There were four of us - each ordered something different. Two of us had skillets, one an omelet, and I ordered a club sandwich. While the food was very good, nothing was right on the order. Pancakes were delivered as sides rather than biscuits, a diet code with ice was delivered instead of a regular coke with no ice, the club sandwich came as a wrap, my regular fries came our as sweet potato fries, no silverware was delivered and we had to get up to get it ourselves, and there was more. We did receive apologizes and, for the most part, the mistakes were corrected. This could all have been solved if our waiter wrote down the order rather than thinking he could recall everything. I'm still giving them four stars even though the service was not up to expectations. The food quality is still very good, and when the mistakes were corrected, we were very happy with our meals. The portion sizes are large, and the food is quite good. So, I'll chalk this up as a series of mishaps and I don't expect we'll have the same experience next time.
