Well, this is a Denny's. On the insiders bigger than I thought it was. It seems like a popular place for people to go on a Sunday. Of course it's by the truckstop so a lot of truckers and people traveling in this area. Wait, about 10 minutes and then we were able to sit. Seemed like they might have been a little understaffed for the day. The food was really good and I would go back for the food but I would not recommend the new iced coffee that they have. It was terrible. The place seemed relatively clean and the servers were helpful with the menu. They weren't very attentive, but I had everything I needed.

Don't take this review the wrong way. The food is actually really good! It's close to I-10 near north Gulfport. Great it next to a gas station and it open 24/7. Next to a gas station. Great place to eat and get fuel in a one stop shop. Definitely recommend take out. The seats are decent, no couch but good tho. Don't recommend sitting there for a long time tho. Recommend the booth over the seats if that's your fancy. My only gripe is, the service seems it could use more help. Our server was nice and helpful. I feel personally it would have been excellent if she had more help. Other customers thought the same thing. They were sitting next to us and said the food is good but service is lacking. Let me know if I'm wrong and just was there on an off day. They could really use a broom or at least sweep the floor. With that being said, the food is wonderful a delicious meal if you are in the area. I wouldn't go out of my way to go here. Of course, I got the sweet tea to drink with a cinnamon pancake breakfast with scrambled eggs with bacon and hash browns. Also ordered iced water, country chicken fried steak with mashed potatoes and corn. Comes with two pieces of toast. Very good and delicious. In my opinion. They definitely bus/clean the tables and seats tho; however, not the floor. Free WiFi and military discount with ID. Great place to get food if you are in the mood for excellent food, if you are in the area. No mask required. Upstate my recent review of this place. I thought I give another try and ordered take-out from here. I noticed they are way better now than before. I guess I was on an off day. The food is always great here! Staff especially nice. The floors were super clean. I guess I was on an off day. Definitely recommend this place if you are in the area and super late and want a great experience and meal.

Great stop after a long drive or if you are looking for a good cheap meal. Service is great. Food is hot and has a good portion. Nothing to complain about

This is what I was told the Mac and brisket skillet was supposed to look like. Was asked if I wanted it recooked or taken off the bill. We opted for taking it off the bill, especially since they say that's the way it is supposed to look and be like. If that's what it is supposed to be then you should call it the Mac and briquettes skillet.

Look I realize when you order take out, you're not going to get perfection but seriously I expect at least a resemblance of what I ordered! This sandwich was a disgrace! Whomever made and packaged this should be ashamed of themselves! Denny's seriously do better!

Being asked your name to wait on a table can either be a pleasant experience or confrontational depending on how it is asked. When we walked in, the place was packed. The manager looked at us and barked at us asking our name, followed by "Sit here! We'll seat you in a minute," while pointing at a bench. We sat like a couple of scolded school children. Strike one. After 10 minutes of watching customers paying to leave and tables being cleaned, we were seated by a much nicer host. Drinks were taken after about 5 minutes by a waitress who looked extremely worn out. I get it, we came in just after the lunch rush. But we were paying customers too and didn't cause their issues earlier. Moons over my Hammy with a side of pancakes for the wife. I got the Grand Slam Slugger with eggs over light, sausage and hash browns. I don't care for Denny's link sausages, but the bacon was good. We both enjoyed the pancakes which were light and sweet with a real taste of the tartness of the buttermilk. They were good. Both of our hash browns were cooked without any fat (oil) so they were not good and tasted undercooked. It was around $22. Can't beat that just about anywhere. But the food and definitely the service could have been better. Look, I get it, it's Denny's but I'll bet that experience is not what the company intends their customers to have.

