Thought I'd try Denny's with my family today so we went and let me tell you our experience. We walk up to the hostess table (where there was no hostess), we waited at the hostess table for over 5 min with employees just walking by and looking at us. We left and will never be going back. read more

The food is great! I love the banana pecan pancakes! My service was prompt and continuous. My coffee cup never went dry and I did not run out of cream or Splenda, which says a lot considering how much coffee I drink. I have been to this location several times and the food and service has always been great. I will be back. read more

Went here for dinner a few days ago. We have been here about 7 or 8 times since they first opened. First, we waited about 3 or 4 minutes while I believe the only waitress on duty, came up to the counter and seated us. There was a male manager that was roaming around but he was not at the counter when we arrived. My wife ordered the Salmon. Big mistake. I think it was freezer burned or had some other malady. Also, it didn't look anything like Salmon. It was more like a fish cake or something. My wife ate about 1/3 of it when she began to have an allergic reaction. Her mouth started to form a couple of small blisters and her right arm started showing a rash. We did inform the waitress at the end of the meal - she was busy and never had the chance to get back to us to ask if everything was alright - and she very smoothly said she was sorry and would have the manager remove the item from our bill. My wife is a nurse and wanted to leave right away to get some Benadryl so we just paid the bill and went to the drug store. For the next 7 hours, my wife was ill and didn't sleep well that evening. When they first opened up here - not long ago - things really seemed like it would be a nice addition to the community. Now the paint is scraped off the doors going in and out of the entry, the waitresses seem to change every few weeks and some of the food is not identifiable plus seems to be old and dangerous. We've eaten at Denny's all throughout the country but have never had these kinds of experiences. I see no reason to go here again. read more

I have not had Denny 's for a few year and I remember why it was terrible!!! Service was terrible and the food !!

Denny's is nothing special- but the food was decent and priced the same as any other breakfast place. The service was seriously lacking - just slow, not rude - and it took forever to get our meal. I did the build your own breakfast deal which was basic but cooked fine. Hubs got the philly cheesesteak omelet which he loved. We probably won't return though just because there are so many good places in town! read more

The saltiest and driest food I have had in a long time. Makes me remember why it's been over 15 years since being in one. Do yourself a favor and make something at home or eat elsewhere. At least the service was good, that is THE ONLY thing going for this place. read more

Service for 12 was slow. Silverware was dirty on table. Waitress fixed. Food was decent but practice is to break large orders into group of 6. Large gap between 2 savings, awkward at table for time between first 6 entrees arrived to the table much later. read more

I visited this Denny's location in the hopes of getting a delicious home-cooked meal and was not let down. I hadn't visited a Denny's restaurant in a while, so I didn't know exactly what to expect menu-wise, but it was all fantastic. Lots of variety and description. It did take us about two minutes to be seated with only four other tables in the diner, but there was only one server being overworked so we were happy with waiting to assure their tables were being properly served. I unfortunately don't remember the name of our waitress, but she was sweet and fast and very observant. Never having to ask for a refill was definitely a plus. She had even noticed I had on a hospital band from the day before and wished me a get-well-soon. All in all a wonderful experience and great food as always. Denny's is usually a great place to eat a late night meal. But tonight, was a different story. I went with some friends and our server was, honestly terrifying. He was very talkative, which isn't a problem at all. But when you are a 50+ year old man talking to younger girls, you should be less friendly. Dade was forgetful, and brought my honey mustard to the entirely wrong table, and brought us the Lemonade from that table. Nice, but I can't dip my sandwich in lemonade. He added whipped cream to chocolate milk, and the shakes he made were horrid. He called himself a retard a few times, which made us uncomfortable. When he split up the checks, it was wrong. I wish I could say that I was being dramatic, but at times I was worried for my safety. The customer service in general was not what it should be. Total for two, $20.01 When paying at checkout I had no coin change. The young lady at the register insisted on the .01 So I gave her another 20 dollar bill to complete the transaction. Denney's, REALLY?? I believe customer appreciation should be worth more than that! read more

Great food. Awesome friendly service. Never have to wait more than 10 min for food and the wait staff is top notch and make sure you have everything that you could possibly need. I love going here for breakfast and they never disappoint. Plus it's highly economical and there's a wife variety of food. read more

Had to be out and about early on Saturday morning. We generally get decent food at this Denny's. Service was pretty bad as it was about the time when the morning crew comes in. We were seated by one of the waitresses who came in the door the same time as we did. My husband was totally disappointed in his order. He got one of the steak and egg skillets with 2 eggs. The steak chunks were so tough he could barely cut them . The vegetables were way over cooked and mushy. The 2 eggs were fried on a too-hot grill and they were almost hard with crispy brown edges (he ordered sunny side up). I ordered the breakfast "Slamwich" and it was okay. This particular location was exceptionally delicious, clean, and relatively empty. The food was tasty, hot, and served in a timely manner. The staff was friendly, humorous, and the hostess was so sweet and chatty. I don't like feeling so transactional whenever paying after eating. It is relieving to talk a spell about generic topics, like the weather. Be aware though, this location does get very, very busy! read more

The worst dennys I have ever been to. This was my second visit and my last to this location.we walked in and the place had an odd odor and it was pretty dead for a Friday night. We were seated quickly but the waitress walked by us several times before she decided to take our drink order and when we finally got our drinks she slung them on our table and left without a word. When we got our food it was small proportions, over cooked, and tasted mediocre. Our waitress never refilled our drinks once, never came and checked on us and never brought us our check. She completely ignored us for the rest of the night. They were out of many items, just like the first time I was there. read more

I come here very rarely. The service is always awful. Food has always been good when it gets to me which is the only reason I go back. The waitresses need work! They don't smile, they don't check their tables or give them refills. The first time I went I walked out because I'd been waiting 30 minutes for pancakes and that's my entire lunch. Won't grace their door again. I am pretty forgiving, but waited for a long 10-15 minutes when there was hardly anyone in the restaurant. I finally went to the front and asked the hostess if anyone was working??? Finally had order taken and then waited a long time for the food. I went to this location on February 10th, 2018. It was a cold, icy, cloudy Saturday. Me and my best friend, Will, went on a journey. We were set out to get some food. We were driving up and down Campbell, when we figured all hope was lost. Nothing sounded good. We were about to give up, when alas. There it was. Denny's. I was in the far opposite lane, and immediately swerved to turn into the road that leads to Denny's. We quickly parked and went inside. Our server, who I sadly do not remember the name of, sat us down at a table. Our server was joyous and had a sense of humor that could not be matched by any mere mortal. I ordered the double cheeseburger, and he ordered something dumb. He tends to do that. Sadly enough, we did have to wait a good bit of time before we got and enjoyed our food. That's the key word, though. Enjoyed. I highly enjoyed the burger there. It was massive, juicy, and savory. I had to use a knife to cut it, which was given along with the dish. The fries were great as well. They had a crisp to them, but weren't solid. I was full for the rest of the day, and I ate around 1 pm. I didn't even eat dinner. The price was something that nobody could match, as well. Our waitress frequently came back and made some good conversation. It was around $22 (tip included) to eat two really good sized plates of food. I would give it 5 stars, but again, the wait put a bit of a damper on it. read more
