Food took forever, was missing items, nobody came to refill our drinks or see if we needed anything while we waited for food. When the food eventually did come out, they didn't even give us napkins. This Dennys was very clean and well organized all staff including managers are so friendly and very nice they all work as a team and help each other out, I usually never see any waitress or waiters help one another. They work as a team and give exceptional customer service. Came in this morning and it was freezing we asked the waitress if it's always this cold she said the temperature goes off and on but she continued to make comments when my dad said that it was cold, then she told us we didn't have to eat there, so I got up and spoke to the manager Loretta, and told her we were going to eat and sit through the cold but the waitress Maria told us if we didn't like it we didn't have to eat there, so we got up and left. Double check your reciept before leaving with the total they tell you! We came in as a party of 4 and received awful service. It took almost 15 minutes to even get our drink order when it wasn't busy. Had to keep reminding them to bring the things we needed. When we went to pay we were told $126 we did not plan on tipping 18 percent because the service sucked. When our reciept printed it didn't let us tip at all which surprised us but when we looked down we saw an 18 percent gratuity added which then made sense because the bill at the table was $106. I called to ask about why a gratuity was added to a party of 4? The girl WHO CASHED US OUT had no idea and asked if I wanted to speak to the manager Beatrice to which I replied yes. Obviously irritated she said we put in the gratuity ourselves which we obviously did not because in no way shape or form were we tipping $20 after the service we received. I told her no she's wrong we didn't add anything and she rudely stated we can come back in but she had to send it to the help desk so it would take 5 days to get the money back. We are not stupid people obviously they do this which is why nobody cared about the lack in service or the tip because they add it in. I think Denny's has come a long way, especially with their hamburgers. The first time I tried one of the "new" versions was a breakfast slam burger in Flag city at highway 12 and interstate 5. After really liking that one, I was excited to try one of the others. I wasn't disappointed! I have recommended them to many people since. I still find a reluctance from people that didn't like the old menu. Also the dulce de leche pancakes are really good and very rich ! My wife loves the chicken sandwich that they have , a lot ! My friends called me to ask why I was dumpster diving , but they were mistaken because I was dining at Dennys but I can see why they would think that. My family and I walked in to where we were denied seating at a booth because half the restaurant was "closed" which by the way is not how you maximize profits. The place to go where your smashed beyond relief at 2am. You have to give it to the crew and cooks for putting up with belligerent personnel on a daily basis. HORRIBLE PLACE!!! This last time we were there we were quickly seated which was awesome but we arrived to a table poorly cleaned and still wet with their dirty rag water. It took forever for the waitress to come by and even just take our drink order. We were all ready to order by the time she came with our drinks since it had taken a long time but she said she would be right back because she couldnt take our order then. So that took a bit longer now too. Once we ordered, it seemed like she was having a hard time focusing on what we were saying and that was proven once our order arrived. Our order was mostly incorrect and incorrect again once we had asked her to correct it. She also did not bring us the ketchup we had asked for or the syrup for our waffles/pancakes. How the hell are we suppose to eat it without syrup??? It was just plain off and very unprofessional. In the end, we had to get up to get our own stuff and had to ask someone else for a to go box. The food itself was meh (I mean, my pancakes were cold by the time the plate sat on my table). Sadly after being there for longer than an hour with this horrible breakfast, we asked for the check and walked over to the register. The guy at the registered seemed to also be a mess. Did they all party together on Saturday night or what?? This guy just seemed so off and all over the place. I am not sure if he was the manager being that he was a bit more dressed up than the other people in the restaurant but cmon, hold it together and get your team to work as one. He asked us how our breakfast was and well, we didn't hold back. All he did was say that they have new management and they are doing there best. OH cmon, the least you could have done was discount the order that was incorrect more than once. I am not trying to get free stuff here but for a horrible service like that, thats the least you can do. Needless to say, won't be going back there at all. I do not recommend this place to anyone. This was the first time I had to leave without leaving a tip. A tip is earned, not just given. Sadly they did not earn it here at all. We came in on a Tuesday morning at 645 am- finally was seated. Waitress took our order and then we sat and waited- now going on 20 minutes. Only about 7 other people in here- all have their breakfast except us and one other man- cook is busy sweeping floors and cleaning griddle- no cooking being done back there- finally second cook comes on and starts refilling her station while ignoring the 2 orders hanging on the rail. Managing was horrible. Ordered an omelet & seems as if the food was made in a rush despite the long wait.

Went in for a nice breakfast with my grandma and one of the employees was SINGING extremely obnoxiously loud. She then proceeded to sit with her friends who came to visit her at table and talked very loudly for the whole restaurant to hear. When her friends got up and were leaving, she then yelled from the kitchen "bye bi***". I thought the singing was just a way for her to show off for her friends, but I was badly mistaken. The singing continued very loudly and it ruined our meal. I went to Denny's to get some nice quiet time with my family in exchange for a less than mediocre meal and was in turn, given a 1-star American Idol performance and a mediocre meal. To make it worse, management told us that the "customers come to hear her sing". Maybe those customers didn't show up when we were there because by the look of their faces, no one else enjoyed the singing. read more

Average diner, not the worst Denny's I've ever been to, but no where near the worst. Service sometimes is slow... real slow. Other times its on point, it depends on who your server is. Food is real good, hot and fresh when service is on point, which thankfully is more times than not. read more
