original packing if you have it. I didn't I just had the box and I let the lady know. She made me feel less than an inch small by telling me she couldn't help me unless I have the original packaging or to go to the place I purchased the shoes (which was shipped online actually) I showed her the receipt though She said she couldn't help Me so I said ok, I got the shoes and proceeded to walk out. I heard her mumble loud enough as I was it walking Her exact words was "next time read the words it's that simple" I then looked over and said was that necessary to make comments and be mean She then lied and said I didn't say anything. I swear on my life she did and she was very very mean not even polite. I will never ever ever go back to this UPS store again !!!
