It's one of the usual weekend haunts for me and the Mrs more so for the Zesty Nachos. Armed with a 20% coupon, I am finally going to do a review. On the recommendation of our server Taylor, I ordered the Sirloin Steak with grilled Zucchini and French Fries smothered with cheese and bacon. I've been in town for three days and all three days I've eaten here and the food is Denny's food, but the staff is awesome. I'm sure the turnover in restaurants is high, but the night shift women checked on me at least six times in that "actually care how you're doing way" and not the "I'm at work at two am and not making any money bitter, lonely, depressed kind of way" which is, frankly, how I would be. This place is fucking joke .... first ordered online and then there driver didn't even deliver the damn food. So we called asking where the food was and they didn't know and were unable to help !! Then finally they agreed to remake our order but we had to go pick it up ! FUKN RIDICULOUS! Then we go pick it up and they didn't even give us our fries !! THis place is a joke !!! Decided to come get breakfast, I waited to be seated which did not take very long, I ordered one of the horchata shakes and when it finally arrived they ended up giving me a chocolate shake, waited another 30 minutes for me food before asking the waitress who said that it would be another 15 minutes until my food was ready all while people who ordered after me were getting their food.i told the waitress to just cancel the order because I waited way to long for my food. Today's service at Denny's was above and beyond! Our server Miguel repeatedly checked on us, greeted us with a ready smile, and made sure we had everything we needed. I've been to Denny's multiple times before, but today's service has been the best by far. Not only was the food great, it was the service that really made the meal. I decide to go out with my friends for a meal at Denny's after prom. I order a strawberry banana crepe and find hard sharpened plastic. The waiter is informed about the plastic I bit into and decided to give me free food. The bring out a second crepe to make up for our meal, unfortunately there is another piece of hard sharpened plastic in my meal. This is inexcusable and a shame. read more

I can always count on this place to feed me, no matter what the night had in store for us. The later it gets, the lower I set the bar as far as food standards go, and thank goodness, because for some reason the quality takes a bit of a dive after midnight. My wife (also a Yelper) and I come to this place quite often. We prefer the Akers Denny's to the mooney Denny's. This one has better service better staff and an all around better atmosphere. The food is hot and fresh. It's an open menu day or night. The deserts are yummy! The drinks are cold and refreshing! Me and my cheerleading buddies love this place! But we ran into a situation our last visit that was too much for me to handle. My name is Lisa Burgur. So the waitress (her names was Sandra I think) thought it was hilarious that I ordered a old fashioned hamburger. She started laughing so loud it started making a scene. I didn't understand why until I looked down. I'm wearing my cheer uniform with my last name on my back. How mature. So trying to be responsible I would just ignore it, but it was getting to much. I got to overwhelmed when she would get a refill of my Dr. Pepper and laugh when we made eye contact. I am mortified to go back. So if you want a restaurant with mature people. This place is so generic. The service and the quality of food has done down. Went there Friday night and it wasn't busy. It took a while for a greeting and when I did, they said to wait. Like really what's more important then guest? You finishing up your little duties before taking care of me. I guess this place just wants your money and don't even try to better themselves. Then I ordered and never got the soup I wanted. I was sick and went here for a soothing soup. The waiter brought me the receipt and charged me for the soup I never got. Then when I brought it up he didn't even apologize and only said oh yeah the soup I'll take it off. I get to the front register and again they wanted to charge me for the soup? Walked with two other people and we were seated promptly by the hostess who then told us someone would be right over to get our drink order. After about 15 minutes watching several servers walking around talking, but not bothering to actually come to table to take our drink orders we finally decided to get up and walk out of the restaurant. On my way out I mentioned to the hostess that no one ever came to our table, she acted shocked. However the restaurant was virtually empty, so it really couldn't have been a surprise that we were not served. The manager was standing next to the hostess she seemed a little surprised we walked out from not being served. After my only time at this Denny's there was little hope I was ever going to dine there again, however the server Julie went out of her way to provide excellent service this morning, which restored my faith in this Denny's. Yesterday was my birthday I want to Denny's for my free breakfast when I told the waitress it was my birthday he told me to pick a slam so I did so when I went up to pay he told me how much but I told her it was my birthday she says we can't honor this because it was a a lumberjack slam and I told her that the waitress said pick a slam so I asked for the manager she comes back with a reply if the manager is busy she won't be able to see you for 30 minutes so I'm really disappointed in Denny's read more

This morning I stopped in with my son to grab a quick and wallet friendly bite. Our waitress, Lorraine, was amazing! She offered us orange juice and coffee as soon as we sat down, quick to take our order, she even asked if I'd like avocado on the side, brought out our plates with a few extra napkins, checked on us a few times, refilled our coffee promptly, but never bugged! I have been waited on by a few different people at this location over the past 6 months. The outcome is always the same, great food and fantastic service. It is clear that the staff works as a team and is a well oiled machine. There was a tiny mix up with my pancakes, but they were slammed and it was an understandable and promptly fixed situation.
