Hoosier Pork Tenderloin Breakfast, Gravy on the side
Jp B.

Nice breakfast at Delaney's. Got it at 1pm on a weekday. Quite a few customers, but not too crowded. I got the Hoosier Pork Tenderloin breakfast. The tenderloin is huge and tender, deep fried and cooked just right. My eggs were perfect, cooked as I asked. My biscuit was good, a little crispier would have made it great. The hash browns were very good, cooked well. The sausage gravy tasted a little chemically to me. I'm glad I got it on the side. My server was professional, attentive, and polite. I'd come back.

Love this place! All locations are great! Great service friendly servers fast service The music is pretty great they play a mix of music to satisfy EVERYONE. Since its winter time they have an extra covered interface so you're not blasted with cold are when people come in the door. Nice touch.

Walking into Delaney's it's very clean and the staff and the atmosphere is very inviting. Our server Michelle was prompt and quick on the refills. I had the corn beef hash eggs over easy with rye toast, a diner classic corn beef made in house, they nailed it. My wife had the Country Biscuit Breakfast very good really liked the shredded hash browns. They have nice portfolio of restaurants around Columbus, hopefully they expand to other parts of Ohio.

They are literally my favorite breakfast spot in Columbus. Breakfast food is not my thing but somehow Delaney's has the magic Touch: best waiters, super clean space and top notch chefs. Columbus, please never take this spot away because I need it everyday when I fly in town to visit family. I sound like I'm joking but I'm so serious lol. My favorite is their steel cut oatmeal. Many ppl can't make this easy dish the right way but Delaney's can and I love yall for that.

12 French Fries and soggy bread NOT toast

Bummer...was looking forward to lunch yesterday but we had to order To-Go. I think if we had eaten there it may have been better BUT...I ordered a CLUB Sandwich with Fries . I ask for white bread toasted. What I got was white bread with a few lines on it but still very much Bread, soft and soaked in Mayo. Then when I look there were on 12 French Fries. So I called them to let them know I was not very happy the bread was not toasted at all and WHT is up with 12 French Fries for $14.00 I expected more out this place . She said they are Weighing out portions of potato's effective least week and thats how it is now. Thats the reason for 2 stars. My Breakfast here has always been very good but Lunch seemed a little still for what you get.

2 eggs, 2 sausage patties, and 2 pancakes. Plenty of syrup as well.

Arrived at 11:45 and the place was full. It's obvious this is a very popular place. There are two separate large rooms. The booths line the wall and tables down the center. All 16 paintings say "cafe" "food " or "diner" The floors did need a good sweeping as there was food underneath some of the tables. This makes me believe they are short staffed. The staff is friendly greeting me when I walked in. I only had to wait 5 minutes for a table. I am deaf and I met my server who is hard of hearing. She told me she wanted to learn sign language. So I told her that I teach ASL classes. I ordered the Delaney special which consisted of 2 eggs, 2 pancakes, and sausage. The sausage was a bit salty but not a game changer. The French toast was excellent! This is a great place for breakfast. They don't rush you like most places. You're a person here, not a number. Thanks for the great service and delicious breakfast. Keep smiling and we'll keep coming back.

This was love at first sight. Once you enter into this restaurant, you can feel that you are coming to your friend's house to have an amazing meal. The servers are so nice and polite, the food was delicious, I think this place is flawless and if you live around Reynoldsburg, please come to these Gem and have an amazing time. The ambience make you feel at home.

Been driving by this place for a few months and finally decided it was time make it a destination. We came in on a holiday around 11am. They have two dining areas, roughly the same size, separated by a wall. The side with the open kitchen also hasn't a "u" shaped kitchen counter bar, giving it that proper diner feel. We sat at the counter. Our server was super busy yet couldn't of been more attentive, we really like her. We ordered a meat lover's omelette and after being told the corn beef hash had recently been awarded "the best in the city" we ordered that as well. The omelette was huge. Lots of cheese, meat and veggies. The bite I stole had great flavor, I was impressed. My hash was generously sized. It came with a biscuit and two eggs. The corn beef was cut in chunks and was very tender. I was impressed with the corned beef. It was perfectly cooked. Perfectly diced. What I wasn't impressed with were the potatoes. They tasted boiled meaning the sous chef may have boiled them in prep, allowing the line chef to give them a shorter moment on the grill at time of order. They needed more grilling than what they got. They were lacking seasoning as well. It was good but definitely not the best hash in the city, IMO. What looked A-MAZE-ING was the corn beef sandwich that the guy next to me ordered. It rivaled in looks to my fav CB at another restaurant. Actually, the one here may of looked the best, so I guess I will be back to see if their corn beef is the boss of Columbus. Im thinking it might be.

