From finding the right car to making sure every detail was handled perfectly, Joe went above and beyond. He stayed well past his regular hours to ensure everything was executed smoothly. I was only able to arrive after work to pick up my vehicle and his associate Mariela also stayed late to give me a thorough, personalized walkthrough of all the car's amazing features and technology. Their patience, professionalism, and genuine excitement made the delivery feel truly special. I've worked with many dealerships and sales professionals over the years, but Joe consistently stands out. He creates an elevated, personalized experience every single time and makes you feel like a truly valued customer. I couldn't be more thrilled with my beautiful new 840. Big thank you for another exceptional experience! **Original review April 2025: We had the most incredible experience from start to finish... Joe Svoboda ensured a flawless transaction for us on a very special vehicle with stunning red seats! Moreover, he went above and beyond to bring the red bow to our house (on his own time!) to deliver the extra special surprise... He also took the time to answer questions and customize all the options/settings to perfection. I've been a loyal customer for years and have generally had a great experience with the brand, but Joe exceeded each and every expectation. Thank you - we are very grateful!

When…read morethe order arrived, only one emblem was included, despite the product listing clearly showing four emblems. The listing was extremely misleading. What I received did not appear new, came with no original packaging, and looked like it had been torn off from another surface. This is not what I expect when ordering parts from an authorized BMW dealership. Buyer beware.

Only had 60k miles drove great. 1 owner no accidents clean Carfax. When I arrived I've never seen a used car dealer so clean before. I mean this place was immaculate really impressive. The look of the establishment made a good impression on me. Made me think this place is really all about cars and selling a great vehicle. Did I mention the dealer was indoors? Really nice establishment that made the car buying experience great. Netmortorcars has high end vehicles intermediate and lower end vehicles to suit all car buyers. Definitely give them a look see if you're in the market for a used car. I'd been driving the Jeep pretty hard since 2017 with no major issues. the car was rust free and at first glance looked great. I'm a big White Sox fan so the color was exactly what I wanted. No major issues at, just minor. Had to replace a couple of air/tire sensors. Other than that car was fantastic! Why did I say was?! Well as we all know FCA in 2018 decided to surprise us all with the body style change of the wrangler so I had to have it. Traded the Jeep in. Got about $26k for it towards the JL. I believe I paid $33K for the JK. Got to admit had I known FCA was going to change I would have waited. The reason why I waited so long to do a review is because I don't believe in reviewing big ticket items right away. I must say though. I enjoyed the experience and the vehicle. Overall car was a beast. Definitely check this place out

The back tires were still in the back so I complained to the service guy and he asked me how do you know? I said because I marked the back tires and he did not question me at all and gave me the refund for the tire rotation charge saying that the mechanic probably had forgot to do it , at this point I didn't know if they did the oil change or not , so I don't trust this place no more .

A little over a month ago, I left Elmhurst Toyota a one-star review after a frustrating experience…read more I never expected I'd be coming back to write this review, but I'm genuinely grateful that I am. What happened next completely changed my opinion of the dealership and showed me why Elmhurst Toyota has earned such an outstanding reputation. After calling the dealership twice for an out-the-door price on a 2026 Toyota RAV4 XLE Premium, I was told someone would call me back. Unfortunately, that never happened, and I was ready to take my business elsewhere. The very next day, I received a call from Joe, one of the sales managers. From our first conversation, it was clear that Joe genuinely wanted to make things right. He took the time to understand what had happened, looked into the situation himself, acknowledged that the dealership had made a mistake, and sincerely apologized. That level of accountability is rare, and it immediately changed my perspective. The RAV4 I wanted simply wasn't available anywhere. The exact model, color, and options I wanted couldn't be found. Rather than asking me to settle for something else, Joe got to work. He stayed persistent and ultimately made it possible for me to order the exact vehicle I wanted, something I honestly didn't think was possible. Over the next month, Joe called or texted me regularly with updates, so I never once had to wonder where things stood. He kept every promise he made and completely transformed what had started as a disappointing experience into one that exceeded every expectation. When Joe called to tell me my RAV4 had arrived, much sooner than I expected, I couldn't wait to pick it up. Melissa from Sales made delivery day unforgettable. Before I even arrived, she sent me videos of my new RAV4, making the excitement feel real long before I walked through the doors. When I got there, my car was waiting with a bow on it. This was my very first brand-new car, and you only get that experience once. Melissa made sure it was every bit as special as I had imagined. She was warm, genuine, and incredibly kind. Within minutes, I felt like I had known her for years. She never pressured me into purchasing anything beyond what fit my needs or budget, and she made the entire process feel easy and enjoyable. Then I met Andrés, Product Specialist "Genius". As a fifth-grade teacher, I appreciate great teaching, and Andrés was exceptional. He patiently walked me through every feature of my RAV4, answered every question without making me feel rushed, and even continued helping me after I brought my car home. His patience and kindness turned what could have been overwhelming into something I genuinely enjoyed. Finally, there was Jack in Finance. If you've ever dreaded the finance office at a dealership, Jack will change your expectations. He was friendly, honest, and refreshingly low pressure. He took the time to explain everything clearly and helped me choose what was right for me, not what would simply cost more. Looking back, what stands out most isn't that Elmhurst Toyota corrected a mistake. It's how they chose to correct it. Every person I worked with shared the same professionalism, kindness, and genuine desire to help. That tells me this isn't about one exceptional employee. It's about a dealership whose culture is built around taking care of its customers. Before shopping for my RAV4, I spent a lot of time researching Toyota dealerships, and Elmhurst Toyota consistently came highly recommended. After this experience, I can honestly say they have earned every bit of that reputation. I live in Naperville, and Elmhurst Toyota is not the closest dealership to my home. That no longer matters. I'll gladly make the drive for every service appointment, and when it's time for my next Toyota, I already know where I'll be going. Thank you, Joe, Melissa, Andrés, and Jack. You didn't just earn a five-star review. You earned my trust, my future business, and my sincere gratitude. Thank you for making my first brand-new car an experience I'll never forget.
