The customer service I received was incredibly awful I just feel astonished I brought in shoes for a return and on my phone was an QR electronic label it said to put in original packing if you have it. I didn't I just had the box and I let the lady know. She made me feel less than an inch small by telling me she couldn't help me unless I have the original packaging or to go to the place I purchased the shoes (which was shipped online actually) I showed her the receipt though She said she couldn't help Me so I said ok, I got the shoes and proceeded to walk out. I was in the store Monday 8/19 around noon attempting to mail a package to my son. Lady at the counter, causasion, middle aged and apparently miserable made me feel like I was really bothering her by being there. Huffing and doing all she could not to have to speak a word to me. Chris, Nick, Brandon and Eugene are always willing to go the extra mile in answering questions, providing clarity, managing special requests etc. Taylor, La Kenya, Bailey, Michelle, McKenzie, Toni and Gabriel are also nothing less than exceptional in making sure customers receive first rate service, even when there are multiple customers in the store. Went in to ship a package out (without a QR code) and the lady in the front wearing a black shirt (didn't catch her name) was EXTREMELY rude. She was clearly very lazy and didn't want to type the address in herself and told me I needed to use the self service stand. I have never done that, I always walk up to counter and USUALLY someone is happy to help me. After I told her I would wait for someone to help me she started to speak down to me and I told her she didn't need to talk to me like I was stupid and that I would happily wait for the next person to help me. BEWARE CUSTOMERS I have used this location for Amazon returns for a while. Last week I went in and had an issue with a QR code for my return which required me to find an alternate return method using a mailing label. I was charged $3.65 for what I guess was the employee (who never mentioned there would be a charge) printing it on the copier and applying it to the returned package, I guess. I thought that was pricey but paid and left. Yesterday, I went into the store with mailing label,QR code and was told that b'c the box wasn't taped it would cost $1 to tape it. I said to the guy behind the counter,"Are you kidding me?" With all seriousness, I thought he was just kidding. Oh no...he wasn't, I looked at the rolls of tape for sale and they were over $11 dollars for one roll. His response was, "No, if we didn't charge for boxes to be taped up we'd be out of business." I'm appalled!! Needless to say, I will Never do business there again. I went to a different UPS store down the street, by Fry's and they were pleasant and taped the box with no hassles, no lines and no additional charges. This place really needs to reassess its customer service and obviously dishonest price gauging By taking money from customers for taping a box. MY ADVICE IS DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE. read more

Convenient location for dropping off Amazon returns and shipping packages out. Location was not very clean, and it's pretty small but they make it work. There is even PO Boxes at this location! The staff was friendly and very efficient. In and out with 7 packages and three people ahead of me in less than 5 minutes. Beware: **SCREENSHOT YOUR QR CODE/LABEL/ADDRESSES BEFOREHAND** there is no cell signal with Verizon here. The older lady with the outdated haircut and style that helped me on Monday was just as salty, as a one older person can be. If working or dealing with customers is that bad it may be time for you to retire. This location has always been great! Usually I go to drop off Amazon returns and I've never had an issue. My most recent visit, I needed to print something unique. We were fortunate enough to have Sam help us through the process. She took the time work through our request and even offered additional services their equipment offered, to include folding the sheets of printer paper. We encountered some setbacks. Sam persisted and utilized multiple printers and additional employees knowledge to find a solution. By going the extra mile, she saved us at least an hour of our time which we would've had to use folding papers. Two big thumbs "UPS" to Sam and Chris at this UPS location. Poor customer service. I wanted to get something notarized and the younger, male employee told me their notary services ended 3 mins before I walked in. Instead of informing me of the store policy politely, he appeared condescending. It seemed the lady who was the notary was about to assist, but he took over the conversation and didn't allow her to respond. I asked him how strict they were on the policy, and he said they are very strict because they're short staffed (there were three employees there and one other customer being served). It seems the complaint of poor customer service is common at this location. The owner needs to consider the customer experience and offer the staff some training - they need it. read more