Delaney's didn't disappoint! Simple unassuming diner and you get exactly what you come for diner grub! The staff were friendly and very accommodating in getting us seated quickly! It's a neat lil bustling joint with fun decor and a bright interior. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is it too quite a while to get our food! We had 2 lil ones that were getting anxious The hash browns are well seasoned - they know exactly what an over medium egg should look like and the chicken sausage is tasty We shall definitely try them again when back in town.

Convenient, low key, great outdoor space. Nice spot for locals to meet up with friends for fun…read moretrivia nights and other games. I go for the pear cider, dry and tart, which I take home in a growler and sip on for days.

I have mixed feelings about Eastside Brewing (and if 3.5 stars were possible, I'd award that…read morescore). First, they've got an excellent outdoor area -- plenty of seating, shade and sun, great vibe out there. I appreciated the selection and variety of beers available, as well as the quality: for instance, they had a great oatmeal stout on draft that was not too heavy, and a pear cider that was not too sweet; both highly drinkable and enjoyable. I recommend getting a flight and trying a few things. The food experience was a mixed bag: there's a great variety of options, from burgers, to wings, to Mediterranean rice and chicken platters. (Note: they are very strict about no substitutions for anything on the menu, but there's a lot to choose from to satisfy most tastes). Perhaps because of this great variety, it takes a long time for the food to come out. We ordered at the counter and it was over a half an hour for the food to appear. The mushroom Swiss burger was quite tasty (I do wish lettuce and tomato and other toppings were options for the burgers, though, as I always wish for a little bit of cold crispiness with it), and we opted for the dirty Fries, which had a House sauce and scallion mix on top, which were also good. The honey lemon pepper wings were very well cooked, nice and crispy; however, the sauce really just tasted like heavy melted butter with a tiny touch of sweetness-- no lemon, or pepper to be found. For brewery food and experience, it was very satisfying, and I would come back again. One other note, though: the place is 21 and up after 7 PM, and they are extremely vigilant (even aggressive?) about it. I did not have children with me, but there were a couple very well behaved groups with kids around us, and the families were told around seven, but they needed to start packing up and leaving. There's also a ton of signs about it. I appreciate an adult only space, but 7:00 seemed a little early and it brought a kind of negative feeling when groups of patrons who were being pleasant / quiet/ respectful were asked to leave. (Also, there was a family with older teens who are clearly not 21 who are not asked to leave-- if you're going to say 21 and up, it feels odd to just target folks with a baby, or a 10-year-old...). Just something to consider as you decide on if / when you visit and with whom.

I really miss the Bethel and Westerville locations, so I had to drive out to the Eastside for my WL…read morefix these days. We really love their pizza, wings, Caesar salads, and mini-burgers. I definitly still recommend winking lizard for a good American sports bar meal. Service is always great too and their seasonal items are always really good! I did notice a couple of things, and I don't know if this is a trend or a 1-off. The blue cheese sauce was super thin, the wing sauce was also thin and would not stick/coat the wings, and the draft beer menu seems MUCH smaller that I remember. All FWIW.

Stopped into Winking Lizard on Monday night with some friends to check out their Monday Wing Night…read more Bone-in wings are $0.90 each and boneless are $0.85, ordered in increments of five, which is a nice setup if you want to mix flavors. I went with 5 Bourbon Barrel wings and 5 Spicy Garlic, both bone-in. The Bourbon Barrel wings leaned sweet with a light bourbon note. Flavor was decent, but they were pretty light on sauce and didn't have much crisp for being fried -- honestly, they almost tasted baked. The wings also weren't very tender, and I had to work a bit to get the meat off the bone. And yes, I know some people would say "just get boneless," but I'm a bone-in guy -- the bone adds flavor, and boneless wings are usually more breading than chicken anyway. The Spicy Garlic had a nice kick and solid flavor, but unfortunately had the same texture issues as the Bourbon Barrel wings -- not crispy and not very tender. I also ordered blue cheese and celery. It was fine, but nothing special. The blue cheese flavor was pretty muted and didn't have that bold, tangy punch I usually look for. On the plus side, the steak fries were cooked correctly and did their job. One highlight was their Mardi Gras menu. We tried the beignets with bourbon maple glaze, and those were a pleasant surprise. They came out piping hot, dusted with powdered sugar, and while they're not a traditional beignet, the flavor was really good and easily the most memorable part of the meal. So was the experience great? I'd say it was good. The food was fine, serviceable, but not especially memorable. Would I come back? Probably -- just maybe not for the wings next time. But, let me add. We had Jordan as our server and he was a great server. He did an outstanding job!
