I tried the restaurant for the second time. First time not very memorable. This time the food was good. Had a small pastrami sandwich. Which was plenty to each. The large size is a lot to eat. The medium probably more than enough for anyone. The seating is limited but it seems to work even at lunch time. The parking lot is shared with a Starbucks and a little Caesars. So parking is a bit of the luck of the draw. The restaurant was clean and the staff was very friendly. All in all a good experience. read more

My first time eating at Deli Delicious was about 6 months ago at one of their Fresno locations.The sandwich and customer service was amazing. I didn't have to wait long at all even though it was super packed in there. So I was excited to see they had a location in Lemoore where I started my new job. DO NOT ORDER ONLINE. I order once online and when I returned to work it was a basic sandwich with just the meat and cheese. When I ordered online I chose all the veggies and condiments so I was surprised to see nothing on my sandwich except meat and cheese. I think someone should of called and double checked my order. Who would spend $13.00 on a plain ham and Swiss sandwich?? When I went back a week later and told the girl she was like well you just have to make sure you click on the condiments you want, people always forget that part. Umm I know 100% that I did but ok. So when I was there I ordered something to go and when she handed it to me I asked her to make sure there was avocado and bacon on my sandwich. She didn't even look in the bag and was like it's all there trust me. So I opened the bag right in front of her and there was no avocado and bacon on the sandwich or any condiments!! Also my fries were missing!! So I had to wait while she added the missing ingredients to my sandwich and also for her to make the fries. I ordered online so it would be quick to pick up not so I would have to wait an additional 15 mins. I was grabbing it on my lunch break and was crunched for time. This location definitely needs to step it up. I do have to say I've gotten really nice workers and have gotten workers that you can tell just don't care about their job. The only thing I can say is positive about this place is that their salads are really good and are priced well. I'm on the fence about returning. read more

The food is always good at any Deli Delicious you go to but the customer service at this location was lacking tonight. Store closes at 8pm and I got there around 7:18 to pick up my online order. Before walking in, I noticed the "open" sign was off and all the chairs stacked. I almost didn't walk in until I saw the hours of operation posted on their door. When I did walk in, I was never greeted. I looked at the young man who came to the register and stated that I was picking up my online order. He rang me up without saying anything else. Guy was a real "Debbie Downer" and looked like he hated his job. I could understand if I came in 10 minutes til closing but the fact that everything looked like it was shut down at 7:18, 42 minutes before closing is a little irritating. read more

No matter what time of day you go, expect to wait. I even ordered online requesting it to be completed 30 minutes after I had submitted my order. When I got there they asked if someone called me to tell me that they ran out of white bread. I did not receive a call. I arrived 10 minutes beforehand so that I can make sure I had enough time to wait in line to pay. My order wasn't ready until 15 minutes after my expected time. Employees did not apologize for the wait. They only had 2 workers, which I understand isn't their fault, but they could have at least apologetic and courteous. I've went a couple weeks ago the sandwich was horrible ordered a chicken chipotle sandwich and was super greasy the bottom of my sandwich was super soggy within 5 minutes was inedible so that was a disappointment. I love deli delicious and I usually don't have issues with their service. But today (1/21/22) I pulled up to the store a little before 7:20 PM. I knew they closed at 8PM so I wasn't showing up right before closing and the two girls working tonight were already cleaning up and when I walked. They were visibly annoyed and laughing that I showed up... 40 mins before closing time? I tried to ignore it because they already made me feel uncomfortable and that I did something out of line so I just ordered and gave them a 30% tip on my one sandwich. They took the receipt and looked at together while the other was making my sandwich and laughed with each other before throwing it away. Was my tip not high enough for them? Not sure if that's what they were laughing at but it seemed like it and I wish I tipped nothing after that. While they were making my sandwich two more customers showed up and I watched as the girl making the sandwich rolled her eyes and shook her head so big that there is no way you couldn't notice. I took my sandwich and left and was out of the store by 7:27PM. And when I left it appeared another customer was showing up. I'm not sure if it a policy to clean up as early as they did but maybe some retraining is in order because making customers feel that way when they are coming to buy something at your business was unacceptable. read more

The staff was really nice. I've been here twice now and I always read reviews about the wait but my wait hasn't ever been more than five minutes yet. Today I got a small ham and Swiss and beer battered fries in about five minutes and there were two people ahead of me. The sandwich was alright. I had deli delicious one time before; during lunch time. I remembered it being a long wait- but I did go in during lunch and it was packed. Not a big deal; for some reason I had been craving it all day. I went around 6ish & there were barely any people there. I ordered a small, roast beef & jack w/everything but onions. Literally waited 25 mins to get my sandwich. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to eat my sandwich until late at night because I ran out of time- due to waiting almost half an hour for a sandwich. I was so excited to eat it- but was disappointed when I opened my box and it was a roast beef, turkey & Swiss AND onions. Some people would appreciate the extra meat? I'm sure. But not me. Inspite of all the negative reviews I decided to give this deli a try and form my own opinion. As everyone has stated the wait for your food is long. I waited 19 min for a half sandwich and 30min for my sweet potato fries. Your bread choices are wheat, sour dough or white. They have cold sandwiches, hot sandwiches and specialty sandwiches. I chose a hot sandwich that was served cold. The bread was toasted and the cheese melted, so at some point my sandwich or some parts of it had been heated. My sandwich had been cut in half before being placed in the serving basket. The top sandwich was ok but the sandwich on the bottom of the basket looked like they had dropped the sandwich and it just happened to land in the basket. In other words a deconstructed sandwich. There was lots of meat, lettuce and black pepper. If I go back I will definitely ask them to go easy on the black pepper. The sweet potato fries would have been really good if they had not been so heavy handed with the salt. Staff was very friendly and bathrooms were clean. I can't decide which is better. The food or the service. The food was awesome and worth waiting in line for. (Very attentive staff kept the move in line swift). Loved every bite!
