Very Disappointing Experience I went to Denny's to redeem my birthday Value Slam, and I was really excited to celebrate with my spouse. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing from beginning to end. First, we waited 30 minutes just to get seated. Once we finally got a table, we ordered orange juice. I remember Denny's having fresh-tasting orange juice, but what we were served was nothing like that. It tasted extremely artificial, overly processed, and had an unnatural-looking color. Honestly, even supermarket orange juice tastes better. Then my Value Slam arrived, while my spouse ordered a Caesar salad. The lettuce in the salad was not fresh at all. There were numerous pieces with brown discoloration, and some of it looked like it was already starting to turn. It was really unpleasant. After breakfast, I went to the women's bathroom, and unfortunately, it was extremely dirty and smelled terrible. There was feces smeared on the floor and on the toilet/seat area. I immediately reported it to the host. She seemed genuinely surprised and told me she didn't know about it and that they would take care of it. Unfortunately, the problems didn't end there. After we left, my stomach started hurting and continued to hurt and growl for the rest of the day. I had only eaten the Value Slam--hash browns, two eggs, and two pieces of bacon. Overall, Denny's is not what it used to be. The quality of the food, cleanliness, and overall experience have seriously declined. I went there expecting a nice birthday breakfast with my spouse, but instead I left extremely disappointed and feeling sick. We will not be returning to Denny's. Sadly, it feels like the quality has been downgraded across the board for profit. read more

I rarely have breakfast at 7am before going work so today must've been a special occasion. Because of the fact that it was so early in the morning, the only choice really was just Denny's or iHop since the other restaurants usually opens after 8am. Pros: Plenty of parking spaces as they are within the same plaza as Target. Restaurant was SO clean. Maybe it was still early but it seemed to be way too clean to be a Denny's. Very wallet friendly breakfast options. I am not a big eater in the morning. So, it was nice to see them offering breakfast of 2 eggs (any style), hash brown, and a side of toast for only $5.99. Cons: The host / manager wasn't too friendly. No greeting upon walking into the restaurant, and while I was paying, he just walked away from the register, where I had to get my own receipt. He wasn't rude - but he gave off a weird vibe. The French Toast we ordered was a bit too burnt. We ended up not finishing it. Despite the restaurant appearing to be almost spotless, the condiments on the table were quite yucky...old dried ketchup on the pepper shaker, anyone? Overall, I think Denny's is a great option for grabbing a quick meal. read more

My local Denny's to redeem my kids meal for the summer reading from the local library. I purposely came for dinner to avoid the crowds and yeah it wasn't busy but there were still a few other tables. The front person seems to double as the hostess and waitress for me. Definitely not the quickest service but if you have some time, which I did, not really a problem. I mean it's not like it's a snails pace either, seemed like they were moving as quick as they could. Food here is about as you'd expect, the classic American diner, mostly breakfast items but for dinner and probably breakfast time too, there's a host of other American items so you don't have to necessarily get breakfast here. Plenty of options for pretty much anyone. Maybe not as much vegetarian or vegan options though. Parking is easy in the shared lot right outside the place. Park on the west side if you can as that's where the entrance is, but there's parking on the other side close to Sonic too, just a short trek to get to the other side to enter. read more

On September 18, 2026, around noon, the manager at Denny's tried to scan me out of my free rewards at checkout, by pretending that the offer had expired. I asked for his card with his name on it, which he took out, but did not give to me. I was about to tap my credit card to pay, and asked again for him to give me his card. At that point he outright refused to give me his card, and snatched the SECOND bill slip back from me, and said that nevermind, I did not have to pay. I then realized the reason he had to print a SECOND bill slip was because my rewards DID GO THROUGH on the FIRST bill slip, and he wanted me to give him a DOUBLE PAYMENT. He outright refused to give me his card with his a name on it! An hour later, my rewards popped back into my account. He was so scared that he would be caught, that he cancelled that out too! This short sighted manager didn't realize that trying to scam a customer for a few extra bucks, actually cost him a regular customer who would NEVER BE BACK THERE AGAIN!!! read more

Senior citizen reporting: at this location there is a huge parking lot with two spots for handicap parking! It's also located right across from target. It has the same retro 1970's decor style which I enjoy! It's open 24 seven. The food is good and affordable. We had a group of 15 women and the manager, Jose, waited on us. He was terrific, kind and had a great personality. I hadn't been to Denny's in years but I have to say this location has excellent food. The hamburgers and fries are amazing. My hairdresser had told me to get a chocolate shake when I went. I tried it and I have to say it was probably one of the best chocolate shakes I've ever had. As victims of the Eaton fire or January 2025 we had not such a pleasant encounter with the Manager Omar, and The Assistant Manager Ramos, after our last Visit at this restaurant! However when I was able to FINALLY SPEAK, with The Director Of Operations Laurence Ali, He was able to step in, correct, apologize, and ensure me that he would speak to those who I felt mistreated the situation in the first place!! This is the kind of courtesy, sympathy, and general respect that Dennys has always treated us with before in the past! I couldn't understand why what happened, happened! Mr. Laurence insured me that he would speak to lower management so that this kind of thing wouldn't happen to myself and others!! Sometimes situations just require a little compassion!!
