First things first the restaurant is technically new. So you think they'd have good service. Negative. Second it's next to the airport so you think they will get you in-and-out quickly. Negative. The other night was the last time I'm ever going there. I actually had to wait in the drive through line for 53 minutes. I wouldn't have waited if I hadn't been trapped in. Customers we're honking getting out of their car walking up to the window. Trying to get in the front door. But the inside was closed for the CV scare. They even had time to get back to their car before the line moved. The people in line weren't even mad at each other we're all understanding of the current problem we were all facing. One lady said she was gonna miss her flight. I'm sorry but for a comparison Jack in the Box on Buena vista & San Fernando. They keep the line moving. They get people in-and-out quick. I'm a big fan of their under dollar menu. My go-to's ate always the chipotle taco and ice coffee. The staff had always been prompt and friendly. Occasionally they forget my taco sauce and napkins(even after asking) but add I'm just happy to have a good day good option nearby I won't take a star off for that. The lot is always clean. Drive thru is fast and accurate. Getting in and out of lot is a little crazy. Burbank (as always) didn't think this one through very well.
