I had Ian come out to my house in Vacaville. He is located in Napa, but has a mobile service. I chose him because of his high Yelp score (over other closer dent repairs). He called to confirm a time, called me 20 minutes prior to arrival, was on time and went right to work. He told me really what to expect and the up front estimate (came in under). He fixed two of my vehicles which each had a dent in less than an hour. My wife was so devastated because she got a door ding in her new Ford Edge. Emailed Dent Solution on recommendation from a local dealership for a nice-sized dent that my bike pedal left when our garage rack fell on my car. The dent was not in an easy location (near gas tank door), and it was pretty deep. I emailed a couple photos, and got a call almost immediately. I had brought my truck to Solano Auto Collision Center last week because uhaul did not tighten down there trailer. They fixed my dent. But I had other dents that I wanted pulled out and when Clay from Solano Auto Collision told me about Ian Cordle, He said Ian can pull out any dents You have he said and even gave me his card. Well to make a long story short. I was told that he could not pull out my dents. He said they were not feasible to get them out. I have a titan truck. By the way he came out on October 21 threw October 28. He wanted to fix my small dents but not my 4" dent from when I hit my hand on my truck tailgate and my door. I called Ian and he came to my home a short time later. I had a ding about the size of a quarter, in my truck lid. It only took him about 20 minutes to make the repair. And what a repair it is. We took my son's Scion FRS to Ian @ Dent Solutions to get it ready for a car show later this month. It had a couple of dings in the doors, as well as on the trunk. One of the door dings was in a particularly difficult area because of the structural bracing directly behind it. Ian was able to get ALL of the dings out. The car is now perfect.
