But, it's been years since I was able to visit any Captain D's AND things have changed drastically since then! The fish was delicious, no change in crispness or taste. The hush puppies excellent. Fries and corn just right. I've gotta mention Lisa again! She is a whirlwind of activity! Her multi-tasking really impressed me. She was taking orders at the register AND from the drive-through! She doesn't get anything else. But that's because she's lived in Hudson for more than 30 years and has tried almost everything on the menu! My other friend has decided that the fries and cheeseburger are her lunch favorites. As for me, I'm still sampling the menu items. So far, I have liked the grilled chicken breast, the Cobb salad, the chicken salad and the grilled cheese. We'll be back next month, and I'll try something else. I'm sure it will be great!
