I am writing this review in the glow of my extraordinary experience on a quiet Wednesday evening. I can't say enough about the food flavor and the wonderful staff that makes me want to return because of their kind personal touch. We called ahead around 845 to verify our 9pm reservation because we saw they closed at 9:30pm and we wanted to be respectful of their time. Bryan answered the phone and assured us we will have enough time to be seated and served before closing. He was very kind and welcoming so we headed over. We were greeted by Chris and seated immediately in the table that he let us choose. He made thoughtful suggestions on location being by the window, the booth where it was quieter or wherever we wanted because "this place is yours". This is not a typical thing I usually experience when being seated so this stood out to my wife and I. We appreciated this gesture. Once seated he took our drink orders, my wife wanted to try one of the wines before getting a glass so he brought a small sample. Once returning he asked if she wanted to select another or "take this one for a drive". The expression was simple and displayed the thoughtfulness that came from him the entire night. Simply taking time to craft words and be present is something that we noticed and appreciated. We ordered a carbonara and a pasta with prawn. The food came out fairly quickly since we arrived at a time past some of the peak hours. The bread with olive oil and balsamic came out first obviously. The carbonara and prawn pasta was so beautifully plated and presented that we forgot to take a picture for this review. We dug into the food immediately. At this time, maybe a coincidence, I checked my watch to be mindful of the time. At the same time, Kevin walked up to our table to let us know what we are good on time and that, "the back hasn't started the dishes or started cleaning up yet". There were still other parties around at that time. This was another detail that stood out to me. He might have seen me check my watch but to know what I was thinking at that moment and then respond to it is a first for me. This is beyond thoughtful. After a couple more wholesome interactions with Kevin and Chris, we ended up ordering a pannacota. This was the best I have ever had in my life. Kevin stayed for a while to chat while Chris was tending to other tables at the time. I can't say enough about the warmth in this place shown by Bryan, Chris and Kevin. I will definitely return and I want to bring my family there. The food was top tier but the people were what will bring me back. read more

The staff was very helpful in getting us to pick menu items and then let us enjoy our meal without too many interruptions. After a scheduling conflict that took several minutes to resolve my family and so sat down to enjoy my Cousin's birthday dinner here at Trattoria 360. The restaurant has interesting decor and is not like most establishments of this nature as it is informal and is not in " the fine linen and white tablecloth " type of vein. No, the restaurant itself ( in a casual, rustic sort of way ) is very cozy and warm. inviting in a semi-formal way where you can relax to enjoy a fine meal and that is exactly what my family had. Our waiter was an affable fellow named Armando who is one of those servers that, as any good waiter does, is truly attentive to your whims and instinctively anticipates what you may want and he was perfect at his job. He served us water and a very food delicious basket of freshly baked bread ( which inadvertently set the tone for the meal to come because it was beyond excellent ) and named off the house specials, which were all mouth-watering at hearing them but it was the rib eye steak that caught my attention and that is what I ordered and also a ginger beer as well ( Fever Tree no doubt about it ). My family also ordered their food and then we waited for what what it seemed was an eternity for our meal to come. After about 40 minutes our meals came and they did not disappoint, from presentation to the flavor, taste and consistency of it all. I honestly don't remember eating my meal because it was done in 5 minutes... yes. it was that good and beyond delicious! I remember the steak was tender, juicy, grilled perfectly, the gravy was hearty and robust. the vegetables were cooked right ( fresh and tangy ) and the mashed potatoes were oh so fluffy and creamy. I thoroughly enjoyed my meal to the fullest and I left no food on my plate. This was a meal that was pretty epic for what it was and I was throughly satisfied. I ordered a tiramisu for dessert to take home and I'm sure it will be as good as the meal I had at the restaurant. Pasta is handmade so it will definitely take some waiting time. Service is