we got here at 5 in the morning and the place was absolutely trashed. bathrooms were disgusting and the two workers out front were just sitting and talking. super unprofessional. we didn't order anything and walked out. Had a craving for an omelette, so I stopped into Denny's because I knew they served breakfast at this time (8:22pm). I was greeted by a gentleman named Bob. Bob gave wonderful customer service. Bob made sure ALL needs were met. However; what made the night PERFECT was my omelette!!!!!!! It was the "most" delicious omelette EVER (made by a man named LUCKY)!!!!! We have been going to this Ocoee Denny's for 10 years. We fell in love with Tiley the minute we met her. She is sweet, efficient, and the best waitress. She cares about her customers and always goes above and beyond for every single person that comes in. Patrons request her because you don't have a great reputation for great waitresses, but she breaks the mold! We will no longer be going to any of your establishments. If you can fire her for a visitor complaint (who clearly didn't know what they were talking about) after so many years without a second thought, I don't even trust your judgement or decision-making skills. My previous review was a rave about the greatest waitress at this Denny's...Tiley. Recently, Tiley was terminated due to false accusations and Denny's does NOT stand by her. She has been a waitress at Denny's for over ten years and she is the best thing that has ever happened to Denny's. All restaurants need a Tiley as their waitress. Denny's is lucky to have her. Tiley is very well known in Ocoee and is often requested to have her as a server. She is the ONLY reason I go to that Denny's or any Denny's in general. Anytime I have been to this Denny's, it has ALWAYS been at some point during Tiley's shift and I have often had a party between 4 - 8 people. Prepare to lose a lot of business because of this. It's EXTREMELY unfair that she was terminated for some sort of false accusation without her employer coming to her defense and backing her up. It's such a bad move on Denny's part to do this to an amazing woman like her. It's appalling and sickening. Denny's may not have her back, but those of us that have been dedicated customers of HER'S for so long support her. read more

We ordered breakfast on Thanksgiving, I called the order in and was charged $5 gratuity, I had no idea they charged $5 for taking an order on the phone, so Christmas morning I placed the order online, without the $5 fee, my husband says we have a online order and the young kid says NOPE... we don't have any online orders..doesn't bother to ask or GO LOOK, my husband comes out, luckily I had my phone with me and found the confirmation email...he takes my phone in & shows the kid... then he walks over to LOOK and it was sitting there for over 10 mins, needless to say the food was not even warm by then, this is what really makes me MAD... the kid hands the bag to my husband...here ya go....what??? not even a tiny sorry about that or oops!! read more

I love Denny's overall but they can not seem to get "eggs over medium" correct at any place. Today eggs are to be cooked. The over medium should mean there is NO runny egg white. Instead, they seem to just flip the egg into the plate without letting in hit the hot grill. They need to improve this. read more

I used to be a regular customer here. Glad I did t miss anything. First of all people that works here just doesn't seem to care. I walked in and a lady from the corner ask me to grab my own menu and find a table. I was also told that she have another table, " you will have to wait for my to take care of them first". That other table and I were the only two table of customers they had at that time. Anyway we waited, until a guy, could be manger, saw us sitting there waiting to be serve. He came over took the order. The food cane out pretty quickly. However they don't taste good at all. Buffo chicken is salty as heck, spaghett meatball was really dry, barely had sauce to cover the noodles. Double berry pancake, the batter taste good but the berry top were pretty much rotten. Arrived around 8:10 at night. Was sat down right away. Good start. Waited about ten min before was attended to. No problem put in our order and waited. Over 35 min later for food to show up. I ordered a burger slam which came out good. Also my daughter burger. But my wife sampler came out wrong and also my kids pancakes had not arrived yet. After 10 more min they fix my wife app sampler and brought my kids pancakes out. Which where wrong as well. I'm usually upset at this point but there is only one waitress and one cook working. It's not super busy but I understand being only ones having to take care of everything. read more

The new manager is rude. I heard a family who had been waiting for a while, they came in and asked about how much longer. they were very kind and the manager was extremely rude to them in answering. we were tucked away in a corner, I was alone with my seven-year-old and two-year-old playing the games to win balls. as soon as we won our balls (about 15 minutes) they said I have to take my family outside where there is no outdoor waiting in the 85 degree heat to sit in a parking lot with cars with my two-year-old in the heat because they can't have anybody in a lobby we were sitting on one of the benches off the side. I would have not even put my name on the list if I knew they were acting like this. Absolutely no need and super rude! And when I said no thank you take us off, she proceeded to argue with me. We have been regulars for YEARS and know the names of our favorite waiter and waitress- but will NEVER come back until management is changed and it is announced. Bye! read more

well, I ordered online today to pick up on my lunch time. I got there place was pretty empty, Food was ready, drove back to work, once I got to work OMG I was so disappointed. Purchased the Zesty nacho, Nachos was on a separate box, but they were damped in oil. I only received the taco seasoned meat, and the jack queso. Missing the cheddar cheese, Pico de gallo and sour cream. I know it was my responsibility to verify before leaving the restaurant, but at other Dennys I never had this problem. It has been a while since I've been to Denny's but I ended up going twice this month for the inexpensive breakfast and the awesome customer service by Tamyra. She is Fast, efficient, and makes you feel so welcome and at home when you walk through the door. The pancakes are so fluffy so you'll need plenty of syrup. The also have sugar free syrup which is a plus for me. I was in and out in no time at all and the price was right $2 $4 $6 $8. read more

Terrible parking on weekends!! Very small parking lot so if you go on a weekend be prepared to park somewhere else and walk (which may create an issue). Also, they don't provide you the receipt to file a survey WHEN THEY KNOW THEY SUX ON SERVICE!!. i love this place when i went to america i had this for breakfast and dinner, well worth the stay.

I was in Orlando this summer and ate at this specific Denny's restaurant almost every day for 6 weeks. The reason I ate there so often goes beyond the affordability and convenience of this well-known food chain. This particular restaurant had an environment that was professional and clean, and had a family of employees who were attentive and friendly. As a nearly OCD, germaphobic health professional, even after going through my vigorous inspection "regimen" I never turned back a glass or silverware set because they were dirty (which is something I'd normally do without hesitation). I got to know the management over time because I ate their so often, and they were the most genuine, hard-working and friendly people Orlando has to offer. And I don't know who was in the kitchen, but I was consistently provided perfectly cooked, hot meals day after day after day. If I ever have an extended stay in Orlando again, you'll know where to find me. They have great food, a clean inviting atmosphere, and a family of employees that care about your dining experience.
