Making the difficult look so easy and effortless is an art. AJ did just that at this location…read more I dreaded dealing with a complicated temporary registration for a used car purchased in a complicated transaction. DMV research was no help. One call, easy clear directions on how to process and an invite to come in got the process going. Then a simple trip, a 2 minute wait and AJ went to work. I was on the road in no time. And ridiculously reasonable fees. I will never step foot in a DMV again unless I need a new license.

Avoid at all costs. They don't seem to understand simple tasks…read more They sent me to the MVD because my license was missing a hyphen (which Arizona used to not include on licenses). They said it would be "impossible" for me to register my car because I wrote my first name properly hyphenated on the title. Drove the extra 15 minutes to the actual AzMVD in Avondale and they said it was a NON ISSUE.. The AzMVD rep mentioned Ayala by name and said they are "uncooperative and incompetent". The business is empty everyday with no wait for a reason. Just go the MVD on Van Buren and Eliso instead and keep your peace.