always on point. One thing is that the restaurant is very small. They also have outdoor dining. Dark and cozy. Just revisited again this weekend and did not disappoint. Had a wonderful server who spent lots of time giving us his thoughts on local bbq and his techniques on bbq smoking Texas style. The food was again wonderful and we went this time with a couple who recommended the eggplant appetizer am which was by blade the best I've had. Smothered in rich tomato sauce with the eggplant thinly sliced and rolled around ricotta it just melts in your mouth. We also expanded our selections and tried the squid ink pasta with frutte di mare and the risotto with the same seafood accompaniment. I subbed out the risotto for linguine and both were filled with plenty of seafood varieties and a generous portion. Highly recommend the two. My favorite special occasion restaurant. They have both indoor and outdoor seating. I came in on a Sunday around 6pm without a reservation and got seated immediately. They provide complimentary bread and oil. I had the Filetto Al Speck. The steak was super tender, the speck (Italian bacon) added a special touch. My boyfriend got the rib eye special, he enjoyed it. My husband and I took our parents here for my MIL's birthday. The restaurant itself is surprisingly quite loud and dark inside-- we had to use our phone flashlights to read the menu and had to really yell across the table to have a conversation. Service was great, we were given complimentary dinner rolls and dip for the table. For appetizers we got the burrata that came atop a bed of arugula and cherry tomatoes. My FIL ordered the branzino, MIL got the seafood risotto, and my husband and i got the mushroom risotto and mushroom tortellini. The seafood risotto looked wonderful and came with so much seafood on top, clams, mussels, fish, shrimp, and calamari. The pasta was delicious but the mushroom risotto I thought lacked flavor. It was very beef broth heavy and only had two mushrooms in it. Overall our dining experience was pretty good, We just wish it wasn't so noisy. Food and ambiance was pretty good, and it was very sweet of the kitchen to give us a dessert with a candle for my MIL. It was a cantaloupe flavored pannacotta and it was SO DELICIOUS AND REFRESHING. A great place to elevate a date, or celebrate something special. 4 stars instead of 5 because the appetizers were not big enough in my opinion for two people. We were meeting some friends to celebrate my birthday and needed someplace cozy with great food and wine. Given that it had been a lovely sunny day, I made the reservation I had requested an outdoor seat, so when I arrived last night on a blustery rainy Friday evening, I was concerned, but the outdoor set up there was exquisite with a clever use of LED lights and no shortage of heaters and candles. Our server Chris made the whole evening delightful. He was attentive and had great insight around the menu the wine and kept the whole evening flowing perfectly. I don't eat pasta often, but the dishes and the quality there makes it worth it. I also want to call out their excellent seafood selection (on a healthy note.) But I would be lying if I said my favorite part of the menu wasn't the tiramisu in a glass, a.k.a. the chocolate martini. Our first time here for dinner on a Friday night. The place was bustling so I recommend making a reservation. We got the special of the day - the Prime rib. It was perfectly done medium rare and came with mashed potato, veggies, horse radish and au jus. We also had the Tagliolini Neri Alla Pescatore which was delicious. Came here to celebrate my mom's birthday, she had been here a couple of times, and I'd heard of and been wanting to come for quite a while, so it was the perfect occasion. We made a reservation and noted that it was her birthday on it, and our server made sure to make her feel special! We started with one of the specials of the night, prosciutto wrapped prawns, which were served with an arugula salad and a slightly spicy sauce. This was a hit at the table. For pasta I got the Mafaldine Tirolese, my mom the Short rib tortelloni - which was also a special, and my boyfriend the Mafaldine Calabrese. My mom absolutely loved her dish and said she'd order it again. Neither my boyfriend or I loved our dishes, though I did like his better than mine. The food was good but I'd get an entree and not a pasta next time. For dessert we go the tiramisu, chocolate mousse, and pistachio panna cotta. Each of of us had a different favorite, with the chocolate mousse being the shining star for me. It was beyond delicious and I would absolutely get it agian. We started off with 3 entrees and finished with the tiramisu for dessert. Let's talk about the food: 1. Fillet mignon was ordered medium rare but came out more cooked than we liked. Even so, it was tender and smooth. We didn't have any chewiness or grittiness in the bites. 