Not sure if this was normal. I was inconvenienced with trying on a shirt. I found the fitting room is actually a storage room. The actual fitting room is a little further towards the front. I bought a few clearance items from the men's section. The prices on price tags were more than I paid at the Houston store. But when I rang them up, the prices became the same. Except for the shocking 10.75% tax. I'll be back to get some more things during my Bay Area visit. I'll probably buy groceries to avoid paying tax.

Been coming to this target for years and I've really noticed it going down hill lately. It's just a…read moreTarget so I don't have high expectations, but they've stopped meeting the bare minimum. A week ago every item of one of the food products I wanted was expired by two weeks. That was pretty bad but I let it go and figured I'd just pick it up the next week. When I came back a week later all the same expired items were still there. Not acceptable. I let an employee know and they said "oh sorry". This is not an isolated incident. We find expired items often. They've also been out of paper bags the last two weeks. They haven't put up any signs or anything to give customers a heads up, so when I approached the register last week with my full cart I had no choice but to buy more of their reusable bags because I had forgotten mine at home. A week later they were still out of paper bags. I brought my own, but still no heads up until after I had unloaded my cart at the register. I mentioned to the cashier that they were out of bags the week before as well and she didn't know what I was talking about. They also seem to no longer help people bag their groceries. They will scan all your items and then just watch you pack them up, or they just start scanning the next customers items and mixing their stuff with your own items. This backs up the line at the register and makes everything go slower. Today while I packed my bags and the employee at the register stood there watching me, I asked if they had a new policy to no longer assist with bagging the groceries. I thought perhaps it was a holdover from COVID which would have made some sense. The employee said "Oh...uh..." and helped put the last two items in a bag, but did not answer my question. There was another recent incident when a manager came to the cashier and told them they needed to take a break after they helped me (that's fine, workers deserve their breaks). The customer behind me had already unloaded their cart and asked "What about me". The manager just said "You'll need to move" and walked away without offering to help them do so. I've worked at Target myself and in roles with other retail companies. I understand the challenges placed on stores by the executive class and poorly behaved customers that makes good service more difficult than it aught to be. But this location underperforms in ways it should not.

It's…read moreSeptember and there is already plenty of Christmas and Halloween decorations, all at 50% off. I peruse the store, and it's very similar to Michaels. They have material for just about any craft or hobby, including jewelry supplies, yarns, paints, fabrics, books, and lots of artificial florals. What I didn't see was cake decorating materials, but maybe I missed it. I came here specifically for their yarn. They have many different yarns in their own brand, Yarn Bee. This yarn feels really soft to the touch, so I look forward to using it for my next project. Their yarns are comparable in price to Michaels, but they don't have the large 1-lb value skeins. I also appreciated that there are some Christian items, including calendars, books, and other knick knacks. My only minor complaint is the line to pay. I only had a few items, but there is no self-check available, so I had to wait in the 1 line. Other than that, this is a nice crafts store with a decent yarn supply.

Their creativity, encouragement, and genuine enthusiasm made the whole experience so special. You can tell they truly care about their customers and love what they do. I'll forever appreciate how supported and inspired they made me feel. The diaper cake ended up being a huge hit thanks to them!

Now now don't get on my case...it is what it is....sad! In any case, this location is organized with friendly staff. Of course always best to visit when they first open to have a better shopping experience. Fortunately, Bath & Body Works was having a sale so bought a bunch of hand soaps, sanitizers as gifts for staff at a care home. My uncle has been there a month and wanted to say thank you for their kind care Great option for gifts! My favorite scent is Champagne Toast or any natural scent like citrus, eucalyptus as it's light, and not overly perfume-y since I tend to be sensitive to strong perfume scents. Guaranteed headache! Kudos to one staff member I'll assume is the manager as she "acted like a boss"...professional, efficient, friendly. She helped me exchange some items today (10/25/25, 11:35 am) and ensured I received my reward points. Thank you

Selection was alright, mostly some off season goods from the summer and some things from the Christmas season that didn't sell out. Other than that pickings were a bit slim and the shop itself was in a bit of a disarray, but it was towards the end of the night to be honest. I think my main issue was that it felt like the store had its heat cranked up SUPER hot. I was sweating like a pig and had to take off my sweater and started to feel ill. My boyfriend ended up carrying my purse and I even heard the workers complaining that there was something wrong. It was at least 10 degrees hotter inside the store than it was in the entire mall. Absolutely bizarre.
