After being offered a great price on a Honda CRV (by the Pre-Owned Manager Johnny Dakic) that we were sold on and intended to purchase, the car (after sitting on the lot for 2+ weeks ) IRONICALLY was sold the day we showed up to finally complete the paperwork. Granted, we had not put a down payment or a deposit down, so to be fair we had not officially "saved" it and 2 weeks had passed since we were last at the dealership. However, I had personally spoke to Basil Mirou, Sales Manager quite a few times in those 2 weeks asking about the car (that was still on the lot) and the logistics surrounding our situation in those 2 weeks. I left several messages for Johnny as well letting them know we are coming to buy the car and to call me back.. no call back to date) Even AFTER they "sold" the car, he claimed more would arrive and tried to sell us a different color, claiming now it was more $$ because it was "premier" color and highly sought after. If I didn't call back to ask if any new cars came in, I would have never received a call back. I even flat out asked Basil on his PERSONAL cell phone if he even wants my business! Because I can easily go elsewhere! TO DATE.. Basil was to call me back with new inventory he was checking on (a week ago) and have yet to receive a call back! Do NOT entertain this dealership at all! Not worth the time or frustration... Instead went to Valley Honda in Aurora and had the best experience!

I bought a 2016 Honda Pilot which I took to my mechanic. My highly trusted mechanic found 3 very minor issues which Continental took care of before I left. I reviewed the pricing against many other vehicles of the same type, and was satisfied that I got a good deal on the vehicle I wanted. If I need or want another car, I will definitely talk to Dimitar again about the inventory at Continental.

I called them to explain my vehicle is now unsafe to drive after their tire rotation... even worse, we have a 6-hour drive tomorrow for a funeral service. They advised we bring it back in. Even though I'm scared to drive it. Eventually my husband had to meet me on the side of the highway to bring them the truck again! Not only did they not fix the problem, they unwound the tire rotation and kept our money. Zero accountability for anything and said because they performed the service we would not be refunded. Except they allowed me to drive an unsafe vehicle after it never had any issues prior to the arrival. It was our first visit there!!! Terrible. Both my husband and myself drove carefree before this service visit. Unbelievable to not even offer to compensate our time, our safety, or simply fix whatever we paid for originally- a tire rotation that THEY recommended, that THEY do daily. David Young is a knowledgeable and friendly ASE Certified Technician here also and upon chatting, I could tell he really has a passion for cars. As a helpful Dad's errand, I brought my son's car in here for a brake job while he was out of town on a trip. This particular shop is also part of Costco's network of auto service providers (besides selling and installing tires which Costco does at its own Tire Centers) and that is what directed me here. That and knowing they would be more economical than having a dealer do the brake work. They do good and reliable and guaranteed work and while they are not "cheap", but rather reasonable, you do get a 15% discount based on being a Costco member. You need an authorization number from Costco via their website to get that discount. They do a lot of the usual auto shop services but most of their Costco referral business is admittedly for wheel alignments (which I also had done) which Costco Tire Centers don't do, but often recommends after their tire work. I really liked the professionalism and friendliness I experienced here. Nice written reports with photos are also provided on all of the work btw. Big thumbs up and thank you Matt and Dave! ps - There is a 3% credit card fee and the auto repair bills are not insignificant. There is no fee for a debit card, so bring and use that if it makes a big enough difference for you.
