Worst Denny's experience ever! All the food was brought out at the same time. Super slow service with hardly anyone in the restaurant. Food was horribly prepared. Kids cannot eat free (like every other Denny's) if you have a coupon; I was told this is a franchise so they can make their own rules. Styrofoam cup they brought to my daughter broke in half and her milkshake spilled all over the floor and they didn't replace it. Omar the manager did nothing to fix any of the problems. It was Denny's. Just like all the other Denny's the food was dependable and average. I would only get this review three stars but we had an excellent server. Her name is Brenda and she was great. She made multiple trips to the table because we were indecisive at first. She brought refills quick and our food was hot. The new extreme skillets are great and as always the super bird sandwich doesn't fail. Again, Brenda was awesome and we will come back again just for the service! read more

This is the best Denny's I have ever been to. Great, fast service and the food was really good. Denny's has really up'd their food game. It's not just a late night place anymore. I had an amazing Steak with real mashed potatoes and gravy. My Wife had Fish and grilled Veggies. The Shake I had was off the charts good. Eggs tasted like chemicals. Sausage disintegrated into a mushy powder in my mouth, didn't eat the 2nd one, stopped eating bacon and eggs. The waffle was good. About 8 hours later, EXTREMELY SICK. Nauseated and food poisoning..... I'll never come back. read more

I've never had such terrible service! So bad we walked out because with 25 minutes of no drinks or a highchair. When the waiter finally came over to us he was said "what do you want to drink?" No hello no im so and so nothing of courteous service. Asked for a high chair again...10 minutes later still no drinks no highchair we left. I have never done that before! I would have understood if they were busy but there was maybe 5 other tables in the whole place with people at them. I recommend driving the 5 miles up the road to the one on Madison. read more

Funny how one Denny's can differ from another. Perhaps not in the diligent way servers perform, but certainly in the way food is prepared. Take Bacon for instance: in one Denny's it comes almost burnt, please do not insist is crispy, in the other arrives just right. This particular Denny's gets recognition for overall better food, and lucky for us when we visited, outstanding service, with big smiles and plenty of coffee refills. I forgot the name of our server, but I definitely will include her picture, for she made sure the occasion glittered, unusually so for Denny's. Great conversationalist, brisk and efficient, truly an asset to the sometimes iffy franchise. 2 Lumberjacks, and a Senior Special with Belgian Waffle, nice name, but I am almost sure it was more local than what the title suggested. One of those times were eggs were cooked as requested, and the bacon did not fall asleep while being cooked, arrived picture perfect, ham and sausage links better than the last few times. Even the Coffee tasted better than chicory chips. My group was happy and vowed, if Denny's was to be repeated, this location would be the preferred location. Which proves the wildly debated point, that is not the franchise that is to blame when it falls short of the mark, it is the location and the people running the show. I visited this place for a business lunch. The staff is very pleasant and attentive and yet let us take our time for our meeting. We took up a large part of the restaurant and they were very gracious. The food is good and hot and I will be back for other such meetings. Really appreciated that this restaurant was accommodating. Denny's, the land of the undercooked scrambled eggs and french fries that are somehow cold even though you saw sitting under the heatlamps in the kitchen for twenty minutes before being brought to your table. Oh yes, I'm familiar with this territory. All too well, my friends. I've frequented this Denny's, a very new one (a little over a year), a few times (11pm, 8pm, 1am) and have really been left dumbfounded. Every time I've gone there, I have been shocked to discover: The restaurant is clean The server is friendly My order is made correctly The food is hot This isn't the Denny's I'm used to! Go! Uncook these eggs a bit, forget my refills and bring me a chipped glass, damnit! But seriously, this Denny's is fantastic and they're always slow (in the sense that not enough people go here). I love breakfast at denny's. This morning just my daughter and I, had a great time. Had the ultimate skillet and my daughter had the breakfast sandwich. Both were really good. I recommend the Santa milkshake with breakfast, it was outstanding! Have you ever had a milkshake with breakfast? Then don't knock it. They dont serve tequila or vodka so went with the milkshake. I can't freaking believe what happened here! We get a table...the waitress comes over and we give our drink order. She brings the beverages back only my husband's is WRONG...then she DISAPPEARS. I usually use the restroom after I order but I waited and waited and STILL no waitress. So I tell my honey my order so HE can place my food request and when I come back from the restroom STILL no waitress. Hmmm...so we waited a few more minutes and then got up and left. The manager even asked my husband about staying and eating...we would have LOVED to have stayed but your waitress didn't want to take our ORDER. I am still amazed that after 20 minutes she hadn't shown for the main part of our visit and that was to order FOOD. I don't go to Denny's to order hot tea and diet Coke. SMH. What a jerk. We came here Sunday morning and of course it was a bit busy. We were happy to be seated right away and ordered quickly as we already knew what we wanted. Then.... It took 45 minutes to get our food!! The waitress was apologizing but we didn't expect this to take so long with a simple order for three people. My order was even just a side of sausage and hash browns so it's more like 2.5 orders. As soon as the food arrived we asked for our check. We seriously gulped our food down in seven minutes, no joke, then left because we had somewhere to be. Now I know you can't expect fast service on a Sunday morning but seriously this took way too long. Our waitress was nice so we weren't upset, just in a rush. If I could show 0 stars I would rate them a 0. The worst Manager ever. He was a skinny Latino with a greaser hair style. I did not get his name. We waited over an hour and never were seated. I didn't mind the wait since it was Fathers day all though I was told it was going to be a 15 min wait. After I explained to the manager that we were being bypassed. He stated that we were a party of seven and he had no where for us to seat. Again I did understand what he way saying, but as I walked away...my husband, my 5 kids and the guests behind me witnessed the horrible expressions he made after I turned around and walked away. I husband approached him immediately and he denied it. The place was hot no air and horrible service. We left and ruined my husbands father's day. I ordered an avocado burger today, the bun was old, looked like it had mold on the bottom of it.I formed our server and she had no remorse, she just said oh ok, she never even took the plate away. Most of us in Wildomar did not know that the Wildomar Dennys is independently owned and does not have any relations with the Dennys Chain. I received a certificate from Dennys website to use on the 4th of July and when I presented it today, the Wildomar Dennys refused it saying they were not part of the chain. This is the only Dennys I have ever been to in the whole inland valley since it opened and since Ive lived here almost 30 years. . Number 1. Not very patriotic considering it was the 4th of July. I'll have to agree with Skylar even though he spells his name wrong. I gave up on Denny's long ago but somehow was coerced into going to this one for lunch one day. The salad was fresh and didn't seem to come from a bag neatly tucked behind the counter. The other food items ordered were met with satisfaction from the rest of our group as well. It's quick and inexpensive too. Since our first lunch visit it has turned into a favorite stop for "breakfast for dinner". Our youngest son loves their pancakes. Always good, always fresh. The pancake puppies are a great appetizer if you need some small and quick comfort food! They are extremely crispy and have a light cinnamon coating that makes it all the more yummy. Also they super warm on the inside and come with some maple syrup which serves as a great compliment. They are very dense in calories about 950 for ten puppies but you can get either six for 1.99 or ten for 2.99. I got ten and was mildly full but fully satisfied. They are about the size of slightly larger donut holes per puppy just as a size reference. Caution: they are slightly addictive and go by quick! read more
