And the employee answer the phone and immediately started saying you can place your order by using GrubHub Uber eats go online even after me continuously saying excuse me may I ask a question she spoke over me and kept repeating the same thing then she said do you know that it's coVid I said yes and she began to repeat again go to GrubHub and Uber eats online I said are you all seating people because online it said they are seating daily she began to you do you know it's Covid I hung up the phone and called back asking to speak to a manager she again starts to say do you know it's Covid I honestly don't know the rest because she was speaking so loud and fast all I continue to say was can you hear me saying I would like to speak with your manager the manager gets on the phone and says his name is Nate but before she hand him the phone I can hear her say there's a stupid customer on When I speak to the manager I asked his name and the young lady's name which was Melissa I told him that she was very rude I can hear her in the background speaking to someone saying that I was rude I was speaking over her which was not true the manager defended the employees behavior by saying why did you need to speak to a manager and I told him because she was rude very loud and speaking over me and continuously repeating the same thing when I was trying to just ask a simple question I also stayed it I'm sure you just hurt her when she handed you the phone saying a stupid customer would like to speak to you HiAnd she is in the background right now continuously speaking and saying things about me he stated she's talking to another employee at that point I said to him you are adding insult to injury because instead of you correcting the issue you are defending her behavior it appears that you all need to have some training in customer service and I will make sure that I report the way I've been treated so your corporate office at that point he hung up the phone in my faceIf I could have given them zero stars I would have but in order for me to submit this review I had to give them at least one read more

My boyfriend and I were driving back home around 2 A.M. from a friend's party when I realized that I needed some calories to suck up the excess alcohol I had enjoyed at the party. So, we stopped by this Denny's restaurant and sat at the empty counter because the rest of the restaurant was almost completely empty and we thought that our waitress could serve us more easily if we sat close to the kitchen. I had the sizzling skillet but I asked for chicken breast to be substituted for the chorizo sausage and egg whites instead of whole eggs, which the cook kindly mixed together with the other ingredients. I also ordered some tortillas to go the chicken skillet. My guy ordered the chicken bacon sandwich with fries. Overall, the food and service were pretty good, perhaps because the place was not at all crowded. We got our food pretty fast, and the waitress kept filling our coffee cups pretty frequently. For the price and lack of other diners available at that hour, this Denny's restaurant is a pretty good deal. read more

You don't come to Denny's and expect 5-star service and food. If you do, Denny's isn't the place for you and you probably would give only one star. Anyway, I came to this location, I liked the service, the waitress was friendly and attentive, the breakfast I had was good, good portion and the service was fast. Absolutely the worst food I've ever had. Understaffed resulting in poor service. I had biscuits and gravy. The gravy had the consistency of milk and tasted rancid. My girlfriend had the club.
