I usually eat at this Denny's about once per week. Today was a ruff visit. Waitress came out 2 times to check what we ordered. When our food did come out my girlfriend's food was room temperature. I ordered a vegetable omelette to be delivered by GrubHub. GrubHub did an excellent job delivering. Omelette was terrible. It was fried to a soggy weird taste. Spinach was literally dripping with whatever they use to fry it in. I ordered fruit they sent Hashbrowns and the English muffin was burned. This is the third time I've gone to a Denny's. I went to this Denny's a few weeks ago and they were out of a lot of food and desert items. They were out of basically everything I wanted and said that they were getting a delivery the next day. So I left. I decided to try again about a month later. Sat down and immediately asked if they were out of any items. The waitress said "yes, a lot" and proceeded to list everything they were out of. I told her I was here a few weeks ago and had the same thing happen and asked why it keeps happening. She told me it happens every week. I will not be returning to this location. read more

Don't EVER order delivery directly from the Denny's website. You will NOT GET THE FOOD! I waited almost 2 hours, finally I called the restaurant and they told me I had to order from GrubHub despite the fact they have a giant DELIVERY button on the restaurant's address. The manager had no idea how to speak English no loess help you get your food. We sat for 37 minutes waiting for our food. People that came after us had already finished, when I said something they acted as if it was no big deal. "Oh, sorry we'll get your food now." This Denny's has the nicest staff of any Denny's I visit. Denny's food quality has really improved over the last couple of years too. They make a really good "dinner" salad (I say dinner but you can order one at any time, like I often do, even at breakfast). My wife and I just left what was a disappointing experience at a place with which we have usually been pretty satisfied. We were greeted nicely and immediately shown to a table - a table that really should have been wiped down. Christian took our drink order and then our food order with no issue. When the food was prepared, it was delivered promptly. We did have to catch Christian's attention for some extra napkins. Then we waited. And waited. And waited some more. Finally, we received the napkins. It was right after that that my wife noticed that our meals were not cooked as they were portrayed on the menu. It wasn't earth-shattering (regular hamburger bun instead of the advertised cheddar bun). Now, had Christian taken the time to check on us, I would have pointed this out to him. But, as you can guess, he didn't. Not once. He DID take the time to check in on the couple on the other side of the dining room, however. My wife and I finished our meals, with our dirty dishes stacked-up in front of us as Christian AND the Hostess both passed by our table at least twice without any acknowledgement at all. Finally, I had to flag Christian down to ask for the check. While doing this, another customer had to yell across the dining room to ask him for a drink refill. Finally, when paying for our meal, I expected to be asked about our experience by the Hostess. Did this happen? Nope. So, you guys get to read about it instead. read more

Service is horrible, it feels like we are forgotten on multiple occasions during our dining experience. Food is disappointing, comes out incorrect, cold, or undercooked. It's really a hit or miss with this location. Sometimes, food comes out fast and hot; other times, it comes out 30 minutes later, cold and stale. This weekend, my boyfriend's family decided to take his mom here for a Mother's Day breakfast. In total, there were two moms at our table (his mom and his sister, who is now a mother). All moms being seated were given roses but our table didn't get anything. That, alone, pissed me off. We didn't even get a "Happy Mother's Day!" greeting like the other moms did. We had children with us...it's obvious someone was a mother! After we ordered, we noticed that people who were seated way after us were getting their food before us. We waited about 35-40 minutes for our food to finally come out. We ordered appetizers and asked for those to be served first, but that didn't happen. Additionally, the waiter served the wrong build-your-own-grand-slam item to my boyfriend's mom. We brought that to his attention and he kept fighting back, saying "No, I'm pretty sure you wanted toast, not pancakes." He eventually raised his voice and said, "Well, I have the orders right here!" and proceeded to pull out his order pad which revealed that we had indeed asked for pancakes, NOT toast. It's just little things like these that really bother me when I am eating out. This was just a bad experience. On other days, this location is alright, I guess... This Dennys is the worst one I have ever been too. They literally had one waitress for the entire restaurant my meal was undercooked and had to be sent back. I love Denny's! & I am a regular customer But today's experience wasn't as pleasant as I expected. Everything was going as usual but the order was wrong so we asked if it could be corrected,took a while to get my food while my husbands food was getting cold. We had to wait for refills because no waiter was too be seen after waiting for 10 minutes we stood up too see if we could flag someone over turns out they were sitting all together just talking not attending the customers. To finish the visit we order some pancake puppies and when they arrived they were hard as a rock and really burnt plus the plate seemed to be dirty when a piece of brown crust fell towards the food. So I haven't been to a Denny's in years due to the poor service and horrible food I got at the one located in Santa Ana on Bristol and Central (near Coastal Communities Hospital). We were invited out to breakfast by our aunt today, and she wanted to go to Denny's. Since she was treating us, I did not suggest any other breakfast spots. We arrived around 10am and were immediately seated. Service was great and food was delicious. The restaurant was also clean and seemed to have been recently renovated. Thanks to this Denny's, my opinion has changed about the chain. read more

The owner should not be maintaining the front desk. She was extremely rude and clearly unhappy that she was there. The rest of the employees are wonderful and very quick at their jobs.
