A customer was super upset this morning and said some unkind words, and instead of handling it professionally, she told him he was "ghetto", and to wait until "her husband finds him in the streets." I waltzed in with a group of friends wanting to eat before going home. It was a huge mistake. We sat in our booth for over 10 minutes waiting for literally anyone to come over to greet us and give us our menus. We had to call some worker over just to have him tell us "We'll be with you in a moment". Extra 5minutes. The workers were just standing in a circle talking. Often times looking at us and laughing. Makes us think the worse, we didn't feel welcomed at all. It was only us and 2 other people, already eating. It makes me upset at the fact that 5 coworkers were just gathered in a circle talking for over 12 minutes. They saw we were ready and did absolutely nothing. Thank you to the staff for taking excellent care of my co-worker and I this morning! Especially Christian! He had 30 minutes left on a graveyard shift and was as awesome as ever taking care of us after a long night. Super friendly, introduced himself and really provided top notch service. He even told us when he was headed home and that the gal, I don't recall her name, would take care of us. All staff we interacted with this morning were super friendly, attentive, the food was great, served fast and the restroom and restaurant were clean. Absolutely horrible service. My grandmother ordered a simple club sandwich, they tried 4 times couldn't get it right. Then tried to blame the "new chief". Ok not my problem not my fault. Didn't offer any sort of discount even though we advised this still is not right. Then the manager came over and said they could make the sandwich like the picture in the menu, however the picture requires an extra slice of bread. So that will be 2 dollars extra!?!? Wtf! As I'm sitting here I think we are deciding to leave. First of all, we were sat by the restroom where there is a horrible stink. When we got to our table the host just threw the scrambled menus on he table for us to sort out (there's 6 of us) we then asked for utensils since there were none when we got to the table, again the host just threw on the table and my dad handed them out (just bad manners). The tables weren't even wiped down!!! There are food crumbs on the chairs! Lastly, which was just disgusting, we heard the host sexually speaking to another coworker in Spanish (which we understand) just foul language saying things like "I don't give a f***". I called in and placed a order for pick up for 2 item plates and was told it would be ready in 15-20 min. I arrived at the location 20 min later and told them I was here for a pick up. I told the night manager that if it was fake that she changed it when she went in the back, and that I could not receive the $100 back from her until I called the police. She said, "I don't care, do what you want". So I called the police and the operator said the manager already called. I went with a friend on Sunday around 1am. We were greeted and asked to wait for them to clear a booth which was fine, so we waited. We were finally sat down in a booth and the table was still wet... no big deal, I'm sure they are busy, or so I thought... we were greeted by Yomayra S who was our server? That's what's on our receipt. She kindly asked if she can get our drink order and if we were actually ready to order, I unfortunately was not but we started with the drinks, I knew by the time she brought the drinks I would be ready.. well... she took a long time getting our drinks.. 2 drinks, a sprite and a water... she didn't ask for help (if it was that she was even busy), she didn't check up on us letting us know we weren't forgotten, etc. we just sat there hoping she would be back. She then finally arrived after disappearing and brought our drinks and took our order. I asked for nachos and my friend asked for a burger... the nachos came out at a reasonable time.. but.. I had to share my nachos with my friend because we awkwardly waited 25-30 mins (to which not a single time did she come up and ask if everything was okay, if we needed napkins, etc.) for their burger... when the burger finally did come, she seemed to be in such a rush to leave I had to quickly ask for napkins to which she did bring. As we sat there, we noticed she kept asking the hostess to clean off tables as she stood at the registers being extra nice to the boys walking in and never once after bringing the food, did she come back to the table to check on us. The fries that came with the burger were nearly white from how undercooked they were, and we had wanted to ask for more bourbon sauce, but.. it felt as though she was trying to avoid us.. when she finally did come up to our booth, she just quickly laid the receipt down and told us there was no rush, we can pay whenever we were ready and took off.. not giving us a chance to ask for anything else.. worst service we have ever received. Sat and waited 30 minutes just to get cold food. Asked if they could warm it in the microwave and she took it only to wait 10 more minutes!! Will never come back here: EVER. When we walked in, we were ignored and never greeted. The hostess did not even look at us. The waitress also ignored us. We waited over ten minutes for someone to take our name and guest number, but that didn't happen. When she finally turned to everyone waiting to be seated, she spoke in Spanish to a couple behind my husband, ignoring him all completely. I said we were first in line and she still took the other couple, ignoring us still. The hostess sat us finally without speaking to us. She wore not name tag, as most do not have one. Thankfully our order was taken quickly, however our food was room temperature. None of us ate our food, except the oatmeal. Training! What happened to being trained in customer service and speaking in English? Your employees say everything about your company and I don't believe I or my family will have any decent customer service or good food. I will never allow anyone I know to eat here, as the disrespectful attitude and cold food will stay with me.
