They were good about doing their part, but they told me he had to go in upon his release and sign some paperwork. I told the person I was speaking to, he can go in, but my grandson is deaf and you will not be able to communicate with him. My bad that I did not get the name of the person I spoke to. When I informed them of his disability the person I was speaking to said he did not have to go in just to make sure that he knew he had to show up to court and they got information from me over the phone. Once the bond was exonerated, I did not receive the full amount I was expecting, I was shorted $390. They charged me $300 for him not going to sign papers after I was told he didn't have to and another $90 for management fees So just make sure if you use this company that you ask questions and go in the office even if they tell you, you don't have to and last but probably most important. Write down the names and dates of the people you speak to.

I called Bettys from the 4th Ave jail and told them specifically i have a 1980 suburban c20 (3/4 ton) for collateral and that my bail was $1000. The woman i spoke to said all she needed was the TITLE and to have PICTUREE of the truck. That is what i was told over the phone. I got around to getting a message across to my people a few days later only to find out that was a lie. The family member attempting to get me out was told they needed to come tow my truck to their storage yard and pay storage fees while on bond when i clearly said that was my only transportation and living far from a bus line. It doesnt stop there. I was also informed that my truck needed FULL COVERAGE insurance on it as if that makes the it have more value. Last time i checked collateral being stored and NOT driven on the road does not require any insurance at all. You people are idiots and need to practice your field better or find a new career. They will get you and take advantage of you when you are in a bad situation…read more After charging us $900 on a $3,500 bond and taking in our 08 Yukon worth $8k. they violated our guy, picked him up for missing a check in and never notified us there was a $600 fee. they impounded our vehicle many mos later and never notified us. they let it sit at their lot and charged us $1,800. we didn't find our vehicle that we reported stolen until they tried to take it to auction. they never notified us, and then sold the truck for $500 is what they say. So they basically do whatever they want and take whatever they want.
