We visited Denny's on 5/5/17 @ 12:30 am. Horrible customer service. Refills and food topk forever and the restraunt was pretty empty.

Wow fast , hot and hearty!! The new Bourbon Chicken Skillet is soooo good here. Hot juicy chicken with plenty of fajita like mix on top with Bourbon sauce plentiful. Broccoli and potatoes too! I'm full now... BF was made a special ( the old cowboy steak) he misses that! Will definatly stop here again. Our waiter guy was fast and efficient with drinks too. No slow here!! read more

Child booster seats and high chairs are disgusting. Sticky to the touch, belts are stiff. Seating and service fast and friendly though.

Do not waste money! I took my food for to-go. No silverware, no napkins, my muffin was hard and old, not fresh at all, was unable to bite even. the amount of food was a joke, not a normal portion they usually serve in other Denny's locations. read more

I am disappointed in the way a certain Sonia talks to her servers. I spoke to a really kind server the other day after listening to the way this Sonia was speaking to her. It isn't right the way she takes tables when she's already getting paid a managers wage. Yelling at her server to clean, run around, and do her grunt work for $2.50 an hour is disgusting. This woman really interferes with another workers living? If i was getting paid $2.50 for doing grunt work when i'm supposed to be taking tables my manager is taking from me so that she could make more money I would come for the company looking for trouble. This is unacceptable and something must be done. read more

The food is decent but the dinning room just seems dirty the tables that I have sat at are always sticky. The food does come out hot and fresh. As fresh as dennys will allow at least. I think the dirtiness comes from it being a truck stop. Overall everyone is friendly if you can over look the stuck stop grime I'd recommend this place. It does get busy so keep that in mind. read more

Walked in and up to the counter. One of the waitresses came to the register and totally ignored me and kept doing what she was doing. Another waitress was working the tables and seen me but kept doing what she was doing. Just then another couple walked in a Mexican couple and got service right away right in front of me. Don't even try to tell me this wasn't some racist ass crap because it was and not the first time at a Denny's. Never eating at Denny's ever again and I'm a trucker so I end up at a lot of them. Ended up getting pizza and wings from down the street. So dissatisfied and pissed off because I was hungry and tired after working 14 hrs. Got there and waited to be seated. She saw us and ignored us. She had just finished cashing someone out, so she could of sagt us right after. We walked and tried to find a clean table. We finally found one and sat ourselves. Restaurant was dirty. Very limited clean tables. I only saw 2 servers. Very faint hello gesture from our server. My daughter ordered the Brooklyn Spaghetti and the meatballs tasted like meatloaf. My Rice was warm not hot as well as the broccoli. The server that saw us and was supposed to sit us was very rude. Kept looking at me and my daughter ugly. I saw her and even my daughter told me. My daughter even told me " Does she not like you or what because she keeps looking at you up and down" This is my 12 year old daughter telling me this. And I heard her talking to another customer and she was rude to him as well. The vibe from the servers was like they hated that job and didn't want to be there. I've worked for restaurants before and I wasn't pleased with the attitude or atmosphere of the servers. And it was messy. It woild of been nice to see a manager step out to help them if they were falling behind. Like i said I've worked for restaurants before but not just as a server but as a Shift Supervisor, so i knlw how it could be. I wanted to get up and leave but my daughter wanted to eat there. Not bad for a Dennys, good food and nice wait staff. I do love the breakfast all day.

I'm pretty sure snails were born here. Worst service and slow as molasses. Waiter couldn't even take down a simple order and the kitchen couldn't execute it. Last time I checked, Grand Slams were the winning item on the menu. Definitely not here. Save your time and frustration. Buy something from the gas station and drive to the next stop. read more

This Denny's appears to be clean with conscientious wait staff. I would like the food to be able to come out a little faster at times being that I'm a truck driver and this is a truck stop. I like the turkey club with fries tasty and filling. Christina seemed to be always moving about straightening up and organizing the show. read more

So my car broke down and I am traveling to California with 4 people and my small dog. I went in to ask if I can bring him in a small carrier so we can eat while we wait for the tow truck, but I was told no so we stayed outside in the heat which was over 100 degrees. It's hard to find a person who helps another these days. There was no suggestions as to where I can put him cause I can't leave my dog in the car in this weather. We came in for a bit and the AC is turned down and I have been waiting over 10 minutes for a refill and the rest with their empty soda cups. Seems that they forgot about us. read more

Rude workers, both at Denny's and flying j. Somewhat biased for Hispanics. All else comes second. 1. Waited for an hour at the dennys counter for a menu. Rude upon service. 2. Waited at flying j closed register just to ask about faxing. Upon register open, lady told patrons at long line register she is open, all the time ignoring me. I was so disappointed. I swear I wasn't being served because I am white. I sat down. Ordered and waited. A guy came in after me (15 minutes)and sat beside my husband and me and he ate his food and left before I received my food. I only received my food AFTER complaining to the manager. Never did the waitress ask if we needed refills or anything. Food finally came out and it was old. Also my drink had milk floated in it. Like I had a dirty glass. I have NEVER been treated so poorly at a Denny's restaurant. I'm a truck driver and I stop at many Denny's. This was the worst experience. I will Never go here again!! read more

Went in on Christmas Day as not much things were open we were seated quickly the menus were placed on the table but not handed to us individually and we did not get utensils when we did they were super dirty with all old food on them we still processed to placed the order as soon as we sat down our drinks took about 20 minutes to come out and the only reason they brought them out was because we were speaking loudly asking each other where our drinks were at. After getting our drinks it took about 45 more minutes for our food to come out and each plate was cold. At this point we were still missing one plate so we proceed to ask your waiter where the burger we had ordered was at and she replied with "what burger" after waiting for it almost an hour we cancelled it and asked for the check immediately. The same girl that was our server was checking us out at the register and still charged us the burger she tried to give us a 10% discount the burger was $9.99 and the discount only took out $6. We never got the burger so I don't understand why she was charging us for it. She would not take it off the bill and would just offer of discounts for something we didn't even end up getting. The saddest part is that I've been here before when it has been a lot busier and I've had better service than I did on that day that I went. Super disappointed read more

Eaten several times and it's always dirty. A place is judged on how clean it look on the floor and its dirty. The widows are full of dust and looks like it's never been clean at ,under tables,booths . So if they can keep this clean makes me sick to know how bad it's in the kitchen . Food was not that great the last two times,cold one time and food order was wrong. read more

WORST DENNY'S I'VE EVER BEEN TO! I don' even know where to start! First of all it took 30 minutes for them to sit us, we should of known then to walk out! But since we had been on the road for 12 hours we figured that we should just wait. It then took another 30 min to get our drinks! The waiters there are a joke! After taking our orders she then came back to ask again what we wanted. After literally waiting for 2 hours some of part of the food came out and omg we literally busted out laughing! My husband ordered an extra egg and they brought out a single cold hard boiled egg! Lol and it came out first and alone so it looked really weird! The people there had absolutely no sence of costumer service! The tables where all dirty no one was picking them up and the waiters where walking around smiling like there was nothing going on had people walking out! This was the worst! Is there a negative star cause this piece of junk deserve negative 10 stars! read more
