Over the last few months the experience has dramatically shifted from a good experience to a very poor experience. The email communication in which I sent my files over to be printed has gotten very unresponsive after years and years of extreme responsiveness. The other day was the final straw for me. I walked in because it had been almost an hour since I sent over an item to be printed. I came in asking for it, and I was told they need to look and see. They looked and saw it there. By the way, they're all standing around. I was told they were very busy this morning and that it would be another two hours before they can get to it because somebody was in front of me. Again, they were literally all standing around. I told them I didn't want to do business there anymore and not to print it. I also sent this in an email asking them not to print and then I would no longer be doing business there. I received no phone calls. I received no emails of anybody apologizing or anything. Disappointing I wouldn't recommend going here the people have changed and the management has changed

The customer service I received was incredibly awful I just feel astonished…read more I brought in shoes for a return and on my phone was an QR electronic label it said to put in original packing if you have it. I didn't I just had the box and I let the lady know. She made me feel less than an inch small by telling me she couldn't help me unless I have the original packaging or to go to the place I purchased the shoes (which was shipped online actually) I showed her the receipt though She said she couldn't help Me so I said ok, I got the shoes and proceeded to walk out. I heard her mumble loud enough as I was it walking Her exact words was "next time read the words it's that simple" I then looked over and said was that necessary to make comments and be mean She then lied and said I didn't say anything. I swear on my life she did and she was very very mean not even polite. I will never ever ever go back to this UPS store again !!!