2. The lobster pasta was a tomato-ey in a great way and the pasta was cooked well. 3. Tonight we were celebrating Kiki's birthday. In Chinese tradition, you eat noodles on your birthday, with the very long length of the noodles signifying the hope to live a long life. Instead of Chinese, we decided to still go with noodles, but pasta style. The restaurant is in the heart of Campbell downtown. We visited early evening on a Sunday, and we were the first in the restaurant. The service was generally excellent. The food was still really good, but not up to the previous heights that we were used to. My favorite dish here previously was the mussels. I remember that what separated their mussels from a very similar dish in other restaurants was two things: 1) their mussels were really plump and fresh and 2) their sauce was a delicate balance of light, tangy, spicy, and flavorful. This time around, the mussels were fine, but the sauce had completely changed, to a very heavy tomato-based sauce. The two main descriptions for the sauce would be sweet and sour. Gone were the several layers of flavor that the dish used to have. We had two other appetizers, a burrata with a small arugula salad, and a polenta dish. The burrata was fine, but pretty firm. I'm not expert on Italian cheeses, but to me it ate more like a mozzarella than a burrata. Usually, the best part of burrata to me is the liquidy center which is neither firm nor runny. This burrata was definitely very firm in the center. The polenta was really good, especially the (deliberately) burned asparagus. But I couldn't help wondering just how much butter and cheese was in it, because eating it basically felt like eating parmesan and butter with more solid textures. The stars of the evening were the fresh pastas. I didn't even get to taste the carbonara, as our two daughters (including the birthday girl) mostly divided it up. But they absolutely devoured the dish, and it looked very good. The adults ate the mafaldine, which was a little more spicy. The shrimp that accompanied the dish were big red Argentine ones, and they were preparedly very well. The pasta itself was perfect. It was the right level of al dente, with real bite and chewiness. It tasted very fresh. And the sauce was nice and not too salty. This is, ultimately, what we came for, and we weren't disappointed. Because we were celebrating my daughter's birthday, we were treated to a comp'd panna cotta flavored like cantaloupe melon. This was extremely good. I had never had a dessert flavored like cantaloupe before. I was stunned at how much cantaloupe flavor they got into it (and I could also taste small bits of actual melon). It felt the panna cotta was overcooked as it was a bit too firm compared to other panna cottas that have a more softer and creamy texture. It could be a 6 star rating if I could give it. First of all, we come in the restaurant and it's a nice and cozy interior with dim lighting. First, the appetizer was delicious with my favorite being the smoked salmon one. It has a nice sweet tasting cream cheese and a bit tangy sauce on the board, which compliments it very nice. On to the entree, my favorite one I got there was the risotto, with it being a good portion and has a nice creaminess to it. They don't skimp on the sea food. Moving to the dessert, the panna cotta is personally the best I had in the area. Both the vanilla and strawberry taste great. Outdoor patio was a bit small but had a fine ambiance, nothing special. With top prices for pretty much everything, we were hoping the food would deliver in flavor, and it definitely did. The Cozze Al Pepe had a really fresh taste and the broth underneath was filled with a lovely tomato sauce. The Carpaccio alla valtellinese was a memorable dish, the capes and lemon with the arugula garnish really worked well complimenting the flavor of the meat. I had a reservation for 8:00pm but came at 6:30pm since I was in the area and was able to be seated after waiting around 45 minutes. The staff were attentive and pleasant. I ordered the Tagliolini Salsiccia, 5/5! I ordered it mild and it was honestly pretty spicy, but I think the waiter may have gotten it mixed up with my friend who ordered the same thing in spicy as hers tasted more mild. I love vodka-sauce type pastas and this was super good, though heavy on the sauce/sausage which I enjoyed. My partner got the Tagliolini Neri alla Pescatore and loved it. The pasta itself tasted fresh and had a perfect texture. We got the Blackberry Drop and Hawaiian cocktails; they were aesthetic and yummy but very sweet! The