So I want to set the record straight because Los Gatos Cafe was a really good experience. It's a small place but there are outside tables as well. You can order lunch at any time as well as breakfast. We started with Banana Chocolate Chip pancakes. Holy smokes they were the bomb. They had a ton of fresh bananas inside as well as a nice amount of chocolate chips on top. I had the Hot Turkey and Pear sandwich. I know the combo sounds weird but it was super tasty. The pear added crunch and sweetness to the sandwich. There was also a good dose of grilled onions to go with the owie gooey cheese....yum. Hubby had the Granite Flank Steak Sandwich . It was smothered in Gorgonzola cheese with a good portion of Flank Steak. The steak was tender and well seasoned. It was the perfect flavor bite. Some of my go tos -- Crab toasts: 4 little pieces of lovely toast with a dollop of avocado mousse and a heap of dungenous crab topped with lemon beurre blanc. My fave snack I always have to get. 5+ stars -- Grilled cheese: wonderful combo of white cheddar, monterey jack, and provolone with a bit of truffle flavor--not too much--on a nice fluffy roll. We had the Kobe "Eye of Ribeye" Steak Tartare, Prime Rib Beef Dip, Heirloom Tomato & Burrata, Lobster Roll, Black Truffle Deviled Eggs, Dungeness Crab Toast, and the Hamachi Crudo. The only thing that wasn't really our favorite was the deviled eggs, but everything else was solid. Overall, a great spot for a drink and a few bites. He rarely checks back to see if our food is okay, whether we need refills, or if there's anything else we need. On multiple occasions, our order has been taken carelessly and has been incorrect. What has been especially upsetting is watching him go out of his way to serve his regular customers--bringing them complimentary drinks, checking on them frequently, and making them feel valued--while we are treated as though we don't matter. I have even been asked to move tables so his regular customers could be accommodated. I've been a customer here for two years, yet I've never been made to feel like I belong. Instead, I've consistently felt judged, stereotyped, and treated differently from others. Whether intentional or not, the pattern of behavior has left me feeling that I was treated unfairly because of who I am....feel like this place is racist! A restaurant should make every guest feel welcome, respected, and valued. Unfortunately, that has not been my experience here. I can overlook the occasional mistake, but I cannot overlook repeatedly being made to feel invisible. I sincerely hope management takes this feedback seriously and ensures that every customer is treated with the same level of courtesy and respect. Until then, I cannot recommend this restaurant.

Their own parking lot can fill quickly, but they have additional spaces available in the parking lot immediately adjacent, but be sure to follow the markings on the sign that indicate where you can park for their restaurant. Our waitress was friendly,not acting rushed or like it was a problem to take our order. The food came out in a reasonable amount of time, considering it was crowded. Definitely a good waitress really makes a difference in how you enjoy your food. My burger came out hot and juicy. My wife's sandwich was really good. Fresh bread,not dry or stale tasting.
