I'm still agog that Ian was able to completely make the giant (7+ inches), creased, gnarly dent on the front of my car literally vanish. Ian is super professional, upbeat, and fun to be around...that was my first impression when he arrived. He assessed this mother-of-all-dents on my Subaru and told me that he felt he could improve it a lot but possibly not eliminate it completely. I appreciated his honesty, figured anything would be an improvement, and I gave him the go-ahead. After he worked on it, I was astounded to see the dent and any trace of it was literally gone.
