Went to Denny's for breakfast. I ordered a grand slam with egg whites and turkey bacon. My girlfriend ordered a loaded chicken baked potato skillet which came with a salad and a dessert - she's Asian so she can stuff her face and never gain weight, while I'm eating tasteless eggs. Anyway, it was a typical Denny's visit. Reasonable prices, good value, and basically exactly what you'd expect from Denny's food. My breakfast was satisfactory. The skillet was rated a 7.5/10 mutually. The pancakes are delicious and the mini banana split was a good time. You know what you're getting into when you go to Denny's. I'm sure if I was drunk this rating would have 15 stars and at least 47 dishes would have been rated. Maybe next time. read more

We usually love the service here but this time by far disappointed. Both my Mother and I ordered the Santa Fe Skillet and we were so disappointed. The skillet had this amount of food barely spread out. I thought it was too little of a serving so I moved it to the right side and it was literally just half the skillet. My mothers was also the same way. The service wasn't great. we ended up with two waiters trying to take care of us at the same time and even then they took for ever. Refills took for ever as well. I would have given this visit no stars but the food was actually delicious. The skillet was too little but it was great. The tres leches pancakes were amazing after asking for the leche that completes them. After waiting 30 minutes for the leche we enjoyed our pancakes and the milk was still half frozen. I was in Chicago for a wedding and on my way to the airport and needed breakfast. The food was fast and hot. The service was stellar.

Been here for the longest time almost every week after playing ball. The staff is the friendliest staff you'll meet. Very kind, and unafraid to have a conversation. I was impressed especially because we came in with 15 people and we were accommodated for very quickly. The waitress also was able to identify which of the 20+ dishes ordered was for who. Denny's is a cheap place that offers 24/7 service but it is always a solid choice. read more

Mollie our waitress did a great job in accommodating our group and splitting up the tab per family. When I get to the place. I get seated right away. My husband and I order our food . We ordered appetizers, nachos. With the pico on the side . They took forever making them and then when they arrive they forget the pico on the side. But our waiter was kind enough to apologize for the wait. I ordered Mediterranean chicken with a substitute of mashed potatoes instead of broccoli. When the food arrived, the chicken tasted uncooked and some pieces still raw, the mashed potatoes tasted sour, like lemon-y. And they put gravy , they didn't even ask if I wanted gravy or not . Loved the customer service on the phone when I placed my carry out order It's way better than a few years ago where they wouldn't even answer after midnight Only reason I'm giving it 2 stars is cause of the phone service Otherwise just 1 star I ordered a healthy chicken burger/ sandwich Everything on the side Once I got home The chicken patty was so small It was unbelievable !!!! Late Saturday night called up and placed an order to go the phone call was pleasant the person who took the order was nice! We got moons over my hammy and sticky bun pancake breakfast, I arrived within 10 mins and the food was ready to go service was great inside! Got home and just dogged it was great me and my son both looked at each other and said what a good choice! his sticky bun pancakes smelled so goooood and my moons over my hammy knocked my tastebuds out of the park hands down Denny's never fails as the late night selection! I have never been a huge fan of Denny's. In fact, it had been years and years since I had last been there....but early this morning my wife and I flew into town and had nowhere to go to grab a bite to eat while waiting for Enterprise to open. So, we somewhat reluctantly, headed into Denny's where we were promptly greeted by a wonderful woman named Maura. Maura was the only employee on the floor and was taking orders and serving up a smile with grace. She took the time to talk to us about our extensive allergies and helped us pick out meals that worked for both of our needs. She did not hesitate one bit when we asked if we could get a decaf coffee (I've been in the service industry for years and I know what a pain that can be!). Our meals came out a little slow, esp for the time of morning (it was 5:45am) but other than that this was a fantastic experience. It's employees like Maura who went above and beyond, in my opinion, to warrant my 4 stars. Also, big kudos to Denny's for updating their menus, offering healthier and gluten free options! read more

Last time I was here trying to get a dinner date going on (Ik it's already where I went wrong lol) We asked if we could be seated in the cool kid table in the back corner, the waitress/hostess looked suuuuper busy with heavy load of only 3 tables in the entire restaurant and said she'll get to us. I asked if we could just take that back table and she snapped at us saying "I SAID I'll Be Right With You". I'd brush it off but when she did get to us I asked again for that table seeing how it's practically empty that night and she made up some lie of how our would be was pregnant and she tried to shame us for making her walk the extra 10-15 ft to go around to that back table. I was ready to let her deal with the consequence cuz tbh I was a bit stoned so I was very non-chalant about the whole thing But my wife wasn't having it and pulled my arm to drag me outta there since she realized we'd probabaly get horrible service from their bratty servers. read more

Typical Denny's nothing more nothing less. Except this Denny's is dirtier than most.. Parts of the ceiling and the main door to the place are falling apart. Once noticed lipstick marks on a glass i was drinking out of since i ordered. Odds are if you go here you'll be eating off of dirty place settings. read more

