Food was great, Robin gave great ser ice. I really mean that we got extras and paid for it but it was sure good. Can't wait to come back and see Robin again. I thought I had set it all in the first sentence but that was an 85 characters so maybe it is now great day at Denny's. Thank you, Robin

Robin, Our server, the hostess, the kitchen help! This woman did it all! If they didn't have it they'd make it! I needed to BLT to go, she thought for a moment and stated we have bacon we have lettuce we have tomato I can make you a BLT. She was outstanding as a human being and a server! I would recommend this Denny's because of her service and wonderful personality! Desiree Stephens

Visiting family inn the area and this was the choice for breakfast. One of the smallest Dennys I've ever been to. Staff was friendly but slow. Drinks were never refilled and extra napkins never showed up. Food was simple and tasty. One thing i hate is wait staff who don't write down you're order. Of course some meals were incorrect. No Salt & Pepper at the table. Some tables were dirty and the busy lady was to busy trying to clear are plates even tho we weren't finished eating. I think my family will skip this location in the future.

    Sustainable coffee- and local art!

The service is better than what you'd get at home. From walking in and being greeted immediately by staff to feeling like I was a top priority (even though I came in during a rush), the welcoming ambiance was profound. The management and staff are a reminder everything is bigger in Texas... especially their customer service and hospitality!

Normally we don't visit establishments with under 4 stars but the pictures seemed to speak for themselves! I could not be happier that we gave this little local place a chance. We arrived right at 10:00 am, after the breakfast crowd but it was still pretty busy. Immediately upon walking in the door, we were greeted with a smile and directed to a little corner table. Our server came right over and got our drink order. When she returned with the drinks we placed our order and I went to wash my hands. When I came back, the order was already on the table!! I had the two egg breakfast with extra crispy bacon and they were both cooked to perfection! I also opted to upgrade the two pancakes to strawberry pancakes. I should have gotten a picture! Covered in strawberries and cream, the obviously from scratch pancakes were to die for!! But let me back up and talk about the eggs. Most restaurants these days use med eggs...on a good day. These eggs were SO big! Hubby ordered his over easy. They had to be jumbo eggs! They were so incredibly yummy! Oh but let's not forget the tea! We often drink unsweet tea when we are out and it's rather astonishing how few places actually have really great tea. This place however, just amazing!! We opted to have a cup to go also! But just as important as the food, or maybe more so, is the service. Hands down the best service we have experienced in a very long time!! If you're on the fence about this place, I urge you to give it a try. I promise you'll be happy that you did!! Oh and don't forget to pick up a cross on your way out!

There's plenty of nice local establishments, but some can be pricey and some are just more casual than you want. Scott Williams has perfected the restaurants of Tyler that are balanced between affordable and still quite nice. He got his toes in the water with FDs, before expanding into Javi's, Twelve, and now the fanciest of them all in III Palms. I thought of all those options, Twelve would be the most unique and tasty for my girlfriend and I. We went in an hour before they closed on a Sunday and were seated immediately. We weren't too hungry so we didn't expect to be there past their closing time, and we were ready to go. Our waiter was quick and attentive, bringing us water and helping us decide on drinks from the bar and our order. He also showed us their insane over-the-top whiskey menu. If you like whiskey, give Twelve a shot I guess. To order, I just got their 'Osaka Style' Pressed Roll while my girlfriend got a Sushi Bowl Salad. We got Sweet Potato Fries to share. As for drinks, I started with their Monkey See, Monkey Do, an impressive and firm beverage, while my girlfriend ordered their Destin Dream, a fun Pina Colada-like drink. It wasn't long before our food came out. The sushi was beautifully plated with some wasabi and pickled ginger on the side. I destroyed all the rolls. They were all very fresh and very high quality, which was remarkable for their $13.50 price tag. My girlfriend's sushi bowl looked insane. She ate most of it, but I filled the gaps and devoured the rest of it. The sweet potato fries were crispy and heavenly like all sweet potato fries usually are. I felt adventurous and I got a second drink of their Rose Garden, which was simple but flavorful. Compared to FDs, the menu might be a little more sea-inspired and more adventurous, but I think it leads to better, more unique food, especially with offerings like Oyster Rockefeller and a sushi bar. I also know Twelve does a great brunch as well, so keep that on your radar. Ultimately, as the bill came, the price was very manageable even with the alcohol. It's nice that you don't fully have to break the bank to have a nice meal in Tyler thanks to places like Twelve. I rate it a 12/10. Get it? hahahaha... RIYL: A slightly adventurous, but affordable night out.