inside was nice, and felt upscale. The stuffed portobello mushroom appetizer was excellent. It was stuffed silly with spinach, eggplant and other things. It was served with a creamy tomato sauce. Amazing. The CASARECCIA CON CARNE was good. The pasta was fresh but slightly undercooked. The meat was tender but more of a stew meat than a steak. The sauce and sun dried tomatoes were great. I've been here twice in the last few months and have enjoyed my experience each time! The service especially is exceptional. All of the staff members are great. Each time I've dined here I've ordered a soup. The lobster bisque was fine, but I really enjoyed the bean/lentil soup. Other friends of mine have enjoyed the risotto, several of the fish dishes, the daily specials, and the pasta. Yesterday we also had the bruschetta special which was great, as well as drinks and desserts. One of my friends ordered the drink called "The Renaissance" which has bell pepper, peach, and vodka. We were intrigued, but it was amazing! It was similar to a Bloody Mary, and our waiter mentioned he came up for the idea for it himself! Next time I'm here, I definitely will be ordering one. The afogatto and the chocolate mousse were great too! I've dined both inside and outside and they were both nice (maybe a little cramped), but just one note about dining outside- there were lots of bugs that showed up at our table as it got dark. Our night at Trattoria was excellent from start to end with excellent service, food, and ambiance. This is a cozy, elevated Italian restaurant bustling with staff and customers. Starting off, the complimentary bread was fresh out of the oven feeling soft and warm. The accompanied oil could have used more balsamic vinegar but we happily finished it off. Our starter was the mussels which was served on top of a flavorful tomato sauce. The mussels were full of meat with every shell packed with meat inside. The Scallop Risotto was yet another amazing dish with a distinct Saffron tone, and creamy sauce alongside perfectly smooth rice grains. 2 of the 3 scallops were phenomenal with an excellent sear, buttery texture and paired well with the given sauce. Unfortunately, 1 scallop was very sandy which I understand is hard for the restaurant to know without eating it themselves! Over all, we were still very satisfied with the dish and believe they would have been happy to replace the scallop if we had asked. The Lobster Pasta was our favorite dish with the most an explosion of tomato flavor alongside perfectly cooked & seasoned lobster. Put simply, this is just a perfect dish that you absolutely must get when you come here! We finished our meal with a delicious Tiramisu. I came in unexpectedly on an evening when my friends were quite delayed for plans. The ambiance is nice with diffuse lighting. Semi partitioned areas help control the noise and give the feel of a smaller restaurant than the actual space. Service was prompt and attentive. The food came quickly. The bread basket was good. We walked in on a busy Saturday night with a party of five and no reservations, fully expecting a wait--but Kevin was incredibly accommodating and somehow got us seated right away. Not only that, he found us a comfortable, semi-private space that made the whole evening feel extra special. The service from Miguel and the rest of the staff was outstanding. Everyone was attentive, friendly, and made sure our glasses were never empty and that we had everything we needed throughout the night. The food was top tier--every dish at the table was delicious and beautifully prepared. And the wine... it just kept flowing! Our server was wonderful. Really funny guy and checked in with us often to make sure food was good and wine was filled! I thoroughly enjoyed the lobster pasta; it is a must if you are first time here. We also got the salmon appetizer -- just ok. It was really heavy on the cream cheese, so I had to put some aside. Let's start with the atmosphere. They are on a corner with outdoor seating, with some on Cambell Ave and some on S. Central Ave. Great for people watching. The inside was tastefully decorated and a little on the smaller side. I had the Blackened U10 Scallops over Saffron Risotto, Mushrooms, Cherry Tomato, Calabrian Pepper. The scallops were everything I love about scallops, lightly sweet and beautifully tender. The risotto, however, was a little on the bland side. The sauce that accompanied the dish helped add a dimension that kind of made up for the risotto. I would get it again. The waiter was wonderful simultaneously professional, polite and personable. Would recommend without question. Two minor issues. The table was a little unstable and they except Apple Pay but they don't have a hand held register thingy.
