I still love Denny's even though they don't have the $5.99 grand slam!! I being the bargain hunter got the scrambled eggs and cheese and two pieces of bacon and two sausage links and two delicious buttermilk pancakes for $7.99 and that includes 15% discount with AARP. Friendly waitresses. Food out super fast!! Still Americas favorite Diner!!!

I absolutely love their choconana pancakes! The service was a bit slow, but the food was hot and good. Bonus is 15% AARP discount.

I had the super slam it was great very fresh cooked the way I told my server. I been here before and so far since I've been coming it's been on point My sever Bridgette .G has the Best Customer Service I've seen wow I watched her take care of 4 Tables all alone no help and very sweet friendly and with a smile that's great when your short handed. I thank Dennys for a worker like her wow please train the rest of your staff like her and you will be busy. So thanks again from Frankie M always on Yelp helping people pick great food and service.

Late night stop after some fun bowling with friends. Most of us ordered coffee and dessert. There weren't many people in the place, so we wondered why it took so long for food to appear. Our waiter was very pleasant, wearing his mask and accommodating. I ordered the Caramel Apple Pie Crisp, which was very good. Will probably return.

If there was anymore grease on them actually they would swim js the music was so loud and the whistles wow .... I wish I could record it

When you arrive, the greeted with a…read morevery colorful building with different mermaids and their signature silver dolphins at the front of their store. They also have on one side, a boutique and on the other side is the restaurant. When we entered, we were seated right away. Our drinks taken by a very nice lady. Great personality and made us feel right at home. The menu has a lot to select from so it took some time to choose. I have to be honest, their raspberry ice tea is nasty. I switched to sweet tea, unfortunately it was nasty as well. But, I drank it. We placed our order, I had the clam strip basket with french fries and coleslaw. My friend had the lobster salad. The clam strips were very tasty, but they were all more on the small side and there was more french fries than clan strips. My friend had the salad which contained more salad than lobster pieces, but it had fresh tomato cucumber, and they use a type of mayonnaise for the dressing which I didn't care for. The prices for the amount of food was very expensive, but you were on the water and you had the opportunity to sit outside under shaded canopies, and lots of trees and flowers and view the canal which had lots of fish and hungry turtles. As I walked down the pathway, everything was decorated in plants and different nautical items, and it led to an outside bar. Also, in the front of the store is there dessert bar with cheesecake several kind, pumpkin pie, brownies, etc. They all look very delicious but I didn't indulge this time. Our waitress was very friendly. She checked on us often refilled our drinks and smiled through everything. Looks like she was very happy to be working and happy to take care of us. There are plenty of handicap spots for parking handicap spots for dining and the bathroom will accommodate a wheelchair or a motorized cart. I found everything to be clean, the food tasted good and it also tasted fresh. It was a nice place to go, but I believe because if it's location, it's more of a tourist trap and the prices are a little bit high for the amount of food that you get. Will I go back? Maybe. But there's other places on Shoreline Boulevard to try. I will admit that it is a very exciting place to go because of all the colorful decorations, the beautiful flowers the canal the turtles the fish they have a small boutique with beautiful jewelry and little knickknacks. If you haven't gone, I would give it a try. The parking is private and there's plenty of parking.

Even though they were pretty busy at two in the afternoon we were seated promptly. We had a nice table by a window. Everything looked nice and clean at our table. Our waiter Chris came right away to get our beverage order. We always order their unsweetened iced tea with lemon. Very, good flavor, very fresh. You can order breakfast all day if that's your choice. Their menu choices are plentiful and varied. They did have a couple of new dishes for the holidays which looked enticing. I chose Cracker Barrel's Country Fried Steak with three sides. The steak was flavorful and tender. The portion size was ample. Fried to perfection and had plenty of their signature white Sawmill gravy. So delicious - a great treat. My sides were their Country Style Green Beans, Grits and Coleslaw. I don't know how they make their green beans but they taste great. I think they cook them with some bacon flavoring. Grits were fantastic as usual. I add extra butter to make them a creamy perfection. Their Coleslaw was my only slight disappointment - they lacked some seasoning for my taste buds. All in all another wonderful dining experience at a restaurant that embodies the welcoming country lifestyle. Their Country Store I could spend a fortune in is also part of the Cracker Barrel charm, I hope it never changes!

I bet most of us have, or had, a Nanny. A matronly figure in our lives who somehow earned the moniker, the nickname, Nanny. I know I did. That was my mother, to my kids. She loved being called Nannee. So, with that said, I already had a fondness for the place, before my Fav Fab One & I stepped in. Newbies, as it were. We were seated and greeted by the fabulous Crystal. Her eyes mesmerized through a gleeful palette of eyeshadow-y creativity. Funny how that ensured my Fab One, and I, that our Nanny stand-in du jour was gonna be fun. We found a mutual icebreaker. Now found, the nurturing Nanny-ness began. Picture this woman, Crystal, homing in on each diner with a GPS precision that magnified her magnificence. LOL Zooming by, then to a halt like a bridled and tied up thoroughbred. Fab One agreed we were watching 'greased' lightning (I love that one!). The woman I'm nuts about ordered The Landlovers BLT. She ordered bacon, folks! She is definitely a keeper! I enjoyed watching her enjoy her meal. As I munched on my Gyro Greek Omelette. A 3-egg 'egg roll' of Mediterranean might. Those slivers of Greek Gyro meat, the kind that is shaved off of a cone-shaped spire of blended meats. A masterpiece in meatology. Crystal slid in a cup of that oddly exotic Tzatziki sauce. White creamy concoction of cucumber, yogurt, garlic and more. Yum to the YUM. We also got the occasional maternal check-in from another wonder, named Chrissy. Hmmm, Crystal AND Chrissy. Sounds like a sitcom duo. She provided the appetizing background on Nanny's. Offerings of the day we might like to savor. Samples of carrot cake. Along with a batch of kindness. Yeah, we had a grand time. Our first time. Not likely to be a one-time wonder, either. Imagine that, just a turn signal's width off of 19. Put your signal on and turn, next time by. We gotta turn and return. A Nanny is there.
