Arriving at this location around midnight First thing I hear from a lady saying that 30mins wait is ahead when I see literally no one at that time. anyways we sat down looking over the menu and was ready to order. No one came to take our order for over 20minute nor they cared without even asking for drinks . so I went over up to the counter when the "only server" and the @manager to ask if anyone could take our order. We never got a chance to try the food. We were seated handed menus & told our server would be right over. After seeing her wait on 2 more tables that were seated after us we got up & left after setting there for 20 minutes without even a glass of water or a hello. We won't be going back. What has dennys done?? We love their hash browns but come to find out they have changed them. They were dry dehydrated, hard and greasy. Didn't even resemble potatoes. Send them back only to receive the same things. Our pancakes were so undercooked we sent them back too and received ones that were at least browned this time but raw in the middle. I had made 2 orders one for my mom and one for me and they told me both were ready but when I picked them up they told me that they put both orders in 1 bag so I drove home with the "2'' orders but when I got home I only had one and I drove back up and told me that they gave me both of the orders and they wouldn't help me at all and I checked the pickup orders status and it said they both were picked up. read more

Came in at about 10:20PM with a group of 6. We stood around for 10 minutes before getting sat. All of us are high schoolers and were very polite and understanding about being slow in late hours. However, after sitting down a server approached us and told us to leave. He said that he was the only server on and " wont do parties" then stormed off. We left, understanding being swamped but the attitude of the server and host both were disappointing. read more

First off, Dennys in the morning is a 4.9 stars! We've been coming in for years, the girls are great. We have celebrated a lot of holidays and personal milemarkers by meeting up with family and friends there. Meanwhile, the night shift has continued to struggle with long waits and chilly food and a green staff that is not motivated or effective. We came in on Easter and expected a need to be patient and enjoy each other's company.. However, the manager's behavior really unsettled me to the point I'm writing my first negative review. The bigger woman with brightly colored hair and an ankle monitor on display was throwing a fit loudly about a server being late and about having to work on a Sunday /holiday. Our server, a young blond girl got our order incorrect and disappeared before our food came out. The place had a fair amount of people but when the late server arrived the other two girls left after having been heated and short with her. Come to find out that girl, Talia, was having to get rides and was only 8 minutes late. She offered to fix our food but we were not in a festive mood anymore after watching them hand the entire restaurant over to Talia, who they had publically shaming at multiple tables and then abandoned on a holiday. Shouldn't managers be willing to work on holidays? With a temper like that it leaves one to ask what she did to deserve an ankle monitor and even question if it would be safe to bring up a concern over our food! Thalia seems sweet but looked sad and did everything that one person could for a restaurant half full of upset people. Attitude plays a huge role in ambiance and it's not the first time I've seen the manager negatively impacting the other employees or getting upset at having some good business, maybe she is green and needs some more training too. It shouldn't matter so much which server we get but it does! From now on we will ask for Kim or Erica in the mornings and Tallia if we ever get desperate and come in late. read more

my waitress was rude and a little prejudice. I asked about the $2 coffee and she told me that was a misprint on the menu. I told her we were there for the buy one get one for a dollar and she told me that went off sale already. Today was my son birthday and he wanted to celebrate by going to Dennys because he loves the birthday cake pancakes. We invited a few friends and family to celebrate with us. I had called four hours ahead of our arrival to make sure that the company could accommodate a party up to 20 guest. I was assured that it would not be a problem, we showed up exactly at 6:00 pm with people coming in within 30 mins. We had ordered our food and was patiently waiting. I wasn't until the food began to come out, there had laid the problem. Orders were coming out but not all at once there were things missing from every order that was taken. Or the food was just out right cold. There were many problems and our waitress in my opinion tried her best. What was shocking was the attitude of the manager. She was not nice to none of her workers there. Being loud with them and very unprofessional. She had continued to come to our table and give us refills in our water, when asked to refill the juices and chocolate milk she kept repeating that they were not free to refill, I told her that would not be a problem. We had to send back four different plates of food for either being cold or completely not right. It had gotten so bad that my in laws decided that they did not want any of their food because by the time it had came we had been there for almost two hours and food was still coming out wrong, slow, and cold. That is when the manager finally decided to step in and help insisting that she would remake their food and get it out quickly. To my surprise she did just that. Meanwhile there are still people who ordered before them still on food and refills. My daughter never gotten her food, my food was sent back for being cold. I worked in fast food for many years and I know when my food has been just thrown in the microwave m, especially when I'm give the same food with the same cut in the toast. As well as my sister give the same food with a bite of sausage missing. Cross contamination is still something I hope is in the food handlers guide. To put the icing on the cake, the manager was then screaming at both waitress about $200 of food being wasted. And lien I told her if the food was made correctly and served hot there wouldn't be a problem. This has been one of the worst experiences I have even gotten coming here. I had so many celebrations at this location but I will unfortunately not be returning and spreading the word about how food, customers, and employees are treated at this location. read more

We just moved to the area and decided to give this establishment a try for breakfast. Definitely not impressed. We were seated right away. We were asked whether we'd like a table or booth. We requested a booth. There were several empty ones. However, the waitress sat us in the booth that was directly next to a large garbage can that was placed to catch dripping water from a leak in the ceiling. The table was filthy and I nearly fell through the seat. The seats were as equally filthy as the table. My son and I looked at each other in total disbelief. He had recommended we just leave after what that waitress did. Thank goodness another employee noticed and quickly moved my son and I to another table while apologizing that her coworker sat us there in the first place. Just so happened the not so intelligent waitress ended up being our sever. She seemed quite shocked we had moved tables. Nonetheless, she took our orders. The food came out fast but was mediocre at best. I took a picture of the pitiful example of what they thought should pass as a side of bacon and sausage. I paid nearly $40 for our breakfast here. From what I did see of the place it wasn't entirely filthy but it could definitely use some TLC and a facelift. I even tipped our waitress in hopes that she will make better choices and learn to use better customer service skills in the future. Hadn't been to Denny's in a while. In short, food was good, service was poor. Food was typical Denny's breakfast. The pancakes were good, eggs were cooked correctly and the bacon was crispy. Also, they had a Super Slam -- two eggs, sausage, bacon, hash browns and pancakes -- for $5.99. Great value! The service at this location leaves a lot to be desired. We asked for all bacon, but got sausage and bacon. Overall, things just took quite a while, despite the place having about 2:1 tables to waitresses. The worst was when we waited 5-10 min to pay, despite three employees looking at us from the kitchen area. We waited until our actual waitress finished seating and taking an order before we paid. So, all in all, fairly average Denny's experience -- in terms of what I've come to expect. read more

Aside from being seated, receiving drinks and food served, I wasn't sure if we even had a server. Unless I got her attention, we weren't getting a refill any time soon. There was max 10 people in the place, should it have taken 15 minutes to get an egg that was missing from a meal? However I am glad to know that you took a "fu@&!ng" pregnancy test and are pleased that the "motherfu@&er ain't positive." Zero class! I know, it's Denny's but for real, at least act as if you are a manager and not a 15 year old away from their parents cursing every other word. Food was meh... didn't finish the undercooked french toast. Over easy eggs aren't difficult. When the yolk is hard... it's not over easy! One final note and the closest thing to a tip they'll get... there is a warmer on the coffee maker for a purpose. It will prevent you from serving cold coffee. P.S. Reupholster the booth seats.
