Today's experience was a little unsettling. Ordered an omelette (bacon, cheese, tomato, onion) and about 2/3rd's thru, noticed something black. Opened my omelette & more black something! Asked server. Shrugged & asked if I wanted a replacement. I said no, I'd like to know what it was. Asked again if I wanted a replacement. I said no. Asked if I wanted to speak to the manager. I said yes. Manager took a look and said she'd give me a 15% discount. I said that's fine but I'd really rather know what it was I was eating. I said I was concerned it would make me sick. I'm not typically a fan of Denny's, but was rather impressed by my visit here a couple days ago. It was a pleasant surprise. My mother wanted to go to Denny's for the free grand slam they give you on your birthday. Was I excited by this plan? Not even close. We walked in around 7am and there were just a few other customers. Our waiter greeted us immediately, and told us to sit wherever we wanted. I like that I could sit anywhere. The waiter (I forget his name) was attentive. My best friend called me and wanted to wish my mother a happy birthday. So she was on the phone for almost ten minutes. Our waiter elected to wait until the conversation was over before returning to the table. He was patient without ignoring us or interrupting. He checked on us at regular intervals. There were like three other customers in the restaurant, but he wasn't bored. He was always doing something and staying busy. My mother obviously had the grand slam. My husband had the red, white, and bacon. I had French toast and these stuffed tater tot things. Food was all hot and fresh, which gets huge points right there. My only real complaint was the French toast had cinnamon on it, and I wasn't a big fan. Other than that, it was really good. I love the fact they have small portion "value" items on their menu. A single piece of French toast, or a biscuit and gravy with an egg, for $2. Sometimes that small portion is perfect for me. Would I go back? Actually, yes. Which surprises the hell out of me to say. I've never been a big Denny's fan, and so it was a pleasant change to see one with decent food and service. read more

Worst customer service at this location. Patrick the host was disrespectful and couldn't care less. He disregarded everyone in line to cash customers out and then talk bad about them to those waiting in line. I then left and called in an order just for him to admit he was being rude to me and then refuse to give me to a supervisor. Honestly the worst experience I've ever had at any location. Not to mention they were not busy they just had 3 guests trying to cash out at the same time. I waited on hold for a manager well over 10 minutes because if I didn't come in physically then it's not important. Do not come to this location literally order anywhere else. Couldn't even place a To go order since he didn't want to answer the phone. The manager refused to come over and deescalate the situation. Melissa the manager refused to talk to me until I physically approached her. When confronted with the issues at hand she had no apology and couldn't assure me that my order would be placed. Having always enjoyed Denny's, my experience as this location has been unique. The employees are quick to help, patient when asked odd requests like extra hot sauce and things. Their value menu (probably national, but discovered at this location) really helped my wallet as financial times have been difficult, as they have been for many of us. I like that they offer gift cards because there's a lot of people needing food right now, a cool way to give back. Will always be a Dennys customer. Just bad. Never going back. Place an order and i got half off it. When i called in i was place on hold for 10 min. I could hear that they only place the phone down (they were helping other customers) but after it was just silent. Hung up after and I called like 20 times or more and no answer. Been here numerous time hoping things would be different the next cause my kid loves the pancakes. Unfortunately it never fails to disappoint. Takes nearly a half hour for two pancakes.... If this restaurant did urine tests almost the entire staff would be gone. The place looked clean enough. The acoustics are terrible. We were sat in the corner in the back where they slam the dishes around and have no thought of the customers on the other side of the plexiglass. We moved ourselves & this did not seem to cause any issues. Khoraan was our server (had to ask) and he wasn't very friendly at first. Once we inquired about his name he seemed to warm up to us. This was definitely the best Denny's in all my life! My husband and I went to this location as we needed to charge up our Tesla close by. It was early for lunch, but the manager accommodated us so we split a cheeseburger and fries--delicious! Allison was our server and she went above and beyond great customer service! It's sad when the management team focuses on breaking down the employees within ear shot of the customer. Your female manager should be reprimanded for this type of HORRIBLE leadership. She made inappropriate comments about all of her staff being incompetent when she was the only one not being part of the team. Our food sat in the window for over 12 minutes. It arrived to us cold, and gross. And to top it off, when we brought it up to the manager, she got mad and irritated with our server for her lack of leadership. One of the best Denny's I've eaten. Have done a lot traveling. Portions are great. My son said the Biscuits and gravy were the better gravy before it changed up in California. The staff was very accommodating, hardworking, and friendly. Especially Michelle our waitress who we appreciated very much in our time of need. The staff here ROCK!! I came in to place a To Go order, the house was packed with a line out the door. Pissy customers but the staff was professional, friendly and running their asses off. This is just a Denny's, not Uber fine dining, but if I owned a restaurant, I'd kill for the staff that served me today! They earned every penny their paid and then some. After another 30 minutes, yes, half an hour, we paid for the tasteless canned orange juice and exited the property. Denny's has such friendly service, and while you can probably find better food locally, in terms of seasonal and locally grown ingredients, you can always count on Denny's for consistency. When we tried to go to our favorite brunch place on a snow day, we found it closed. Denny's was open, and that counts for a lot when you're hungry! Believe it or not, but Denny's not only has a decent and diverse breakfast with good low cal options and the occasional awesome Hobbit menu, they also have the best nachos in town. Piled high with toppings and drenched in an amazing fundido-style sauce (not your usual yellow nacho cheese), it doesn't get much better than this to be honest, as far as local nachos go. read more

Scary. The only word to describe what it must be like to work at this location. I honestly feel bad for anyone who has to deal with two chefs yelling at each other while not getting at food out. In-fact, two different parties left in the time I was here waiting for my food. In-fact, there were two or three moments during my wait where I actually thought to myself: "do they (the chefs) actually work here?" Although my food was great (I had been craving a good ol' Dennys Breakfast for a week), I hadn't expected the service to be so slow at 11:30PM on a weekday. I am giving a 5 star review for 3 reasons. 1) Service: We were seated in a timely manner, our waitress (Carrie) was fantastic. She was always checking on us to see if we needed or wanted anything. (5 stars) 2) the table was clean, the floor was clean, and the music wasn't blaring loud. It was a very relaxing atmosphere. (5 stars) 3) I ordered the bacon slamburger with an over easy eggs, and fries on the side. The hashbrowns were cooked perfect on my burger, the egg was perfect so that when I cut my burger the egg yoke drained all over my burger. Its what I like, the burger was delicious its one of my favorites and they nailed it (5 stars) This dennys was better then a lot of places I have been too, even previous denny where my order was screwed up.
