Paid him on Saturday 11-18 for assitance with partner. I ended up filing a Dept of Insurance claim as of Wed. 11-22 bond has not been posted but he took the cash Sat. Im now waiting for bond to be posted by today or my refund back today per the complaint I had to file w/dept of insurance. Per jail and legal representation, it should have not taken this long. Tyler was great at first- listened and flexible but afterwards, delays continued to happen. Sent me a text that partner would be released at somepoint on Tuesday as he had to redo paperwork. Called jail several times per his instructions, they never had an update. When confronted, Tyler attempted to state I falsified information yet I provided all information to him as I did for my partners private attorney. In addition, he felt I was rude after working 70 plus hours on since my partner was incarcerated- gotta make ends meet. After he set the expectations, Monday he would be released. You lose faith in a persons ability, especially when its a hardship that wasnt aware until it happened. In the end, Tyler was not able to keep his portion of the agreement of his services. At this time 11-22, still awaiting refund or bail to be posted per complaint i had to filed. In addition, Tyler said refund was to come but never confirmed when he would meet to refund money since he could not honor his agreement. Edited 11.24.23: I can only edit this review once one of the two things have occured- he honors his agreement or refund is made whole. Refund- I would rather have as weary as this experience is, I can only imagine what would happen if he did post the bond for my partner. DO NOT, use this bail bondsman Tyler. The other negative reviews on Google are 100 percent dead on. My friend got him the down payment he requested, and once he got the money he disappeared. He would not return her calls even after leaving multiple voice messages. I called from my phone immediately after she tried multiple times and he answered my phone call instantly. Once he realized she was on the line with me he gave some BS excuse. If you want the person you want bailed out as soon as possible, DO NOT use this guy. He's quick to take the money but not help in your time of need.
