This is the worst experience I am deeply disappointed by the treatment my party and I received at Denny's. We were valid customers dining in the restaurant when our car was towed. Despite our attempts to resolve the situation with the manager, we were met with hostility and baseless accusations. Details: On Friday, February 23, my party and I discovered our car had been towed, so we went to Hamilton's Towing to retrieve it and attempted to dispute the charges. We showed our time-stamped receipts as proof that we were dining at Denny's at the time of the towing. When we called the restaurant to speak with the manager, she claimed she had asked around the diner to identify whose car it was. However, we were never approached or questioned during our meal. Manager's Response: When I mentioned this to the manager over the phone, she accused us of picking up our receipts off the ground, despite not knowing what we look like. She spoke to us in a disrespectful manner and refused to acknowledge our valid patronage, even though our bank statements and receipts clearly show we paid for our meal. After I asked for her name I was hung up on. Conclusion: Overall, this experience was incredibly frustrating and disappointing. We simply wanted confirmation from the manager that we were indeed patrons of Denny's so we could dispute the tow. Instead, we were met with unprofessional behavior and unjust accusations. I hope the management at Denny's takes steps to ensure this kind of treatment is not repeated in the future. read more

The service here is horrible. I do not recommend anyone to come here find another dennys to go to. When we first walked in we waited 10 minutes for anyone to even talk to us and get us seated even though they clearly saw us there. When we got seated our server Brenda was being rude to us and when we wanted to order she just walked away and when we called her over she just laughed. As one of my friends was paying for his food she proceeded to say a racist comment in spanish thinking we wouldn't understand but we actually did. This behavior is unacceptable because right as she said that the manager laughed. Something needs to be done about this as this behavior should never be tolerated and accepted by anyone. And the vibes in here are horrible just don't come here there's so many better locations with actual nice people who aren't racist and make rude comments about their customers. It is 6/21/28 around 10pm we literally just left from here after placing an order of 2 dinners 1 appetizer and 1 kids meal (mac n cheese to go with 1 of the dinners). Waiter comes back to tell us his "BOSS" told him he couldn't put in that order for the mac n cheese because its a kids meal. So, he asked if we'd like to speak to the manager and we said yes(because this makes no sense). We spoke with the manager and he let us know dennys rule is that we couldnt purchase a kids meal unless we are 10 & under. Im paying for this meal and this makes no type of sense to me. As of now we are sitting at dennys in moval and they with no hesitation allowed us to place that order. It's a ridiculous rule if u ask me!!! read more

Usually I love Dennys. This is the first location where the staff has been so bad that I can't enjoy the experience. Sabbdu, the night manager(name might be spelled wrong), is an awful host and seems to treat people differently based on his preferences. On one visit, we walked in to see open tables but were refused an immediate seat. I assumed they might need to clean a table or something so we sat down to wait, but then I watched at least 3 groups walk in behind us and be seated immediately. We still were not seated, and eventually seated ourselves. The manager hid away from us the rest of our stay as the poor waitress tried to apologize. On another occasion, it was a different waitress who hurt the experience. I made sure to go at a time when the Sabbdu wouldn't be in, but again I faced uninterested and rude staff. I used to go to Dennys often, so I know what the menu looks like. When I was brought the wrong item, I asked for a correction to which she replied that it was the correct dish and that's just how it comes. I didn't even bother to argue this time because I worried they'd do something to the food. Not worth trying to go anymore. read more

We came to celebrate a graduation today and this has been the worst customer service we've ever experience. The server with the ponytail and tattoos was extremely rude and had horrible customer service towards us. The restaurant made us wait almost 2 hours for our meal to be served and we asked for updates, the staff was extremely rude. Also, their machine forced my husband to leave a mandatory 15% tip, despite receiving horrendous customer service. Definitely won't be coming back. A tip should be earned based on the level of service. It is unethical to force consumers to leave mandatory tips of 15%. read more

I've always loved the chicken fried steak. for years, it was either my breakfast or dinner choice. I was ok when they changed the type of steak they were using. I went there this evening and again ordered the dinner. to my surprise, they changed it again. it would have been better if they actually served me cardboard. I was so disappointed at its quality. I love this Denny's but I just experienced the worst service from Samantha. She argued with us about what we wanted to order and how we wanted our eggs prepared. She snatched the menus out of my hand. She brought us the wrong drinks. She seemed more interested in helping the other tables so before our food was brought out we left. I've been coming consistently to this Denny's location for over 15 years now. In all that time this location hasn't let me down once. Of course being right by UCR there are times where it can be quite busy but if you're patient you'll still have a great time and meal. My most recent visit was today and before today just last month. Everything come out as ordered and quickly. The restaurant is clean and the restroom stocked and clean as well. I especially love the smoothies any time I come to dine as well as the slam burger for lunch. I hope this location stays here forever. read more

I drove from Moreno Valley to have breakfast with my daughter at Denny's and the hostess he saw come in and sat down and he never said welcome or I'll be right with you nothing not a word. There was another young men standing around and did the same ignored us and my daughter and I were sitting in the waiting room for 20 minutes and no one ever said a word to us, I would understand if it was busy but no not busy we were the only ones sitting in the waiting area and nothing. I have never felt so dumb and disrespected at any Dennys location. I would not suggest to visit this location there's other locations I would drive to from now then here. read more

Been a customer for years, but after today things will change. What we ordered, Turkey dinner with stuffing and cranberry sauce, Cali club sandwich and an order of Mozzarella sticks, coffee, two iced teas. First the coffee was stale and watery, had them make a fresh batch. Next, the iced teas tasted like LA water, returned them for a Diet Coke.... Nope same taste ugh! Food arrives, mozzarella sticks underdone, sandwich, soggy and bread stale as the water. Turkey dinner arrived with no cranberry sauce and what we thought no stuffing and some limp brócoli. Once the Turkey dinner was almost finished there we found the spoonful of stuffing! Lol no kidding! So we go to pay and they ask "how was everything?" I replied, "terrible!" Saturday morning March 8 5:30 hostess Cheyenne was no where to be found so we seated ourselves next to the window to watch our car. Finally she shows up and scolds us saying "next time, wait to be seated" well that didn't go well. At 72 I won't be scolded by a GenZ female. Waited awhile for coffee. She wasn't busy. Then it took 25 minutes for the food. My husbands order lacked chorizo as indicated on the menu. My pancakes came after I finished my eggs and bacon.
