My husband and I ate here this morning. Everything was excellent. Lucy was our waitress and is probably the best in the industry. They need to take her and have her manage this restaurant. Our breakfast was perfect. We usually use a digital coupon to save us 20% but were told that they don't accept it via our smart phone because they are a franchise.... lame reason but whatever. Paid the bill but still feel the savings could have been had and most Denny's I've ever visited don't mind the phone coupon. I won't eat here again. However, this visit gets 5 stars on Lucy's behalf. Came into this Denny's at about 10:30 PM and the joint was jumpin. Though being busy we were seated quickly our waitress Enaida (sorry if I spelled that wrong) was quick and courteous while trying to juggle a bustling dining room. I had the Bourbon Bacon Burger and it was delicious though maybe a little too heavy on the sauce. My wife had the grand Slamwich and was very happy with it as well. Our glasses stayed full and Enaida repeatedly checked on us. We were quite happy with our experience here. read more

Went to California for a birthday trip. Stayed in San Bernardino but stopped at this Denny's that was the closest to the highway. The server Juan was extraordinary. Best customer service I have ever experienced. He was very friendly and showed great customer service as soon as getting us to our table. Drinks were given before empty cups were visible. The food was excellent, warm and cooked perfectly. Burgers were cooked very well. Was not sure to stop based on previous reviews but experienced the total opposite. read more

I think this place can do better. It was clean and service was good. I am upset that they didn't open some doors or something. The smell of cleaner was so strong, I couldn't enjoy my food. The bacon was over done. I wonder how service would be if it was busy or how it would smell. I wouldn't return or recommend this location at all. I mean Ihop is just up the street not to far. This Denny's is in the middle of the crazy traffic of this main street. It gets kinda tough getting out if you leave around 3-5pm. The bald server who is always there when we are here late at night is the best! Extremely friendly and helpful. read more

8.31.21 - dined in for 2; they have the best Cobb salad here. Not every Denny's have the Cobb salad, but thankfully this one does. The eggs, bacon, avocado always sets it off! Then I like to add the crispy chicken tenders, but sometimes they can be a bit salty. The grand slam meal is also great. I love this restaurant. Denny's has lost my business forever!!!! Unfortunately my car broke down and that was the only place I thought was safe for my family to stop eat and wait for our tow truck to pick up my car! So unprofessional disgusting women that work here! We went in to ask to use the restroom and they were so rude telling us we had to purchase something to use the restroom which was fine I asked if they had Apple Pay rudely the women said they don't accept apply pay! I walked out disappointed in how rude they acted! My brother also went in asking to use the restroom and thinking he didn't speak Spanish they said they were not going to give him the code when he comes to the front to ask! He also walk out! Then they had the nerve to call the cops on us just because we were waiting out side for my tow!! Lied and told the cop we were flipping them off when all we did was grab food for somewhere else and waited in the Parking lot with my kids and my family! The cop let us know it was ok to wait for my tow and left. Then they called there tow company to come tow my car and also called the cops lying saying the cop told the tow truck company to pick up my car! At this time the cops were not present yet! I explained to there tow company what was happing and she politely waited for my tow to pick up my car! The cop arrived and he explained they overreacted and was happy my tow company came to get my car! This experience with Denny's was uncalled for embarrassing and felt like we were being harassed! I have visited this Denny's for the past year and never had bad service. Everybody in the staff hustle, including elderly manager; Who take orders, serve meals, and works the cash register. Tonight the restaurant was busy, but customers were taken care of. My breakfast Grand Slam had nice size portions. Restroom are clean and there plenty of parking in front and back. Easy in from the freeway, but use the traffic signal light intersection, just north of Uhaul store, to get back to the freeway. read more

Went today for a nice family breakfast boy were we disappointed. The ambiance was horrible. I felt like I was in a run down restaurant. Took forever for the waitress to come take our order. We received our food before we got our drinks. They brought us items that we didn't order and forgot stuff that we did. The food was so bland. $14 for steak and eggs and the meat had no flavor! The food wasn't even hot. Definitely will not return to any Denny's. Your service and food has dramatically decreased and I doubt it will ever return. read more

We are somewhat not too happy with their service. We love their food . It took almost 45 mins for us to get our food and some employed were some what rude. They look at the you like they don't need to service you that you are not the customer. They need to hire extra help. Every time we go there is almost the same thing. This is thee WORST experience I've had at a Denny's. Our food was cold , my cheese on the omelette wasn't even melted. The chicken on my daughters sampler was salted.... over salted!!! My other daughter got a crepe it was sooo cold and gummy, she couldn't even cut into it. There was so much Nutella on it, it looked like the just dumped the whole container on it. Haven't visited Denny's in a long time , so tonight my girl and I decided to give it a try . Was not expecting what we got , We were there about 6 pm , Noticed only one server , one cook and one dishwasher. The server had about 6 tables already but sat us promptly. 5 stars for Mayra - she's seriously awesome. Had a group of 25 youth camp counselors in for breakfast and she handled everything beautifully and was so KIND. We had multiple checks and complex orders and she handled it all like a champ. We come here every year before the summer camp starts, and this was by far the best service we've ever received.
