Watched large groups leave through the front from not being served, waitress said food was ready, let it sit on the counter before bringing it to us for 15 minutes. Never got refilled on water once in the 1 hour and 30 minutes we were there. Ambiance was pretty chill, however, never coming back to this Denny's or further in the future. I have been to this dennys at least 5 times. You may be wondering why I rated it a 2. First of all let me start by saying the servers are very polite and nice and I think their food isn't the craziest food ever but it is made as advertised and tastes decent. However, sometimes this specific location will make you wait a very long time. Usually I'm fine with waiting because it would only be like 20 minutes to get my food. This time however I sat down and idk if it was a busy day or something or what but it took like 15 minutes for them to take my order. After that I ordered and it was 40 minutes before my food came and I still don't know where it was so I had enough of wasting my time and dignity to wait at this dennys. I'm not the busiest student and 40 minutes isn't going to ruin my day but I could have spent 40 minutes doing something else you know. Now I don't know if they forgot my order or gave it to someone else or something but after 40 minutes passed I left a 20 on the table because I'm not enough of an asshole not to pay and I headed out of there. Honestly it was just a big waste of time and that's why this is a 2/5 and the only reason it's not a 1 is because the staff were nice. read more

We arrived early in the morning and we were not waited on by the waitress until we had to call her to our table. She then rudely replied "yes I'll be right there". She then took about a minute and 30 seconds to arrive at our table. Also the windows were extremely dirty making my eating area a very uncomfortable place to sit and enjoy my meal. When you oder to go, you don't want to get home and realize food is missing. I ordered my food (one order only) and my toast was not in my bag even after they asked me what type of bread I wanted. I'd like to start off by saying that I am a regular guest, I have been going to this location since before new management took over and started implementing student discounts. I had a reward on the Denny's app; an everyday value slam. I went in for a quick bite. First and foremost, the Biscuit and Gravy was disgusting and the eggs were hard/rubbery. But the reason why I am leaving a bad review is because I ordered a carbonated water with a lemon. Like I said, I've been going to this denny's pretty consistenlty and I was never charged for water before. The server, Consuelo G, informs me that it should be rung up as soda, she over rung me. I told her I've never been charged for water before and that on my receipt its coming up as a "Coca-Cola Freestyle". I paid it and informed her that I will file a corporate complaint. Regardless of corporates response, I will not be going back to this location and I will be boycotting Denny's from now on.... it was my first time using the app and I was advised by a manager to download the app because I frequented Denny's. A water with lemon isn't a "Coca-Cola Freestyle". Consuelo G simply over-rung me because she wasn't ok with a regular custiomer getting a reward from the app. read more

The food was okay, your usual Dennys food. I went in twice yesterday, once for lunch and once for dinner. It gets busy depending on the time you go and the experience definitely changes depending on who your server is. For lunch, my server, Yahaira was very patient, attentive and friendly to my group. She got all the orders correct despite our table being a bit chaotic and our food was brought out in a timely manner. For dinner, our table had 2 servers, Chris and Sheila. Chris had an attitude when taking our orders so we felt a bit uncomfortable. When he brought out our food, he kept bringing us the wrong items and when we brought it up with him he was being rude about it. Sheila noticed and came to help us. She was able to get our order correct and came in to check on us multiple times. She didn't seem to mind and had a great attitude, definitely did a way better job than Chris! Next time I go I will definitely ask for either Yahaira or Sheila! read more

Cheyenne was a great waiter. She sat us down right as we walked in and greeted us with a smile. When we asked for a table she said of course and was very nice when we asked her for the change. She brought us our beverages in great time and took our order right away. When we needed refills she brought them to our table right away and we didn't need to ask for them. Our waiter forgot about us. We were waiting there for almost an hour to get our food. We got our drinks right away but 30 minutes passed and no food, no check up , no refills . I noticed the people behind us get their food first even though they came 10 minutes after us . I started to look around and noticed that our waiter looked at my table and made a " oh shit" face . She started to count up to my table and went to through notebook and started to input into the system . I'm assuming she didn't put our order in because she did look nervous. After waiting for another 20 minutes we left because she never apologized or came to our tables to see if she needed anything . ZERO STARS (-1 star) Stomach flu hit me on Saturday, I went in by myself on Thursday. I believe the free breakfast got me sick because my family did not get sick. I went in alone to get my free birthday meal, I was the only one in my family that got sick so I cannot say it was something we all ate. & the only thing I ate separately to my family is the free breakfast meal. Nobody else got sick so it is likely that it was from the food I ate here since the dates add up I went in on Thursday, the stomach flu will not give symptoms on the first day, & on the next boom! I had to be really early to a gig around the area that morning, and being a fan of good breakfast and really open early and late places, i decided to go to Denny's. What really got my attention was that they had those mobile kiosks for each table, and I had thoroughly enjoyed myself with the games while i was waiting for my food and after eating. Im happy to see these establishments modernize and get more into tech. I think the machine was charging a small amount to use the entertainment, but when I just read through and continued on to the games, it let me play for free. I wasnt sure if it was a glitch or something with the machine, or maybe it is an ad for wanting the same game on the phone. Nonetheless, the service and food was enjoyable. I had one of their new skillets (maybe limited time) that isnt on the website yet, and it was delicious. I also had their Hot Chocolate - which by the way has free refills(not mentioned on the menu). My server was very good with keeping my Hot Chocolate filled and even gave me a full to-go cup before i left. I dont normally go out or be awake at 3am, but I knew i could count on a Denny's to satisfy my hot chocolate and my unusual hot food cravings. read more
