Me and a friend of mine went to Tucson after work on Thurs, 11/20 for a Comedy show. We stopped here for a bite to eat prior to the show and met 2 of the funnest, nicest people. Don't get me wrong, the atmosphere was good, establishment clean and it was topped with good company! Margarita was our server and Victoria was our cook! Victoria was playing good music in kitchen, singing and dancing while she was cooking our food! Girl definitely put love in it! The food was on point and it made for laughter when we all joined in and sang the songs. Our server Margarita was very attentive, nice, talkative and accommodating!! Just getting the bad stuff out of the way, the bathroom was the stankiest, most "bleh" bathroom I have literally ever seen in my life. It was kinda small too. A note to this Denny's: If you actually cleaned your bathroom, you would probably have five stars by now. I have a cleaner bathroom than this in my own home. I might be coming back, so I expect a clean bathroom please. I am not trying to be offensive by saying all of this . The food was amazing, but I am vegetarian, and it was disappointing that there were not many options for me to eat. The only 100% good thing was that our waiter was one of the nicest waiters I have ever met in the waiter world. She actually talked to us in a kind way like we were good friends and made small talk, whereas waiters from others restaurants just take your order and go. The waiter also served the food very quickly and efficiently. So in all this was a very OK restaurant, because it wasn't too bad or too good. I usually don't do reviews everyone can have a bad day but this was outrageous! I created this yelp account just so I could tell you how not to come here! I don't want to say racism but that's exactly what it felt like! This is the worst place you could ever order from! I ordered $50 worth of food! My husband went and picked up the order and we were missing some of our order! I called the restaurant just for the lady to tell me that she knows she packed up my whole order and the driver must have taken the food so he should be responsible! My husband the driver stole the food before he made it home... yeah sure that makes perfect sense! and then when he returned to the store to get the food we PAYED for the lady proceeded to say how does she know we're not stealing the food! I don't need to steal a $5 stack of pancakes and $4 worth of hash-browns! This is the worst experience I have ever encountered at any restaurant! My Birthday breakfast this morning. was very Good . The restaurant was not overly packed. We got seated right away. Our food came out very fast. It was nice and hot. I had the French toast with whipped cream and strawberries, eggs, bacon and biscuits and gravy. My husband had a nice juicy T-bone steak and eggs. Everything came out so good. How can you go wrong with Denny's? While traveling from California to Texas we stopped in for a late evening meal before getting some sleep to continue our drive the next day. We were in the mood for a breakfast meal which Denny's excels at. The food was good as always, but there was a serious lack of service in a place that did not have very many customers. Just tried to go there and use the bathroom. I would have stayed after but was denied the use of their facilities. I explained that I'm a veteran with IBS. I will never go to a Denny's again. You all need to train your staff on the Americans with Disabilities Act. This is gonna be an easy one. Food was low quality. Service was ridiculous. Wasn't even busy and the waitress was horrible. Got charged several unexpected charges that the waitress could have told me about. The bill for lunch for 2 people cost 50 bucks, for food that was of very low quality. That and the 45 minute wait to get our food, even at a slow time of day for them. I will never return to this place and I wouldn't reccomend it to anyone...ever! read more

Worst Dennys experience ever. Went in to eat around 9:30pm 01/16/22 The waiter was not very Pleased to order our drinks, I presumed she was the manager as she wasn't wearing the dennys uniform and was an older lady. She was arguing with the cook the entire time. Took about 40 mins to get our food as he didn't notice I had ordered my burger without cheese and had to remake it. I haven't been to Denny's for more than 10 years, but due to circumstances I decided to come to this one for dinner. Somehow I always associated Denny's with the place Al Bundy takes his family to dinner to. But I digress. The server was friendly and quickly seated me. I found some unexpectedly tasty looking choices on the menu and went for one of the "Sizzlin' skillets": chicken breads with cheese over fried potatoes, peppers, onion and more. Boy, it tasted amazing! Great dinner at a great price. The look is still fast food, but I won't wait another 10 years before going again. What started out as a regret, ended up with a smile. Got here to eat with 5 people. Got seated and waited 20 minutes to get our order taken or drinks. We asked a female server who was also the host and said someone else was our server. Welp we never saw the server, so after becoming furious and anxious of seeing how other ppl after us were getting orders, I asked a lady who walked by if she can be our server and she did NOT HESISTATE.