The next day I returned and told that now the package would take ten days and cost 65.00 for ground delivery. In the middle of my transaction with my agent, another agent took over the computer to sell someone 3 stamps. I'm spending 65 dollars and my computer is highjacked! Goodness forbid you show up a few minutes before they close, they will treat you like a burden and close the gates almost on top of you. Do not use this ups store especially for Amazon returns. They try to get you to have to buy packaging to return your items. They are extremely unhelpful. They won't let you use the Wi-Fi even though there's no signal in this store I highly recommend going to the UPS store at 155th and Bell by prize. They are so nice and more than accommodating. I will no longer use this store for any type of Amazon return or my personal UPS shipping needs, you've lost a long time customer in addition, I'm going to call Amazon and let them know that the store acts like it's a bother for them to take returns for Amazon the difference between the store and the store at Rams and Bell Road in SURPRISE is night and day again I highly recommend you service that store and not use the store any longer. Go in to print and laminate with my own laptop. Employee says wifi is down, but their computer is working with internet. Ask them well oh, if your computer is working with internet might as well give me the password for the wifi. None of the employee knows, so I used the their computer without complaining. Printed and they charged me for using the computer. Like excuse me a guy before me used it and the employees didn't charge him. And for me i brought my own laptop and UPS employees is going to charge me cause your wifi is down? The employee says "I don't make the price." But you literally didn't charge the other guy, but me. Employee says their wifi is down and that you should use their computer. You use it and all of a sudden they charge you for using their computer. My mother stopped in to simply return a cardboard box she didn't need and had a horrible experience here. Because of COVID they were requesting that only a certain number of people be in the store at one time. My mother was asked to wait outside until someone left the store, which she did. After waiting in line for about 10 minutes, a man came over and locked the doors in her face. She told him she has been waiting in line and only needed to return an item. The man motioned to his watch and said "my watch says '1'". Again, my mother said she had been waiting outside for a while. He again motioned to his watch and said "its 1. We're closed." I would strongly suggest, unless you enjoy being treated horribly by rude people, take all your shipping business elsewhere. I believe there is another UPS store not far down Bell Rd to the East. There were 2 guys working (one in the back), but only 1 was helping customers. The one helping customers was taking a REALLY long time to do anything. So I recently visited this UPS to get a package delivered. I hardly ever write reviews but I feel like my experience was definitely not one that others should be experiencing in the future. So I had an Apple computer that I needed to get delivered to New Jersey so I bought 200 feet of bubble wrap to make sure that it was protected within a large box. The computer is a pretty big size itself so a big box is needed and we all know how Apple products work One drop or hard-hit and the screen is going to get shattered. So I went into the store to get it shipped out and the girl behind the counter was polite enough to help me , She told me that it rang up $107 for the shipping because of the size of the box not the Weight of the box. This was totally fine. She suggested if you want we can get a smaller box for you and get it all packed up and taken care of that way it's cheaper for the shipping. So I gladly said yes let's go ahead and get it open now she wanted to see how big the computer actually was. I stated to them and I have a lot of bubblewrap in here to make sure this is protected, so if it goes into a smaller box I would still like it to be protected. So after a good amount of time trying to get it all unwrapped she finally takes a look and starts taking measurements with a measuring tape and then another associate came over to help. She then told me that it's actually gonna be more expensive for us to repackage it for you and take care of it. I asked them how is that possible? You just told me it would be cheaper in a smaller box and now you're telling me it's more expensive? After all I just went through to get it all unwrapped? So then the guy took over he was an older gentleman not sure if he was British or not but he told me that if I choose to use my box along with all my bubble wrap then it would not be insured by UPS but would be insured if I use the small unprotected box they wanted to provide . That all on itself doesn't make any sense to me why would your small unprotected shitty box be insured but then my big box with literally 200 feet of bubble wrap would not be insured? That's stupid, not sure if I missed something but thats bullshit. So I politely told the guy I think I'm just gonna go with my box because I feel with it being in my box with all the bubble wrap it's going to be safer and actually make it to it's destination without being broken. So his reaction to what I just said was "Oh ok then you can box it back up yourself" I looked at him like are you fucking kidding me you're gonna make me tear apart my entire package that was perfectly put together to the T and then you're gonna tell me to my face that I can put it all together back myself and I can stand to the side while I do so? Fuck you you piece of shit. So after struggling to get it all wrapped back up with absolutely no help from any of those associates, and the job not being as sufficient as the first one I finally get it back in the box and then the dip shit decides to finally help by saying. "OK so it looks like you're all set?" Bro your a dick, clearly I needed help and you and your other associates decided to be douche canoes. So now I'm standing there thinking God dammit now I'm gonna pay over $100 to ship this thing and I'm not comfortable with it's wrapping job now and had to go through all this bullshit. I was embarrassed to be seen struggling in front of all those other customers , that's bull shit. They could of had at least one person help me since they are the ones who put me in that situation. But no, just gonna day Fuck you do it yourself. The times I showed up was somewhere around 12:15PM and leaving around 1:30PM February 27th UPS seriously needs to couch these people on how to be a human being and careless Ass clowns. read more

She a really challenging time getting information back someone who appeared to have seniority.
