Food quality is not good, too salty. Service was ok, good people working but food quality not too good.

We had a wonderful, friendly service with Vanessa at Denny's restaurant at 4823 Lone Tree Way in Antioch, CA. Kudos to Vanessa for making our dining experience great. I'll be coming back Suzette & Mark read more

Everytime we go to Dennys we hope to get Carmen as our waitress. She's super nice and friendly and always has our food out fast compared to others we've had before. She's attentive and just the best. Thank you Carmen!! read more

Dayanara was amazing! She's speedy, good service, friendly! Food was delicious like always!!

Fast with bringing food out and nice make sure you at e taken care of especially in the morning

I feel pretty bad for leaving this review. The restaurant looked understaffed for lunch, so ordinarily I'd be more forgiving, especially knowing how hard the pandemic hit the service industry in so many ways. And really, the staff looked like they were struggling to keep up, so I know they were putting in effort. But it took us 40 minutes to get our food, the meat was overdone, I saw them give one of our sides to the table next to us -- a side they had just told us they ran out of, given to a group that had just walked in when we'd already placed our orders -- and we never got the starters we asked for. Thankfully, we weren't charged for those starters. I respect the staff and am thankful for what they were able to accomplish while we were there, but I can't say I'm happy with the experience we had. read more

This Dennys is really good, the food always hits the spot. Our server John is amazing too. Highly recommend coming here

As soon as we came in they attended us and took us to our table. The service was quick Vannessa came in took our order quickly. Every time we come in she's always great and friendly. Today I ordered the new sirloin meal with grilled onions and it was delicious. The atmosphere was clean and everything was organized. The ambience was calm especially Monday morning. Thank you Vannessa for your great service!!!! We will come again and hope you service us again! read more

Just walked out of Dennys on Lone Tree Way. They only had 1 hostess/waitress. She only had a total of 3 tables when we walked in. A party of 12 walked in after us. Then a few more came in. We sat for 20 minutes with no acknowledgment. Manager was no where to be seen. No one else was acknowledged. Not sure if we were the only ones to walk out. Pretty sad. read more

Great service and quickness from Vanessa. Food was hot and good. Will come back in the future

our server, Vanessa, was fantastic! She was attentive and a delight to speak with. We had a delicious breakfast and she took such good care of us. Dennys was good, but Vanessa was great! read more

Sunday, December 11th. Went to Denny's on Lone Tree Way in Antioch. We were seated right away, the place didn't seem overly crowded. Just required us to wait to sit in our booth since the busboy had two tables to clear up. Ours and the huge corner booth. Our waiter was friendly, we accepted coffee, then spent time looking over the menu. Looking it over we were amazed at how extensive it is with very reasonable prices. We decided on the cheddar cheese scramble with 2 sausages, 2 bacon, and 2 pancakes. Then we waited. It seemed quite a bit longer than normal till our food arrived and when it did we were happy till we noticed the cheese barely looked melted, the butter on the pancakes wasn't melting either. First bite and we realized that our food must have been sitting somewhere away from the heat lamps, forgotten. This wasn't doable and when we caught the waiter's eye we told him our food wasn't acceptable. He offered to have the cooks make us new plates. When these arrived they were barely warmer than our first dishes, we were too hungry by this time and decided no more going out for breakfast! Too many disappointing meals. Money is just being spent and no satisfaction! The waiter was nice, the cashier was sweet. But, I don't believe we are going to visit Denny's again anytime soon. The cheddar cheese scramble or Scrambled Eggs & Cheddar Breakfast was part of a value meal deal. Maybe that's why it was treated like it wasn't worth the cooks time? read more

Went to Denny's at night EVERYTHIBG seemed good til the server literally brought us water but the cups were dirty as fuck literally food on it. It was just so fucking nasty. Food is very good, Carman the server was very tending and helpful. The dinner was very clean

Surena was very nice and has good customer service. The food was delicious and well out together.

Male employee was unnecessarily rude because we wanted to sit somewhere else that wasn't too far from the area that he demanded we sit at . He barged out saying " no they're no sitting there " had an attitude , when we asked one of the cooks if it was ok if we sat at one of the booths . We told him there's too many people on one side but he refused and said no one is sitting there with an unwelcoming tone and I've never had that issue coming here so I left and didn't bother staying at all just because of the way he acted , not because of the seating . read more

Carmen is always very kind when I come in she's a great server I always look forward to her being my server as well as another girl unfortunately I never caught the other girls name. But these ladies are always very kind and attentive. Thank you look forward to coming again. read more