It was originally named Marina Cantina but is under new ownership. Parking is a bit sparse here, and you used to be able to park under the bridge but that was blocked off last time I went. You may have to park in the overflow gravel lot just west of the building, which also serves as parking for the excellent Blue Dog Bistro next door. We started with the Tres Amigos appetizer, which included a pile of fresh chips combined with salsa, cheese sauce, and black bean sauce. It was great and really meant for more than two people. They don't skimp on this one. I've been here several times and always get the Shrimp A Go Go poboy, which is pictured here. Although I feel like it could have used a few more shrimp for the price point, it was really good and comes with this creamy sort of salsa that pairs well with the fried shrimp. My wife got the grilled chicken sandwich, and honestly it was bigger and looked better than my poboy. I am definitely trying that next time. I hope this place is doing well because it never seems very busy when we go. It's like something is missing on the inside to liven it up. Our tables were covered in epoxy that was cracked and we saw buckling on the wood floors, most likely from humidity. Service has always been pretty quick and I have never had any complaints. I know the City caused a lot of drama for the previous owners, which is unfortunate. Definitely check this place out if you're looking for a place to hang out and have a few drinks and great food.

Had a beachy vibe. Had to have some Duck and andouille gumbo. So good ! Get a bowl. It was pretty darn tasty. We also had some Epic deviled eggs. These were just ok. Nothing really 'epic' about them but good. Finally we had some Flamingo chicken bombs. Deep fried tenders and jalapeños. Pretty tasty and hot! Bailey our server was awesome and offered great suggestions. I bet this place is rocking during the summer with boats coming in and live music outside. Would love to come back for that.

Is it even a proper vacation in Biloxi if you don't give this place a visit for breakfast? The answer is NO !! When your motto is It's never too early to get toasted!! You are talking my language and that's how you start a proper vacation day:) We left Alabama in the wee hours of the morning to get here before they opened. We ordered at 7:04 am . A grapefruit mimosa for me and two Irish coffees for my husband and son. My son pretty much gets the same thing everytime an Arnold . This time it was a West coast Arnold w/ hash brown casserole . He ate it up!! I got the Dragon fruit pancakes 2 pc . Man one pancake was plenty and yes they are as big as the plate. Hubbie got the pork chop breakfast . On the 16th (our leave day) I got the (2)Strawberry Hibiscus Spritz and my son got a Cappuccino cooler. Hubs had to drive back home so he just got a coffee. Hubbie got the chicken and waffles , I got the yolk lovers breakfast with cheese grits ( When you are in the South Grits must be eaten at least one meal of the day) and my son got his Southwest Arnold again lol! My son looked at his mug and said I want one . Yes they sell them for 31.99 eek a bit high for my blood but He bought it himself. He has been using it everyday since We got back home. He said He will probably buy another in July. It's a solid breakfast place and enjoyable if you get here before the crowds. By 9 it gets packed quick be an early bird -get toasted -and Have a great start to your vacation!!

He chose the plantation hotel supposedly because of all the raving reviews but let me set the record straight there is nothing amazing about this hotel except possibly the animals. Now let me explain who this hotel is perfect for. If you like animals especially peacocks...this place is perfect for you. If you like dead fly's in your tea....this place is perfect for you. (They have tea and cookies at 4 o' clock everyday. We were super excited except when we got there the cookies and tea had just been sitting out. I was so excited for the juice that I failed to look at it before drank it. Then i realized there were dead flies in both punch bowls. I took pictures but i'd rather not creep you out. I'll just leave that to your imagination. If your between the ages of 40-100 this place is perfect for you. You can definitely appreciate the quietness, the quilt on your bed, and the whole ambiance of the hotel. The hotel room is just bland. In the guest book it says that the hotel has been recently remodeled to look like a home from back in the day. I ask the lady how long is recenlty and she said 10yrs ago!!! Our shower door was broken. There was a wooden table and chairs. Its just not what you expect when you come to a hotel. I expect luxury and what I got was a room from 1890. Sunday Brunch is actually what Plantation is known for. That was probably the best part of our whole stay at the hotel. It was a breakfast buffet which included eggs, omelets, bacon, sausage. (the norm) But it was actually pretty good. I can't complain about that part. This hotel is actually in close proximity to the outlets if you want to go shopping and about 15minutes from the casiono's.
