Upon arriving at the door it seemed locked even after watching someone walk out. We had to wait on another patron to open the door for us. Service? Terrible there weren't many people here AT ALL. Yet waited an extremely long time for the waiter to arrive. The menu is about 7-8 pages front and back. I definitely had enough time to read the entire menu twice before we were serviced. Food- my hashbrowns were a grease patch. I couldn't eat them. The eggs and bacon was good though. Now, I noticed a child WORKING cleaning off tables. Like HUH? This is Dennys! Not a family restaurant what's going on here? I watched this happen a few times before i decided to record! NOT OKAY

Hash browns were dry and uneven, half crisped, half pale and stringy. Moons Over My Hammy didn't stand a chance. Bread was greasy in a way that clung to your fingers but didn't carry flavor. The ham was thin, a couple sad slices barely warmed through. Eggs were soft but underseasoned, and the cheese wasn't even melted all the way, just sat there like a cold blanket. Each bite felt like work. Hash browns on the side were limp and barely cooked, more like a wet pile of shredded potato than anything. No crunch, no salt, no point. The crepes were weirdly chewy, like they'd been sitting under a heat lamp too long. Strawberries tasted fine but the sauce was syrupy sweet and borderline artificial. Scrambled eggs were fluffy but bland. Turkey bacon came out floppy with no sear, tasted like microwaved rubber. Wheat toast was dry, no butter, no personality. Coffee was the only decent thing. We were reminded quick why we stopped going to Denny's a long time ago. Thought we'd give it a chance since it was on a military base. Should've trusted our gut. Not worth the stop.

Been to this place a couple of times with our customer. Steaks are good, salads are very tasty…read more Service on the other hand for being somewhat a higher end place is horrible. We were served by Justin. We had to ask twice for everything he was very forgetful. He would disappear to the back for long periods. It was so bad all his table around us were borrowing silverware and pepper shakers because he was nowhere to be found. I would go back but would ask for a different server.

Extremely Disappointed, Multiple Issues Throughout…read more I had high expectations for this restaurant given its chophouse reputation, but our experience was disappointing from start to finish. We ordered the bone marrow appetizer, iceberg wedge, Caesar salad, and two kids meals to go. Unfortunately, nearly every aspect of our order had problems. The bone marrow was excessively salty to the point of being inedible. We tried to salvage it by scraping away the salt, but ultimately had to throw it out, I was not happy as you know bone marrow is not cheaply priced. The salsa macha accompanying it was also missing. My Caesar salad arrived with wilted lettuce literally hanging out of the container, clearly not fresh enough to serve. One kids meal had the wrong side item, no silverware was provided, and our drinks were forgotten entirely. We returned to address these issues, and while the manager was apologetic and remade our order, the replacements were still subpar. My LARGE salad was noticeably smaller than what I originally ordered, and the salsa macha, when finally provided, was very mediocre at best. I've had a lot better. I'm typically understanding when restaurants make one or two mistakes, but when an entire order is executed this poorly, it's hard to overlook. I understand they were busy, but they seriously need to execute better under those conditions. For a chophouse at this price point, the quality and attention to detail should be far better. Unfortunately, we won't be returning.

The food was absolutely amazing -- everything we ordered was flavorful, fresh, and beautifully prepared. You could tell a lot of care went into both the menu and presentation. What really stood out, though, was how attentive and genuinely kind our server was throughout the evening. Even with how busy El Paso was that weekend, we never felt rushed or overlooked. The atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming, and it ended up being one of our favorite dining experiences of the trip. If I return to El Paso in the future, Neighbor Good Kitchen & Bar will definitely be on my list of places to visit again.

Absolutely loved the bar and hanging pots everywhere. Such a clean restaurant and cute vibe. Our waitress was very nice and friendly to us. So no issues there! For drinks I got their berry lemonade which tasted just like lemon juice. I had to request for sugar to be added since it was so sour so beware. My food had came out and to be honest I'm just a little bit disappointed. The rigatoni was cooked but the sauce for it was really not tasty? Like there was almost not a flavor I can taste. Of course there was something but it was very plain and barely even there. It also was not spicy whatsoever. I added grilled chicken too and oh boy was that dry dry DRY. The burrata personally I'm not a fan in general so of course I wouldn't be a fan this time either but they gave a nice little plate full of it. They added some oiled toasted bread and it was way too crispy in my opinion. My partner got the chicken Parmesan and his dish tasted great! Very juicy chicken and cooked all the way. The sauce was perfect too nice and flavorful and great pairing with the chicken. His butter noodles were just like regular butter noodles so not bad. Finally the crème brûlée. Probably the most disappointing dish we ordered. It took repeated stabs to break the sugar glaze on top. Me and my partner were honestly thinking that they added the cream on top to hide how burnt it was actually. Unfortunately because the glaze was so thick and burnt it made the rest of the cream taste have the burnt flavor. It was sad because my partner was looking forward to this desert. Also took wayyy longer to arrive than our entrées. I will say that the waitress was very helpful and she actually covered the crème Brulé. I didn't even ask she just offered, I think she could tell that we didn't enjoy it and I had nicely told her it wasn't what we were expecting so thank you sincerely. Overall I think this is a perfect spot to maybe try drinks and hang with friends. Food was okay, wouldn't try it again in that regard but overall a decent spot here in El Paso if you're looking for something new. Maybe best to ask what's their best dish to serve. Overall thank you.

The steak was well seared and at the temperature I requested, medium, which is sometimes hard to do with this cut of steak. It was well-seasoned and juicy! The potatoes and green beans were cooked perfectly as well. Our server was really kind and efficient when it came to servicing the size of our party. This is definitely a place worth checking out when you're in town!

I ordered the calamari and the skirt steak. The calamari was very crispy, and came out super fast (like, within minutes). Plate wise, it looks massive, but I could have definitely finished it off by myself. The skirt steak was a different story. It took forever to come out. I was texting a friend from when I ordered to when I received it, and it took 30 minutes. I don't totally understand how since the restaurant barely had any tables... but it was good? In that time though, I didn't know where my server was, and no one has checked in on me so I didn't even know how to ask about my food. Under normal conditions, I think I would be happy with this meal, and would order it again. Would I come back? I think so. The salmon sounded very yummy. I don't think I'd order the calamari again though.

I knew they had a location on Fort Bliss so it was the top of my list of places to go to when I was in town! My husband and I went on a weekday for dinner so they weren't too busy. We were seated right away and the waitress was pretty quick to come and get our drink order. I'll admit, I mostly come here because their bread rolls are AMAZING! They're so warm and soft. Paired with the cinnamon butter and I'm honestly in Heaven. If I could come here for the bread rolls alone I would! We ordered the rattlesnake bites for appetizer, the description of the flavors sounded delicious! Unfortunately I think we may have come on a bad day because the rattlesnake bites did not taste good. Someone was heavy on the salt when preparing them and we could definitely taste it! My husband got the grilled shrimp and said he enjoyed them so I'll give them that. The service was great too, our waitress was very friendly and attentive. I think next time I'll have to try something else on their menu. I'm not giving up on Texas Roadhouse just because of one bad visit! I just will probably stray away from their rattlesnake bites for now until I'm enticed to try them again. I know their pulled pork sandwich was good when I went to the Victorville location. I may try that next time! If you come here for anything... come for the delicious, fresh bread rolls!
