I go here during lunch time to have my breakfast. "Brunch" for some of yall. I never had a bad experience here. I always sit at the bar and my server Rashawn she's always been so sweet and kind always taking care of me. I love having her as my server even on busy days wow she's amazing how fast she moves. Taking in people and sitting them, taking orders and delivering orders to the table! All that while she's smiles and stays positive and hyped up! Daaam she's like a hostess/waitress/server in one. I asked the waitress when could I have my salad and she told me the other waitress didn't write my order correctly and then just shrugged her shoulder and told me it was too bad that it didn't come in time. The employees here that work overnight are literally the worst employees they have. I miss the female night shift manager she was always on top of everything. The new manager just sits and gossips with his employees. I came in yesterday and the manager stared at me the whole time I was there. If he wanted an autograph, I'm more than willing to give one out to fans Thankfully, I came in before the night crew because they will sit you down bring your food and then ignore the rest of your visit. Went here with family a while ago and it did not go very well. While my pancakes tasted good my eggs and sausage were cold by the time they were finally brought to the table. Beyond this my cousin did not get her food till the rest of the family was almost completely finished with their food. We were waiting for almost 2 hours for food that was not up to par. I don't expect insanely good quality at a Denny's but it would be nice to have the food arrive around the same time and be slightly warm. read more

The service was good, we quickly seated by a kind waitress. When we ordered the food took quite long to get to our table. The food was bland the eggs had no flavor and were slimy for some reason and the bread wasnt even toasted or warmed up at least. This location has poor customer service. My wife ordered food online, and they asked when it should be ready; she put ASAP. They informed her it would be ready at 10:12 to 10:17. When she arrived, they informed her that it would be an additional 20 minutes and that there was nothing they could do. Wrong! This location has a couple of cooks handling both online and in-dining orders. This is unacceptable. There should be a minimum of one or two cooks handling online orders and a minimum of two cooks for in-dining. Online orders should be ready when the person arrives; no excuses. Then we found out they were incompetent, mixing up orders and giving people the wrong ones. This location shows it's lack of standards and it's failures. read more

This was the worst experience at a restaurant I've ever had. We had a party of 6 adults and 3 kids. We waited an hour to get seated okay fine we understand it was busy once we were seated we waited an hour to get our food. That's 2 hours of waiting just to get some food. Once we finally got it every single plate of food was cold like it had been sitting there for a long time. Potatoes were burnt and greasy. Every single plate of eggs potatoes and bacon were extremely cold. Not once were we asked for a refil on our drinks. Some of had coffee and water nobody ever came to check on us and how the food was. On November 9th around 12pm my mom, dad and I went to eat at the bar tops due to my mom not being able to sit down from a current surgery she had earlier in the week. A woman named Beatriz approached my mom with a rude tone that she needed to sit down or she couldn't eat there even after my mom had told her she could not sit down due to current surgery. Instead of us wasting our time to get her to understand we ended leaving because her tone and the way she spoke to my mom was rude. 0/10 service. read more

Came to eat a few days ago and enjoy a nice meal with my family. The food quality was not it. It was cold & truly looked like it was thrown together, taken apart, and thrown together again. We asked for the manager & a Beatrice or beatrix came over to "speak" to us. She is the rudest most condescending manager I've ever encountered. Her tone was rude & dismissive. Truly do not understand how she is a manager. I am positive this isn't the first time this issue has come up with her. I work customer service. The food is one thing maybe it was a bad day for the cooks but the service and treatment received by a so called "manager" is unacceptable. As my family and I were eating brunch, we experienced the manager Beatrice not managing. We heard her scream at one of her servers and we found it very unnecessary. I would normally not be here complaining but this is not the first or second time experiencing this and it has always been this manager. One of the past incidents being her rudely attending us. The food was great! Well prepared, coffee was fresh & warm. Restaurant was clean and looked recently remodeled. However, the service was horrible! 8:30 am and the place wasn't busy, but the staff couldn't keep from gathering near the counter and talking rather loudly rather than taking care of the half dozen or so customers. When I went to pay for the check, I told the cashier I had the Denny's app and wanted to use a coupon / discount in the app. The cashier said she did didn't know how to do that and that their Point of Sale system was too old and didn't work with the app (yet it worked with Apple Pay so they could get their money). Denny's needs to force the franchisees to upgrade to a modern P.O.S. system that works with Denny's App / offers. Also, I think, as part of their training, the servers / cashiers need to know how the App works and what the current offers / rewards are in the App. Bottom line is I think this franchise owner just doesn't want to give discounts / coupons, etc. read more
