I can say there is a lot of improvement from last experience I had with the front staff. The Drs in general are amazing and work hard on providing care for their patients. There is still some issues with scheduling, but overall good. Overall, I feel content with the level of care they are providing for my dental heath. read more

For over 7 years I had been a patient of Dr Ehab Gandoor at Dental Town's Belmont Ave office. He is an excellent practitioner, whom I couldn't praise high enough for the excellent work in all the years he was treating me. Sadly, the same cannot be said of a Belmont office of Dental Town. (Norma ?? not sure of title / name). In November 2025 I visited the location to make an appointment. Norma disregarded my written insurance confirmation, stating she could not find it in "her system". She tried to raise her "insurance contact" on the phone, to no avail. I left without an appointment. She promised she'll call me but never did. On February 11, 2026 I called to see if the issue was resolved, as I received another insurance confirmation in the mail. To my surprise, I was told in a very aggresive and inappropriate tone, that I'm being "terminated" at your clinic and she felt slighted or some such, back in November, when I was waiting for 30 minutes for her to finish her searches. Later I received an unsigned, and astonishing in its insolence letter. Norma, an office worker, "informs" me that "DENTAL TOWN BELMONT is withdrawing from your further professional care immediately". I wrote a registered letter to the owner of Dental Town, Dr Sinan Razzak, DDS. I described the situation. I requested that at the very least I'd be forwarded with dr Gandoor' contact information, so I can continue seeing him. The letter was sent in mid-April. To date (5-20) I have not received any answer. Today I tried to contact Dr Gandoor by phone at the Dental Town location. I was refused and hang up on. Because of that I cannot contact my doctor !! read more

I went to them today and they told me that my insurance (UHC -united healthcare) doesn't cover everything and it's an PPO which they cover everything.I went in for general cleaning and they try to get me to pay them upfront or payment plan.I will not be going to them anymore that's why they got a one star read more

Did not love my experience, would not go back. They did the absolute bare minimum I would expect from a dentist, which is that they did an x-ray and talked about my teeth. The cleaning didn't feel thorough. They weren't able to do the more advanced work that I needed and had to send me somewhere else, and I understand that happens sometimes, but they weren't super helpful about helping me find another place or plan for costs. The waiting room was kind of bare and boring looking, which I would normally overlook, but it was part of an overall "only doing what we need to do and nothing more" feel the whole place seemed to give off. Also, and this may have been a mistake on my part, but I made the appointment thinking I would see a female dentist and when I got there they gave me to a male. Seeing female practitioners is just a preference of mine, so I accepted the situation, but it did annoy me a bit. They couldn't help but there were some super loud kids in the waiting area, but I didn't like that I could hear those kids while I was having my teeth examined. The whole setup just doesn't work for me and I won't be back. read more

Callous and heartless. Prioritizing profits over patient care. This office harassed me with *absolutely non-stop* calls to schedule --while I was in the middle of cancer surgery! I had to tell them FIVE DIFFERENT TIMES that I would be scheduling when that was done, explaining the painful truth, over and over and over again. But they - would - not - stop calling, and texting and emailing me, kept pestering me over and over again. No mercy for a human being dealing with a life threatening illness. All they cared about was getting patients in the door, so they could make money. The fifth time they called, I yelled at the receptionist, "Stop calling me!!! Leave me alone!!!!" Whoever is in charge of this office, directing their staff to pester their patients this way has no heart whatsoever. I will NEVER EVER go back to this place. EVER! read more

First time ever at this location. My daughters appointment was at 12:30 I arrived @ 12 super early but that was my mistake so I left came back at 12:25 waited for 30 min to be called in to the room then ADDITIONAL 30 minutes for them to get started on my daughter. And to see that they didn't even take no longer than 15 min on her teeth!! Is crazy!!! Specially bcus me as her mom I know her teeth need more of a deep cleaning bcus she hasn't been to the dentist for a very long time. Once they finished I get to the car and see she still has pieces of food stuck on her teeth!!! This is definitely a place I don't recommend! Specially when they take only 10-15 min on your teeth knowing your teeth are not that great! No recommendation was made towards her getting braces or if she will need a deep cleaning ect. They just said she was all set! I got to another location bcus of my insurance and they definitely treat you wayyyy better they make sure to provide all the options for making your teeth better! I say this with complete sincerity. Dr. Jabar is a gift. I , like many others , have struggled with intense dental anxiety. To the point where I have avoided the dentist at times when I shouldn't have , which left the situation worse than it needed to be. Dr. Jabar has really helped alleviate some of that anxiety. I deeply trust him. He is always kind, attentive, and patient with me. He always takes his time to answer any and all of my questions , and explain things to me in detail. I recently had to see an endodontist for a root canal , though she was kind, she was no Dr. Jabar. If you need to see a dentist for anything (and you should , because I've learned the importance of taking care of our teeth!!!), this is the dentist you should see. I'll be honest, sometimes I have to wait a bit longer than I would like to , but I rather wait than to go to another doctor. read more

I had a horrific tooth ache and swelling in my face and made an emergency appointment on their website in the middle of the night. Quick and easy to do, got in for the next morning. The staff was incredible; welcoming, attentive and the office was very nice and clean. The Dentist, Dr. Jabber, was fantastic. He was completely understanding and concerned with my pain and made sure I was comfortable and calm. He saved the tooth which I was afraid I was going to lose and my insurance covered everything. I will continue my dental care here and highly recommend it for anyone! read more

I highly recommend this place. The staff and Doctor are SUPER nice and friendly. The dentist seems like he genuinely cares for his patients and takes his time and makes sure to ask how you're doing while working on you. I had some sensitivity issues and found out I needed some fillings and they gave me a reasonable appointment, unlike many others in the neighborhood. I was immediately welcomed once I stepped through the doors. A few forms to fill out, a short wait; next thing I know I was in the dentist's chair. The Hygienist? (not sure about her title) told me what she needed to do BEFORE she did it, so no surprises. Very reassuring. She took a bunch of x-rays, was gentle, and everything went great. A few minutes later the Doctor came in, I explained my issues, and he did the exam. Again, very gentle. He explained the problems he found to me, (which turned out to better news than I was expecting!), what he would need to do to fix them, and told me all we need is prior authorization from the insurance company. So for right now, it's a wait (hopefully short). Overall, everything went smoothly. I'm giving four stars for now just because four and a half isn't an option. I will admit part of it because I was missing my old dentist who didn't take my insurance (a great guy!). But if the treatments to come work out as well as this initial exam, I won't hesitate to shout Five Star Service! I would recommend DentalTown based upon my experience so far. read more

I don't know why this place doesn't have any reviews. My experience was very pleasant. Staff is kind, informative, and reassuring. The girl at the front desk was very friendly. I've had terrible experiences with previous dentists, coming here doesent make me anxious like I usually get. The rooms even have a tv with videos playing to distract you from whatever you're getting done. The dentist was super knowledgeable and honest as well. It's very affordable and they accept Medicaid insurance. read more

Dr. Ghandour and the staff members were extremely kind and made sure that I was comfortable throughout the cleaning process. Dr. Ghandour is very personable and knowledgeable. He is one of the few dentists that I know of who makes an effort to connect with the patient by making an introduction and sharing a little bit about his life. The plus side is also having movies running while sitting in the chair for distraction. Will definitely recommend! read more