I'm usually not one to review chain restaurants but after a couple weekly visits to this location, I just have to write one. This Denny's has become our new place to go for food after we bowl on Thursdays since it's right near the alley. I've been to this location numerous times over the years but just recently it's beginning to stand out. I'm not sure if anyone has had a burger from Denny's lately, but they're damn good! You can tell it's a hand packed patty instead of the frozen style that's the same consistency & shape each time. The fact that it's only $6 with fries included just adds to the bliss. The service has always been good, but it's always quiet in there which is perfect. Food always comes out piping hot & is outstanding. Seasoned fries ftw! read more

Finally!! A Dennys with good service and even better food. I was expecting the usual dreadful service I've recieved from other Dennys, but alas I was blown away by Hugo's attentiveness. I came for the awesome shake and a burger, and boy did they deliver. And quickly I might add as well! I left super happy and satisfied. Two of us had gone for a late night dinner. My friend had ordered a burger with seasoned fries, he said it was pretty good considering that there was veggie patty and he could add as many toppings to burgers he wanted, he just made the entire burger from scratch. I ordered a peanut butter chocolate milkkshake, it was ordinary but it tasted pretty good, I expected a little more peanut butter mixed with caramel kinda taste but I loved the way it was served to me, one small glass and one 24oz steel glass with a little bit of left over. We ordered the caramel apple crisp which was really good as expected. Servive was friendly and it was good. Milkshake was a let down. read more

Always good breakfast. There doughnut puppies are fantastic, highly recommend those. This is our time at this location, service was very good again. The restaurant wasn't crowed or a ghost town on a Tuesday night. We also ordered chicken melt, biscuits and gravy, tilapia dinner. Everything has always been on point here, will always come here when in a pinch or can't decide or simply just want some pancake puppies. I came for a late night meal after having been out with my friend all day. My food all tasted good except for my eggs, which had a weird taste to them so I didn't finish them. When my friend was driving me back to my hotel about an hour later I started to feel suddenly very nauseous. He had to pull over so I could throw up. If i could rate 0 or negative o would. First my husband went at 12:45 Am waa told we can't cook because we close kirchen between 1-5 every night. Then you're not 24 hours and you should change your signs. Then we go back the next night Janely the server seats us and asks if we wanted drinks. I ordered a chocolate shake and water was told oh the shake machine is broke. We should have left then. Let me state there were maybe 5 tables in restaurant. I went to bathroom came back and we sat 8 minutes before she came to take orders. Our food was served and we didn't see Janely again until I asked for a box and the check. While a eating Alendra comes in with her child who starts running around the restaurant and in the maybe 10 minutes they were there our server Janely played with this child several times. What really shocked me was that Alejandra walks by with a shake for anothrr guest. We go to pay the check and ask Alejandra if shake machine was working and if they are 24 hours she says I wasn't your server so it's not my problem. She says yea they are open 24 hours and she doenst know why someone told my husband that. My husband got angry with her body language and tone and told her we are both in management and the first thing you should do is apologize and say let me get a manager Her response you didn't ask for one. So we ask for one mind you there is maybe a 5or 6 yr kid running around the restaurant the entire time. The manager comes up and we explain the situation. This is where it gets really disappponting. Dawn apologized explained they were cleaning the hoods prior night and she had been made aware of the guest coming in and getting angry about them not bring open. We asked for the restaurant manager information, and as Dawn is trying to handle the situation Tweedle Dee and Tweedle Dom and the kid are running around the register talking about us in Spanish not knowing we understand. Dawn tells them let me handle this and go back to work. They start dancing singing and laughing and every time we said something to Dawn they kept talking over manager and would not leave the front. My husband makes a statement he didn't know children were allowed to run around a restaurant Alejandra starts yelling what you say about my kid.Now we understand that she waa there momentarily untildad picked her up, however she should have been sitting down in a booth not running in and around kitchen restaurant, and staff carrying her in their backs instead of working Dawn was a great person, and she probably needs her job, but she is going to allow two people who dont care about their own jobs let alone hers, cost her a job. Went with my family for brunch yesterday. I was not really happy with my food, the potatoes in the scrambler were cooked too long and were hard and dry. But to be honest it was not what I really wanted anyway, I took too long to decide and just settled on anything. My husband had a Philly cheese steak omelette that did not look like the photo on the menu but he liked it and would get it again. My father in law and son got a bourbon chicken dish with veggies and it was absolutely delicious. I am going back just to get the dish they ordered but to go, highly recommend it. It was very crowded, of course, it was a Sunday and the restaurant is very small. I do not like how the tables are laid out, the way the seating is we pretty much shared a table with a large family and of course, the family had babies that were crying loudly. It's Denny's, you know what to expect, but I feel the prices are reasonable, the food did not take too long to come out, and the waitresses are nice, not overly nice which can seem fake but they were nice. read more
