Ian is a rare breed worth every single 5 star rating. My husband and I recently purchased a brand new truck and before the first payment was ever made someone left a nice dent in the fender. No note, just a big dent. We wanted THE BEST paintless dent repair company and turned to Yelp to help us find THE BEST. After reading reviews we decided to call Ian with Dent Solutions. If he was half as good as his reviews, then I was sure we would be happy with the results. From our first conversation I felt like my business was important. I felt that Ian went above and beyond to juggle his schedule to fit in to my busy schedule. He was 110% honest about what he thought he might be able to do about our dent. With 24 years experience, I could tell what he told me was the honest truth and he did not pretend like he could fix anything. In fact, our dent, though just a 2" dinger likely from a side mirror, just happened to hit right where a bracket in the fender frame was. It was going to be a tough one and Ian was straight forward in telling me that he would not be able to remove it 100%. It would need to go to a full body shop for that. We did not want to do that if we didn't need to, so we asked him to do what he could. In the end he was able to remove the dent about "75%" (according to him). But I swear to you it is more like 95% and his work saved us from having to have the fender repainted on our brand new truck. To an expert maybe it is 75%, but that is because he knows exactly what he is doing, what can realistically be achieved, and takes so much pride in his work. I am sure that we will end up with more dings and dents in the future and when we do we will call Ian. HUGE FAN of these guys!! While I was traveling, I had a wall mounted bicycle rack come crashing down, badly denting a BRAND NEW BMW with 300 miles and a new Range Rover. I was really upset/angry. I had a new, deep, sharp, 1/8 circular ding on the leading edge of the hood on my 2013 Honda CR-V. The paint was chipped, but Ian did a great job of flattening the metal, clearing out the chipped paint, and then spot painting. I'm still agog that Ian was able to completely make the giant (7+ inches), creased, gnarly dent on the front of my car literally vanish. Ian is super professional, upbeat, and fun to be around...that was my first impression when he arrived. He assessed this mother-of-all-dents on my Subaru and told me that he felt he could improve it a lot but possibly not eliminate it completely. I appreciated his honesty, figured anything would be an improvement, and I gave him the go-ahead. After he worked on it, I was astounded to see the dent and any trace of it was literally gone. He is such a perfectionist...after he had worked on it for a while, the dent appeared to be vanished to my lay-person eyes, but he still was not satisfied and continued working on it to make it perfect to his standards.
