My boyfriend decided to order pickup through DoorDash here and I only had an hour until I needed to get ready for work today, the order said it was going to take almost an hour to get ready he called about 40 mins in and it was ready, I ordered one of the special menu items from beetlejuice the say it 3 times there was supposed to be 3 eggs sausages and mini pancakes. I got one container of mini pancakes one container of only TWO sausages, and no eggs anywhere to be found. I called and the lady said to come back and bring the receipt in, but I didn't even notice I was missing a sausage until after the call. I wasn't dressed to go out I just wanted to eat before work and not have to get ready for anything and he didn't want to go back inside and get my missing food and just left. So my whole morning was ruined and I ended up having to eat some of his food. Also the food was room temperature! I'm not interested in ever coming back to this location. Food is expensive right now and it is a luxury to eat out so it should be perfect. What a waste nothing was even seasoned tasted plain as hell. The food was good however the biscuits and gravy were so-so . The biscuit was very chewy. The Customer service was poor, very inattentive, didn't bring extra napkins, no coffee refill, no recommendations, they had us feeling like an uninvited guest. They weren't the normal A team this was definitely a different crew, they sent out the B team. The music selection was irritating and loud with explicit lyrics and children present. Best time to go is after 10am that's when the A-Team is on job! This was my go to spot specifically because of the customer service. They should place a sign showing what team is serving for the day. read more

I've come here twice to redeem coupons that were sent to me via email from the Denny's Rewards Program and I always have issues. The first time I tried to use a coupon, the QR code didn't go through. However, the man who helped me at the register reluctantly acknowledged it. The second time was a birthday coupon and I even showed the waitress the coupon before I ordered and told her I wanted what was listed there to redeem it. She gave me something else and I didn't realize it. Then the same man who helped me at the register the time before said the coupon didn't apply and I ordered wrong. Me and a few friend of mine came here Sunday morning around 12:00am and the service and food was horrible. There was only one waiter so I thought. It would take this waiter almost an hour or two just to get our drinks and another one hour or two to get our food. Every time we would see him he would be flirting with all the girls that were there. Once we received our food. Our food would be undercooked cold and soggy. We asked for the check and he took 30 minutes and we had to tell him again to give our check. The security guard was as well telling us where to sit which I kind of found odd. read more

Lydia G was amazing! She kept our drinks full and was very accommodating. The food came VERY fast and fresh. I had the strawberry stuffed French toast and it was great. Not too sweet and the strawberries were fresh and not mushy at all. My husband had the country fried steak and everything. Really happy with this Denny's! It was really quiet and our service was fast without feeling rushed. We came around lunchtime and they had a nice playlist going on the radio too. It was very clean inside too. Whoever was the lady manager today March 5th, around 1pm needs to be fired. So incredibly rude. My party had to leave due to a family emergency and she wanted to us to pay for food we've been waiting so long on and never received either way. She was so unprofessional and kept nodding her head and gave so much attitude. She didn't even hand us the cash back she left it on the counter and walked away. My partner and I usually love going to dennys for our little dates and the end of last month we decided to go to this one instead of our usual spot, and were unfortunately very disappointed. After ordering we were waiting for quite a bit of time about 30 - 35 mins and then one table over who was sat way after us got their food before us. And another 15 - 20 mins later the server comes out with more food and realizes our orders got mixed up and ended up on the other customers table. We get it mix ups happen and we're usually very understanding but the way it was handled was honestly kind of disgusting. Our server was like "oh my God your guys orders got mixed up" and then tried to serve us the food that had been sitting on the other table for 20 mins. And tried to ensure us that the other customers hadn't touched it. But neither of us knows that especially if she had just realized the orders got mixed up. Even though they have 2 waitresses and 1 chef on staff, They work well to get food rolling out as quickly as they can while maintaining friendly service. - My go-to order is the Country Fried Steak on the value menu. While it is always way too oily, I love the flavor of the potatoes, meat, and gravy. - - The sunny side up egg always comes out perfectly cooked. - The ribeye SUCKS! I wanted to give it the benefit of the doubt but it clearly is very low quality and not worth the price. The texture is as if the meat has been freezer burning for years. read more
