I would give this location and staff negative stars if I could. The experience was terrible from the moment we stepped in. We just wanted some breakfast to go, and not only did they get it wrong the first time, but they over charged us and we had to go all the way back because they forgot our pancakes. When we went back for the third time they tried to tell me that they put the pancakes in like I was lying. Very disappointed with their service and the food was cold by the time we were finally able to sit down and eat it. Came for a meal and had great service! Davonta is one of the best servers in all the valley! Had fried fish, it was great. The nachos were sloppy good! The wife's omelet was good too! This location's night shift beats all the other locations we've been to! We even tried to eat at another location this evening and waited so long to get seated we just left. They don't serve gays at this Denny's. Went there with my boyfriend on a slow Sunday afternoon. Only 3 other tables in the restaurant had guests. Two servers wandered around pretending to be busy to avoid seating us. After one of them finally seated us, they both ignored us for 20 minutes. Never even bothered to ask what we wanted to drink. This Dennys is the worst Dennys you could go to. The service was absolute trash and the our waiters attitude was horrible. Right away when we went in there he was rude as fuck. We ordered our food and waited patiently. Right away our order was wrong. We had two children with us and they gave us four kids meals and charged us for all four. Mind you this waiter was horrible. He came to our table one time out of the hour that we were there to ask for refills and never came back to check on us again. When it came to leaving one of our children had an accident on one of their high chairs meaning he had diarrhea, and it got on their highchair. I went to go talk to them about the bill and pay it while my wife went to go clean up our child right away. I knew that I'd have a problem with our waiter because he still tried to charge us for four meals after I explained to him what we had ordered and the whole time he was telling me that I was wrong, after about five minutes with fighting with me, he took off one of the kids meals and still charged us for another one of the meals that we didn't ask for. I didn't want to deal with it anymore so I just got my family and went to leave. I had gotten my family in the car and we went to drive off when one of their other waiters came out to our car, talking crap to us, because our child had pooped on one of their high chairs. The whole time she was calling us names, and threatening us, while our children were in the car. She was a white tall, lengthy, ugly woman or at least I think she was a women with glasses. Our waiters name was Mohammed a dark short man. He stood out the door the whole time while she was threatening and calling us names I will never take my family to this location ever again with how horrible the service was, and how ghetto and trashy their employees are. Well upon arrival we didn't have the most pleasant experience. The lady at the front clearly seen us all standing waiting to be greeted or at least acknowledged. No greeting just rude from the beginning. We were skeptical and were wanting to leave and go else where. Things took a turn for better. Our waitress she greeted us and made us feel like we mattered. He was attentive and excited to serve us, easy to communicate with and a real fun person to get along with in such a short time. an annoying experience with this denny's. i call in to make an order asking for only 3 pancakes and whoever answers let's me know they come in two's and i'm still wanting 3 not realizing what she's saying but she goes ahead and adds 3 stacks to my order (6 pancakes in total). i can understand my mistake and could've asked for just two stacks but i'm not understanding how she's going to "assume" i want 6 pancakes in total, her words. she just assumed i wanted 6 pancakes when i asked for 3. i then call and explain the miscommunication but all she can say is "i can't do anything for you" repeatedly like miss girl you charged me for something i didn't want what do you mean??? she could've easily explained the first time that having 3 stacks would mean i'd receive 6 pancakes but the bitch was tryna make more money like she owns the denny's. read more