Had a great experience for a birthday lunch. No waiting, we chose where we wanted to sit, and our waitress "Vanne" (Vanessa) was very attentive throughout. She even snuck her team in for a birthday celebration without our knowledge...pretty cool and another sign of thoughtful attentiveness. Had the T-bone steak meal and it was excellent. I didn't catch the chefs name, but passed on my compliments to Vanne to give to them. I'll be back! read more

There is very little wonder why this place is open 24 hours a day seven days a week $365 a year. That should've read 365 days per year! They shouldn't even have locks on the doors, that is how bad their food is! Well priced and tasteless. You'd be better off finding an IHOP read more

Carmen was super nice and attentive, service was fast and the food was accommodated to how I need it.

excellent service by Betty she's very attentive and cordial, and prompt with our orders

This dennys has great vibes from the second you walk. I went in today 3/9/23 for breakfast, busy but quick service. Very nice to see a hands on manager helping all her employees and interacting with guests. Server surena is always great! read more

Great services. The food it was delicious. We are so happy with the food. Thank you John.

Super Slam for $5.99!? Great deal for a bit of everything on a classic breakfast. Pancakes are good as well as the eggs, bacon and sausage are a bit salty and I'm not a fan of soggy hash browns, but it's what I paid for right. Busy location with fast moving servers read more

We came at a bustling lunch time, we were sitting in a back corner and felt that we were being ignored. So we switched to a booth when it became available. After that the service was very good and the food was delicious. We ordered the salmon dinner and the crispy chicken sandwich. read more

Labeeb was our server and he did an amazing job! Food came out fast and fresh and he was very attentive to our needs. Thank you Labeeb!

Thank you Carmen for the amazing service today! Food wad amazing and our waitress Carmen showed amazing hospitality!

Oops, we did it again. We had another less than mediocre Breakfast at Denny's. I don't understand why they can't serve hot food. I've avoided their hashbrowns the last couple visits. They are as hard as potato chips, and if you pick them up, they look like you're looking through lace. I'm really sorry to say this, but no more Denny's on Lone Tree for us. It's so random if everything is just OK. That doesn't happen often, and I give up on this restaurant. read more

This Denny's is horrible !!!! Waited 55 minutes for food and and it sat up on counter for 20 min before they brought it too us. It was all wrong and nasty cold !!!! The manger was no help at all. Do not I repeat to don't go to this nasty place with horrible service. read more

I went to Denny's in Antioch on Lone Tree recently. There were only 2 customers seated and multiple employees just standing around when there was trash under tables and top of tables that were dirty. My cousin went back the next day and said it was the same. We will not be going back to that location. It used to be great. I guess it's under new management. read more

Vannessa was the awesome sever she gave good recommendation on starter dish. And the service was fast that we got our menu just as we sat down. Also is was super calm and enjoyable ambiance. read more

Do not waste your hard earned money at this establishment. We stoped in for a late night snack for 3 orders of onion rings 1 fry 2 shakes and a soda and payed $33. The money would of been fine if it was not for the bad attitude of the manager the 30 minute wait just to be waited on and the extremely long wait for my food. Im a patient person but when it takes 30 min to take a togo order with only 2 customer's and when you get melted runny shakes and 5 pieces of onion rings per order along with a bad antisocial manager. Your better off going to a roach infested dive cuz at least their eager to have your business. Seriously tho , this was a bad experience for me and my family. We left feeling very dissatisfied angry even. Cuz we have been wanting to try this place out since we moved in the area and we were sadly disappointed. If I could I would give it negative 2 stars. read more

I haven't been here in YEARS! I actually haven't ate Denny's in a loooong time. Came here with a friend after hitting the gym. Got seated right away. I ordered create my own Grand Slam. Everything was good or I was just really hungry. Our waitress was nice, but service was mediocre. Nothing special. Didn't refill my water. Check took a while to come. Wasn't during peak hours, just a little slow I guess. read more

Had breakfast at Dennys with my sister today. Our waitress was very courteous and we noticed changes to their menu. I love that they have gluten free English muffins that are actually pretty good read more

Denny's! Why do you have the option to order online or by phone when you guys don't accept online orders or phone orders? You won't even answer your direct line when we try to call! This place is a joke! They need better management to run this place! This has been going on Way before covid, so don't try to say that is the reason. Fix it! I go in and place an order and it took 10 mins for someone to even come up and take my order. They weren't even that busy. The employees are walking around on their phones and showing each other things on their phone when they are suppose to be working! Then I wonder why they are too busy to come and help me or to answer their phone. Denny's be better! Do better! Train your employees better! Train your managers better! No excuses! read more

Walked into Denny's last night and got turned away. There were only about two or three tables occupied but when the waitress came to the front she told us she wasn't taking anymore tables and would only accept take out orders. We were not allowed to dine in so we found another place to eat. The smell when you walked in was unpleasant as well. read more
