My son ordered the chicken and rice plate I ordered the chicken pho my daughter ordered the beef pho and we ordered a side of orange chicken. Everything tasted bland. The orange chicken had no seasoning (salt) except for the orange sauce, which was all I tasted. However, the chicken was fried perfectly. The pho was boring. The broth was bland tasted like nothing. I didn't taste any ginger or chicken bone, herbs or spice or even salt. Once we added all the toppings that was really what all we tasted. I don't mean to sound rude, but I wasn't blown away or impressed. I didn't leave this restaurant feeling like yeah that $85 bill was worth it. Unfortunately for me this place is forgettable. If the taste improves I'll continue to support. Best wishes.

I often come to this Panera to do work or watch a show on my computer just to pass time (yes, I do order dinner as well), but after doing this for the past few years, I am just appalled at how dirty this location is. I spend hours hanging out at this store and never see anyone come around to sweep the floors or clean the tables. The carpet area under the booths is just disgusting. None of the Panera locations in Fresno are this dirty and gross. I keep thinking that this may improve, but after 3 years I have lost hope.
