The wonderful crew made it so special for the takeout order - I told her it was Sandy's birthday and asked if she could somehow make it special for her. I wish I had gotten her name, but God Bless her, she not only greeted her with a Happy Birthday, she wrote on her container with artwork and slipped her a couple free sausages. What a doll. We were both feeling a little emotionally sad and this really cheered us up. The food is so good at Mils, but it's the people that make this restaurant an Icon.

If a table is available and staff are saying it's ready, why keep guests waiting while a much larger party is welcomed in? The food may be great, but the customer experience left us scratching our heads. Every customer should feel like they're important -- whether they're a party of 3, 7, or even just one person. Hopefully management can take a look at what happened, because this was a very unusual experience.

I have to admit to a bias toward these small, mom and pop places as I like the great quality and service I find consistently at them. Extremely disappointing experience at Denny's. From the moment we walked in, the overall cleanliness of the restaurant was unacceptable. The tables, floors, and surrounding areas looked like they had not been properly cleaned, and the entire place felt neglected. Unfortunately, the food was even worse. It was easily some of the worst restaurant food I have had in a long time. The meal came out looking unappetizing, tasted terrible, and did not seem fresh or prepared with any care whatsoever. When you go out and pay restaurant prices, you expect at minimum a clean environment and food that is enjoyable and properly prepared. This location failed badly on both. The most concerning part was that this didn't feel like one isolated mistake--it felt like an overall lack of attention to cleanliness, food quality, and basic restaurant standards. I rarely leave reviews this negative, but this experience warranted one. Denny's management seriously needs to take a hard look at this location, from the condition of the restaurant to what is coming out of the kitchen. Based on this experience, I would not return and certainly could not recommend it. read more

Came in for breakfast, host was attentive. We sat at the table for about 20 minutes... Waiter never gave even came. I had to get up and ask for help....by then we already knew what we wanted so i ordered drinks and food. Food and drinks came 1 hour later...COLD! As i was going to pay i asked for manager to tell him, he came 15 minutes later. He only said "sorry we are really busy" ok? I showed him my 20%0ff online coupon... I was really disappointed with my visit. The food was cold, clearly sitting out and not kept in any kind of hot area to maintain proper temperature. For the price, I expected at least a fresh, warm meal. On top of that, the customer service was terrible. The staff had a condescending attitude the entire time, and instead of addressing my concerns, they acted like I was inconveniencing them by speaking up. I recently took my son to Denny's to celebrate his 8th-grade promotion, but unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. After we received our food, our server completely forgot about us. We tried to get her attention multiple times, but it seemed like she was unavailable, distracted or under the influence. It was frustrating and took away from what should have been a special moment. I hope the management addresses this issue to improve service for future guests. read more

My family and I come here as a dear family tradition and always order the nachos because they are THE BEST. We came in and this is what we received. After we couldn't find any cheese, they brought us a small bowl of "cheese" which was really a tasteless soupy white mystery of the consistency of gravy. Stopped by this Dennys on Wednesday morning, had to wait at the front because they were so busy and only had like two servers but they were great! Food came out hot even though my waitress was clearly very busy with other tables, forgot her name but she had red hair and was very sweet.
